Phillip: This cross took about a week to arrive on my doorstep. I had to open at least six boxes/envelopes/bags to reach the cross. It is beautiful and well crafted and I liked it a lot. Then I realized that it was about two inches too big, and I looked like a priest wearing it. It also did not come with a chain, as promised. This, along with the no returns policy left me kinda disappointed of the product as a whole. If the cross were one to two inches smaller, I would gladly keep this pendant. however I am quite disappointed.
