Briana You need to sit down and tell him the desires of your heart im not talking to be the richest person in the world or anything like that but if you are wantig an amazing relationship with god then you need to put ALL your cards on the table you have to keep your heart 100 honest with him. You have to let everything out and know that he will forgive you and take you back he loves you so so much!! i have never experianced a greater love than from my lord and savior jesus chirst i love my intiment relationship with him!!! i seek him not only on a bad day or when something goes wrong but every moment of the day once you truly seek him he brings a feeling in your life you have never experienced before!!! XDeadMan Understandable. It is hard to focus on God with all the clutter of 2010 in our faces; ipods, texting, phone calls, facebook, myspace, cable, satellite tv, Gilmore Girls, Lost, Greys Anatomy, etc... Just take your walk with God at a pace that is minute by minute. I think to WALK in step with GOD, one must be intentional especially in our day and age. Make your every thought captive to Christ, meaning, be intentional about what you think about and make sure all your thoughts are continually submissive to and about things of GOD. Thats a good start :) eg. GOD at my job, GOD at my school, GOD and my friends, GOD and my family, GOD and myself, GOD and my web surfing, GOD and my texting, GOD and my social interactions, GOD and what i see on tv, God and......you get the pic :)
