"Pray without ceasing..." - 1 Thess 5:17

Adam Hi my name is Adam, Im 25 from Northwest Ohio about 30 miles west of Toledo. about a year and a half ago i fell into a deep depression where i lost the will to live and wanted to just end my life. I was in and out of the stress center/hospital and my faith was nothing of importance to me. Well the lord pulled me out of my church that i had been attending for 23 years and put me in a church that is a quarter size (congregation size) I was told by the doctors i would be on medicine for my depression and anxiety for the rest of my life. well here i am about a year and a half later and i am not on any medication because of his grace! I am still attending this smaller church and help lead the praise and worship every sunday and i also attend our bible study every wednesday. My faith has never been as strong as it is now. i also talked to my girlfriend of just a year and got her intrested in Gods work since shes never been introduced to it. She started going to bible study with me about 3 months ago since she cant attend sunday services because of her work schedule. Well yesterday she officially gave her life to Christ! God is working in me to testify to people. I tell you all this because i know i have been blessed in so many ways that they by far overcome the needs i have. with no job i am currently with $1.10 in the bank right now. and this is causing plenty of stress in my life right now trying to come up with gas money to and from school and church. I am praying God will help me land a part time job that will work with my school schedule or that he will somehow let me qualify for the unemployment money. so i pray and ask all you to pray that God will take this discouraging feeling im feeling lately and that he will work yet another miracle in my life.
