We understand that buying clothes and apparel over the internet can be somewhat intimidating since you
cannot actually try on the items before you buy them. For this reason, we are more than happy to refund
or exchange any item that does not fit properly or does not meet your expectations within 90 days of original
purchase date. (Paypal purchases can only be refunded up to 60 days after purchase).
Items purchased on NOTW.com can be exchanged at any NOTW store, for either store credit or an exchange of
equal or lesser value only. You can also choose to return your order for an exchange, refund or store credit
via mail using the instructions below.
Before reviewing our simple 4-step return process listed at the bottom of this page,
please review the following guidelines:
NOTW is happy to refund or exchange any clothing item that does not fit or did not meet your expectations.
Please return the item in re-sellable, unwashed condition along with the original packaging and tags.
Music and DVD Returns
NOTW will be happy to refund or exchange any CD or DVD that is unopened in its original package.
If the CD or DVD is defective, please return it along with the original casing.
Most of the jewelry on NOTW.com ships directly from the manufacturer. Made-to-order items are
not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please view the product page for details.
Items shipping from Valencia, CA must be received back within 30 days of the original purchase date.
The jewelry must be returned in new condition.
Please return all accessory items along with their original packaging and resalable condition.
Although NOTW makes every effort to protect our stickers from damage during shipping, occasionally a
sticker may become smudged or bent during delivery. In this situation, please contact us at 1-888-888-1906
or email us at email@example.com and we will
promptly send you a new sticker. There is no need to return the damaged sticker.
If you receive an item that is defective, please call our toll free customer service line at
1-888-888-1906 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to resolve the issue for you.
4 Step Return and Exchange Instructions:
Please review the guidelines listed above regarding the types of product(s) to be returned.
Request a return shipping label using the lookup box at the top of this page.
Please fill out the return form on the back side of your packing slip or download and print a new
return form. On the form, please
include the order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the items
you wish to exchange for (if applicable), and your return address information. In addition, if you are
requesting another item of a different size or style, please check the website first for availability.
Finally, if there is a price difference between the returned and the items requested, please include
your credit card information for the difference amount.
Once you receive your return label via email, print it out and tape it to your package. Drop off your package at a United States Post office mailbox, or a designated Fedex location (depending on which label you receive)
Please allow us up to 7 business days in order process your return or refund your credit
card after receiving the shipment. In the event that you need your return handling to be expedited,
