Jaylen's Second Chance

Jaylen came in the C28 Virginia Beach store to look at the fliers that were on a table at the front. I asked her the standard question, "Is this your first time in the store?" It was her first time, so I told her the meaning behind C28.

She told me that she'd been to church about three weeks ago after a man in a wheel chair approached her on the street about Christ. During the conversation, I asked if she had accepted Christ after her conversation with the man. She said no because she didn't understand. She also said her father doesn't believe in God and he said he wouldn't until he could see for himself.

I proceeded to explain why Jesus came, how we can be forgiven and what it means to be saved. After the explanation, I asked her if she understood now and wanted to be saved. She said yes!

Praise God that he gives people second chances to hear and respond to the gospel!
