My wife and I had been encouraging a neighbor, Eryn, to come to our church, South Hills, for the past 3 years. Eryn would let her daughter go, but never follow. A couple of months ago, she came to my wife and asked her alot of questions about her faith and the church. Eryn then agreed to come. From the first day of service, she gave her heart to God. She came forward when the pastor called, raised her hands for worship and truly loved Jesus. She spent the next several weeks exploring her faith and was full of joy.
On Feb. 13th, she died suddenly of a heart attack at 42 years old. True story.
We miss her dearly, but we have peace of mind knowing God waited until she came to Him before He took her.
Don't wait. Take the risk. Walk across the room (or down the street) and reach out to people. You never know the impact that you might have on someone's life.
