Healthy Life Press "Dream House," by Justa Carpenter, is a story, not a biblical commentary or theological treatise of some sort. Actually, it's far more than those, important as they may be. And it's far more than just another good story. Dream House was birthed after its author endured a severe trial that devastated his company and tested his trust in God's loving hand on his life. Soon thereafter, as the general contractor was driving in his car one day, trying to figure out how to inform his family and crew that their funding had evaporated due to bank failure, and there was no more work, his thoughts were saturated with images of being on a journey through a jungle, which brought him to a mansion that was under construction. Looking bankruptcy in the face, he was reminded of the biblical promise that, "...He who has begun a good work in you will be faithful to complete it." The author pulled to the roadside and recorded his thoughts. Then, after returning to his office, he wrote it down, so he would never forget it, and now you are unlikely to forget it, yourself.
