"Jessica came in to our Virginia Beach store with a guy friend that I knew from my church. I accidentally assumed that since he went to church and is really in love with Jesus that she was as well. I was wrong. Immediately into our conversation she said she had only been to church once despite having some modest bible knowledge. I showed her a shirt and asked her what she thought about the message and how her relationship with Jesus was.

With her ambiguous answer I progressed to the Why Tree shirt. I asked her, after reciting the shirt, if she knew where she was going when she died. She replied that she wasn't sure. I told her to stand still as I grabbed our store bible and showed her Romans 10:9. After she read it to herself she said it was powerful. Filled with excitement of what I thought was to come, I asked if she would like to say this prayer much like Romans 10:9. She said "No", and that she wasn't ready yet. I asked if I could pray for her real fast and she let me. I prayed that the reality of God's love to come into her mind and heart. After we were done with the prayer I asked her again if she'd like to say that prayer and let Jesus into her heart. And she said yes!! She was crying and really moved. How much prayer can do!! Praise Jesus!"
