Belinda: This shirt runs very small. I twin grandsons that wear a size 3T in every style of shirt I've ever gotten them....but these run very small. I would suggest going up 2 sizes. But the quality is great!

Purchased for my five year old who is only thirty pounds and very small. This shirt was WAY too small for him. It fits my two year old perfectly though.
