I love the print and the idea of the item but unfortunately i never received my purchased shirt.

TROY: I usually wear an XL, but I heard that your shirts run small, so I ordered a 2XL. I'm glad I did as that was the perfect XL equivalent. As the artist who designed this shirt, I am very, very disappointed with the product I received. Had it arrived similar in appearance to your sample shirt, I would have been pleased. But, it came out with a grey/white haze around the image instead of the teal/blue color that should be present there. And that's like false advertising! There's really no comparison. Of course, you could fix it and replace the shirts that 7 customers and I have purchased to date. I'm sure they were as shocked by the low quality as I was. I do have one advantage over the other customers. I used the winning artist coupon code and only paid shipping. Customers who paid full price plus shipping would be even more disappointed. If I had to go by this one experience, I could tell you that you'd have lost me as a designer and a customer. But, I'd rather wait on making that call until after I see what you are going to do to rectify this matter. (I do hope you do something to make it right.) In the meantime, I have posted a "Buyer Beware" comment with the image link included to warn potential buyers of the "quality" issue. (I would be glad to have you remove that upon the resolution of the matter.) I have ordered my "Like a Tree" shirt for my wife. It has yet to arrive. Hopefully, the quality will not be as poor as what I have experienced with this shirt.
