Timothy: The cross is a bit thinner than I expected. But overall this product is very nice. However, I was a bit Disappointed with the customer service I received from C28. This item went on sale 10.00 off a few days after I ordered it. It had not even been delivered yet. I contacted C28 customer service and asked if I was eligible for a refund or a store credit. Sadly my request was denied. It is something that will be taken into account when ordering in the future.
