: I bought this. It took forever to get here and when it did come, it was broken. I have been trying for about a week now to get in contact with the store to try to get a new one, I have emailed and tried calling and nothing. Have not gotten one response. I am not going to lie the necklace is beautiful, but its no good if its broken and cant get it replaced.
