e understand that buying clothes and apparel over the internet can be somewhat intimidating since you cannot actually try on the items before you buy them. For this reason, we are more than happy to refund or exchange any item that does not fit properly or does not meet your expectations within 30 days of original purchase date. For Christmas gifts, C28 will accept returns and exchanges for up to 90 days.

Items purchased on C28.com can be exchanged at any C28 store, for either store credit or an exchange of equal or lesser value only.  You can also choose to return your order for an exchange, refund or store credit via mail using the instructions below.

Clothing Returns

 

C28 would be happy to refund or exchange any clothing item that does not fit or did not meet your expectations. Please return the item in re-sellable, unwashed condition along with the original packaging and tags. 

Music and DVD Returns

 

C28 will be happy to refund or exchange any CD or DVD that is unopened in its original package. If the CD or DVD is defective, please return it along with the original casing.

Jewelry Returns: 


Please return all jewelry items in its original packaging with all tags attached. To return a Spirit and Truth Jewelry item, please contact Spirit and Truth by calling 661-373-5378.

Accessory Returns


Please return all accessory items along with their original packaging and resalable condition. 

 

Sticker Returns


Although C28 makes every effort to protect our stickers from damage during shipping, occasionally a sticker may become smudged or bent during delivery. In this situation, please contact us at 1.888.888.1906 or email us at returns@c28.com and we will promptly send you a new sticker. There is no need to return the damaged sticker.

Defective Products


C28 will make every effort to exchange or credit for defective items quickly. If you think your merchandise is defective, please return it along with a completed return form explaining the defect. Please include a comment on the return form with the amount that it cost you to ship the defective item back. C28 will reimburse shipping charges (up to $10.00) on any item found to be defective.

4 Step Return and Exchange Instructions:

  1. Please review the guidelines listed above regarding the types of product(s) to be returned.

  1. Please fill out the return form on the back side of your packing slip or download and print a new return form. On the form, please include the order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the items you wish to exchange for (if applicable), and your return address information. In addition, if you are requesting another item of a different size or style, please check the website first for availability. Finally, if there is a price difference between the returned and the items requested, please include your credit card information for the difference amount.

  2. Ship the returned items to the address below. For your protection, we suggest returning your merchandise with a shipping method that offers a tracking or delivery confirmation number.

Please allow us up to 3 business days in order process your return or refund your credit card after receiving the shipment.
