My mom died of cancer a few years ago and at her funeral I found a scripture in Isaiah which is also repeated in the book of Revelation which really brought me comfort. The idea that God will wipe away every tear from our eyes and that there will be no more death. I still miss my mom, but I have comfort from my creator that I will see her again.
