On February 8, 2009 I was involved in a car accident. I did not have my seat belt on. I was sitting behind the driver and I flew out my side of the window. We were driving on a dirt road, but we were not messing around. Then we started to swerve and the driver over corrected herself. As soon as we went off the road I blacked out. Then i woke up, i couldn't breath, I couldn't think. I stood up and couldn't feel my face. Then i walked a couple feet and sat on my knees. I didn't know what had happened. Then i realized blood was coming down from my face and landing on my lap. I started to cry and scream, I wanted my mom, I wanted my boyfriend.But they couldn't just pop up out of no where. I asked God for help, He was the only one who could help me, the only one who can give me peace. The driver started to yell my name and she started to kick then wind shield and then pushed it out. She got both her and the passenger out. The car was on its hood. I was mad and just wanted to get help. We were all traumatized. My sister was the one who was driving and the passenger was her friend,(Please pray for my sister).I had broken my nose and had to be flown out.
My nana was telling me a little bit after the whole accident, that she seen that i had peace. She said i was so calm for how bad i was. I said, really? Did God really answer me when i called out to him? YES HE DID! I started to think what if i died, where would i go, Heaven or hell? My papa is a pastor at Calvary chapel, Bishop. My nana and papa prayed with me. I said the salvation prayer! I wonder why i didn't die, people told me God has a plan for your life.
I want to encourage everyone that reads this that God is with us, he loves us. I was doing really bad before the accident. God got a hold of my heart, he pulled me back into his arms. It is almost a year since my accident, and almost a year of giving my life to God. Please pray for my family. and my walk with God.
