Tara: The alternate pic was kind of misleading in that it showed a close up of the ruffled bloomers as well, and I thought they were included. For $25, I expected the bloomers to be a part of the outfit. Would not have paid that much just for this top. The quality is not that good.

Tara: Make note, this does NOT come with the bloomers. From the multi-image pic, since it focused on them in the top right pic, I thought it would include the bloomers. Especially for $25! Very disappointed, not worth the $25 w/o bloomers.
