alyn: First purchase from c28.com. I just received this item and will be giving it as a gift for Christmas. Picture is true to actual product and in my opinion looks better in person. I went with a friend's name and verse to personalize it and the custom personalization came out great. I had a lot of characters on the plate and they are all legible. I am extremely happy with it!
