The black, part is no where near as black as it shows in the images. I thought it should be filled in behind the signet where it sits against the finger it catches the finger and is uncomfortable.

The ring is about ~1/2 to 3/4 size too big but I don't know how much trouble it is to resize it. I've tied a piece of twine around the ring to compensate. I give the overall quality 4 stars.

Kevin: It was a great ring overall. The black on the 6:8 side was very splotchy. But I will keep it because the black is not what I bought it for. I bought it to remind me of that great verse.

The ring runs a tad small and it leaves a dark ring around my finger. I am assuming it is from the "dust" from making the ring.
