Threefold Gold was developed from Moody Gold and Spurgeon Gold, which were compiled by Ray Comfort. The section on Edwards, however, is brand new, and it is filled with material that presents the gospel clearly and forthrightly. The emphasis of this book is upon personal evangelism. Here's an example of what you will find in the section of the book related to Spurgeon: Any man who declares children to be born perfect was never a father. Your child without evil? In His name present the sacrifice of praise, obedience of love, and prayer on the golden altar perfumed with the incense of Christ's merits. Your reward will be honor in heaven. You will be exalted to that glorious priesthood, to be made a priest unto God forever and ever." Threefold Gold is written for every believer who wants to see souls saved. It provides a clear perspective on evangelism along with practical advice for soul winners. "The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise" (Proverbs 11:30).
