There are so many different feelings, but none that can compare
Between the love of mother and child, with her tender touch and care.
As a child growing up, her hand is there for you.
In your adolescent years, they'll reach to guide and and to soothe.
Someday when you are all grown up, her hands will let you go.
But her tender touch will always be the encouragement it took to grow.
The gift of a mother's heart, the hand that gave so much,
Will be there in your memories with the warmth of her touch.
