Courtney I have those too hunn.. And as soon as you wake up, you dont see the world for a little bit.. All you see are images in your head, and you have this awful feeling in the pit of your stomach that never seems to go away quick enough, but yet you try your hardest to snap out of it, and try to go along with your day.. Its hard I know.. I will pray my little heart out for all of this to stop haunting you, and for you to have pleasant dreams.. You know what I do..? Right before I go to bed, I lay in my most comfortable position, I close my eyes, and I just pray and talk to our Father one on one as long as Im awake, and for him to give me the power and will to fall asleep with pleasant dreams.. I do this until I actually fall asleep, and I dont have nightmares anymore!! I hope that this works out for you hunn! Well be praying for ya!
