ordered this on 12/26/2011 it's now 1/12/2012 and i have not received the item or an email telling me anything about when it will be shipped to me. can someone please help with some information about this issue.

I got this for my 13 year old son for confirmation. He loves it! I did get another chain because the one it came with seemed like it would break and looked a little too girly.
