I have been out of work for over a year now, and God has called me to go to school and earn a bachlors degree in Deaf Studies with an opt. for Deaf Education Teacher. I was like, really God, how am I going to pay for it?
So I did all the normal stuff, go and check out the school that offered it, figured out how to get in, and doing all the leg work to make it happen, all I had left to do was to figure out how to pay for it. You know us as humans, we like to worry about things, and reason it out how to do it. But from the very beginning of the year, God has been telling me to trust Him. And I said, OK God, like we normally do and just not think about it. But he kept saying to me, "Trust Me" and He kept saying it (and keeps saying it) so I took Him at His word.
One friday afternoon, I got a phone call out of the blue for an administrator for a job site that was local. It came about so specifically it could only have been God! It went through the right people and I was specifically asked for and now I have a job and a way to get done what God has for me to do, and not only that, I am working hard to get out of debt also, in this time of recession. Its a slow process, but its working.
