Common questions and answers about the Slideshow Widget. Have other questions? Email us at streetteam@c28.com
What does the slideshow widget do?
The slideshow widget automatically scrolls through your favorite products and displays them on your Facebook, Myspace, or any other webpage. When your friends and family click on the items and buy, you earn Street Team credit! To show your wish list items, you must be logged into the C28 site before you copy your widget code.
I installed the widget, but it's not showing the items on my wish list!
In order to show your wish list items, you must be logged into the C28 site when you copy and paste the code above. Otherwise, it will automatically show the 25 newest items on C28.com
I installed the widget on my Myspace, but I can't click on the items!
Unfortunately Myspace doesn't allow this type of widget to be clicked on. However, people will be able to click on the "View My C28 Favs - Click Here" section at the bottom of the widget.
Do I have to update my widget code everytime I add new items to my Wish List?
Nope! Your widget will automatically show items that have been added to your wish list.
Why do I have to install an additional application to use the Widget on Facebook?
By default, Facebook profiles do not let you display HTML or FBML code. The "My HTML" application will allow you to do this.
