for a long time, my heart has been hardened towards someone i considered a brother. it''''s become a thorn in my marriage as this boy is also my husband''''s best friend. i''''ve been on my knees about it for a year now and still my heart doesn''''t seem to be budging. it''''s been hard to accept my heart the way it is because i expect better of myself and i think jesus does too.
while perusing the website, i came across this shirt. previously, i had not known this verse existed. it has now become a source of comfort and acceptance for me. after reflecting on this verse, i''''m able to give my heart some more time and not be as downtrodden about not changing as quickly as i''''d like.
