J. Travis It has been a struggle. My relationship has not been easy, but I am trusting God amidst the strife. Things are still in transition for me with the ministry as well. I am a Childrens Pastor at a church in upstate NY. I have only been on staff for 4.5 months, & this is my first paid staff ministry job. I know God has called me to this & it has always been my passion, I am asking for prayer that I never lose sight of His desires for how I am to run the ministry, & that I focus on pleasing Him to grow the kingdom, not people. As well, I am currently in a waiting period in regards to marriage. I have been divorced for almost 3 years, & recently become friends with a woman I feel the Lord has led me to. We are both pursuing merely friendship for the time being, & our feelings are mutual. We have both prayed & received Words from the Lord as well as others, regarding our eventual union. I ask for prayer that our relationship grow stronger & we become a stronger Man & Woman of God, in order to raise children & continually pursue His will for us both. In addition, prayer regarding covering in the areas of staying pure. Thank you very much. God Bless.
