it's made to fit a tad big. If I would have known, I'd get it a size smaller. But it's very nice otherwise. Also, in the pic, it looks like it's made of a jean, but it's actually a fuzzy kind of material

Cheri: Hmmm...interesting though...in the description however, it is called a "fashion top" yet it is advertised as a dress...consistency c28, is a must. Do not get me wrong, I love c28 stores and wish we had one on the Monterey Peninsula. However, I am a CHRISTIAN consumer and want to stay true to what that means...paying attention to necklines, waistlines, and skirt/dress lengths and well, you get the picture. I will give it a two instead of a one. - Cheri J.
  
Cheri: If that is a dress then c28 better rethink the length...I am tired of seeing girls and even their mothers coming to church in "dresses" that are the length of shirts! It is nothing short of MINI and women/girls need to stop buying into (literally) and justifying the length (OR LACK THERE OF) of their skirts and dresses....(ie) "Well, THEY labeled it a dress....." such as the racer-back "dress"...come on ladies, put your christian values to use. If this "dress" were correctly labeled a "shirt" I would give it 5 stars because it is really cute. - Cheri J.
