Jonathan Well, for more than 11 years, Ive known this lady and in Decemeber, we finally started to elevate our friendship to beyond that. During this transition, Ive asked friends to pray for me that God would help me be ready for it and to give me the wisdom and guidance to hold it down, because I know what its like me to mess things up due to my comfort in my confidence of not worrying about things falling apart. Lately, Ive sensed some lack of interest since this has been going a little lightly.. some examples could be her acting all germaphobe when I kiss her on the cheek or put my arm around her... and let me stop in the middle of this to just point out that in Brooklyn, most Christians in relationships are usually NOT the most conservative in case thats what some reading may be thinking first hand before they can even understand my point.... Other recent examples were me texting her I love you which we usually tell each other, and she replied with Ditto... I replied back with OK Demi lol as an indication from the Movie Ghost where that phrase was made famous which Im not even sure she saw it... Most recently, I told her I love you over the phone, and she said OK though she was very tired at the time, and on our last phone convo I told her I missed her and she told me I saw her The Other Day.... Today is Wednsday... The other day she is talking about is last week Thursday. Please understand that this relationship is a huge transition for me and I dont want to mess this up, so please pray for wisdom and guidance throughout this, and if I may be concerned over NOTHING, which I would LOVE to find out, then please pray that God would confirm that to me if so, because Im a bit afraid. Even as I trust in the Lord, I can still be afraid because he may have will that I dont understand and that has happened to me more than once before. So please keep me in prayer regarding this. God bless yous all, and stay safe this Valentines Day...

Christian Singles Valentines Day Encouragement!: :)Valentines day can be a difficult time for many Christian singles that are trying to abstain from sex while waiting for God to send them that special mate. Every year many Christian singles who have fought hard for a long time to finally get their lives right with God drop the ball and blow it on v-day. They have developed a great prayer life and have made all kinds of great Christian single progress towards getting that special mate. Then here comes valentines day! Poof! This is where months and years of christian single progress can be ruined in one day. Seeing all the love stuff around can make you lose your focus and jump on a "temporary love boat" with many others. Many Christian singles dont bounce back too quick or even at all sometimes after the strong conviction and disappointment from their sexual sin kicks in. Some cases have bigger consequences like a unwanted pregnancy or an S.T.D. Oh and to all the ladys, dont fall for the old "I got roses and candy smiles" propaganda you see this month. Flowers and gifts are good but dont look to much into it or feel bad if you dont get anything because a lot of times what you are actually seeing is more like "I only get to hold my mans hand one day/month out the year in public date" day.Also sadly some people celebrating v-day are just "Hey I dont want to marry you but I dont want to be by myself on v-day" temporary, "emotionally risky",dates or sexual hook ups that dont really lead to anything serious. Then there are some couples who dont bond or dont really like each other 11 months out the year and v-day/Feb. is the one day/month they actually get intimate or bond with each other since they first got married. So stay strong Christian single guys and gals! Be happy for those you see enjoying love but never covet because like some people say, "All glitter aint gold." Pray away all those negative single life thoughts! Be patient and happy during valentines day knowing that a mate sent from God is way better than a one day one month temporary hook up!:)

Zoe Ann My husband moved out of our house last April....long, painful story. Two months ago he admitted to a forty year addiction to pornography. I am numb, angry, poured out. 6 kids. Homeschooling. In ministry with evangelism, outreach, prayer. I am in constant pain with headaches, tinnitus, fatigue. My mother died in front of my eyes of a massive heart attack a few months ago. My best friend, my grandma, died five months prior to that. I am so very done with this life. Jesus somehow keeps my heart beating....please pray for me and my marriage and my kids, and for the testimony of Gods grace. Oh, and please pray for finacial matters. Due to his severe Adult ADD, my husband has lost 3 jobs in 4 years.

Tanya My heavenly Father, thank you so much for blessing me with my beautiful children, grandchildren and extended family. I am so blessed to share my life with these extraordinary people and I thank you for this continued blessing. Heavenly Father, I would like to pray for my partner who is in a detention centre in Australia. You have blessed me with finding this beautfiul and amazing man and am asking for your power and stength to help me release him from his current nightmare which he has been enduring for the past two years coming. J & J My (29yo) Husband was offered an expensive procedure to insert permanent teeth implants, pro-Bono(free) which is a HUGE blessing; now we have to come up with the funds for the trips down south (6 hour drive, that weve made twice now and will again 2 more times) and the expensive teeth in the next 4-6 months. He is also having two wisdom teeth removed before the implants are done, and because of their location near the nerve there is cause for concern - but we are giving this to God to handle. We are so very thankful to the Dr for offering this procedure and to the Heavenly Father for blessing us with this incredible opportunity! We have signed the release forms for the video interview, photographs and procedure video to be published. My husbands case will be made public to a medical study group (In Sacramento, CA) and online on the Doctors site, filmed and other Doctors will be in the room during the procedure for educational purposes. We are excited; not nervous or worried about the procedure but are focused on saving money to co-labor with God on this blessing. God has been calling my Husband and myself to a mission trip to Rwanda Africa with our church later this year, we want to go but will have to see how the Father has everything planned for us. All prayers are greatly appreciated. We cant wait for this to be done so we can share an incredible testimony of the Fathers grace and love. Thank you for your time! - The Hoovers

Jessica My daughter is a year old and has severe eczema. She is highly allergic to a lot of fruits and vegetables, such as apples, carrots, bananas and every time she eats them, her lip starts to swell and she gets itchy everywhere. She is still highly dependent on her soy milk formula, but she doesnt receive the proper nutrients she needs to grow up healthy and strong. Please help me pray that either she grows out of these allergies or we find a medication she can take so she can tolerate eating.

Sara My prayer is for my friend who is now in the state prison for a foolish thing he did while he was young. This crime wasnt violent What so ever. It was for stealing a pair of speakers. And now Hes doing a year in prison just because he was linked with other charges that they cant prove. I know his heart, hes honestly a sweet guy and would do anything for me an for his family an other friends. Hes been my call in the middle of the night on more than one occasion just to hear him say its gonna be okay. I havent gotten a letter back since hes been transferred and I just pray today is the day I get a letter and hopefully some good news. Please pray for his protection while hes in and pray he stays in touch the best he can.

Was rather funny, last night me and a friend of mine prayed about it, and then this morning I was thinking about it, and I thought maybe my friend emailed. But I thought that was just me wanting her to have emailed. Well I check my email and there was her email!! Then I realized it was God telling me to check my email haha.. anyway, am very thankful :) Am glad nothing is wrong and there was no need for worry :) Thanks again for praying :D Praise God! :D

Please pray for a friend of mine. I have not heard from her in months, and I mean, MONTHS...almost half a year. This is weird because we grew up with each other and we talk weekly, were really close. But I dont have her new phone number so I cant call. I dont know how to get in contact with her friends or family right now, Im just stuck wondering whats happened. Im just kinda nervous, I hope its something really silly and not something serious like shes in the hospital and I have no way of knowing. Anyway, if you could please pray that I receive news of whats going on. This is just the most bizarre thing that has ever happened between us, were extremely close friends so not hearing from her like this is just... odd... please pray for her safety and well-being. I just hope and pray its something silly and nothing serious!! Thanks!

I am scheduled to start college this coming Summer. I am really nervous because I was suppose to start in the Fall of last year but I dropped my classes due to mental health issues. I am scared that I will have to drop the classes this Summer due to the same reasons. I am also struggling with family issues. My father and myself do not get along very well for mulitpule reasons and we are constantly fighting. I just want every thing to be some what decent between us. I ask that people pray for the families of my friends Cody and Bekka and a few others, who I would rather not mention names, who recently took their lives. I know that their families and all of us friends are suffering greatly with the loss of them. They meant a lot to all of us, and we grieve heavily. I ask that we pray that we all may grieve properly and that God gives us the strength to cope with these situations. Last but not least I want to strengthen my relationship with God. I have struggled of and on these last several years with what to believe due to not being in very good situations. Thank You All,Maddalin.

I think having the opportunity to put his gifts and talents to work through helping others is making him feel more purposeful and valued. His attitude is also changing and he is more attentive to when he begins to get depressed or frustrated and is more willing to fight the lies. He also is learning the importance of being loving even when he doesnt feel like it.

Sandy Art has fully recovered and returned to work. Hes driving a car and riding a motorcycle. It was touch and go at times, but for God. I continue to hope that Art and his wife, Cathy, will come to know the Lord and be saved. Thanks for your prayers!!!

Zombie Pickles He answered it, but not the best way. The cancer in his spine is goneish, but he still has a lot in his brain. He had a seizure but they thought it was a stroke. But today, he cant talk. His brain can function properly but he is incapible of talking. Pray for his wife and his three young kids. Pray that Gods will is done in the situation.

Im so discouraged right now. I know the Lord is working in my life and I am grateful. I guess Im having a hard time with being paitient. Ive also been depressed. I, over the years have trusted people I shouldnt have with pretty much all I have. Unfortunately by me doing that, I have affected my life and lively hood but my childrens also. Ive known from a young age to not even trust family,but for some reason i feel the need to give chances to people. I would want that for myself, so I figure to do that for others. My judgement hasnt been the best, eventhough Ive tried. I try to love as Jesus wants us too. Now technically, I and my children are homeless. I lost so much, not just things but my childrens trust. Thanks to God, a lady from church took us in, but she couldnt take all of us. I have 5 children, the oldest are with friends. My parents and grandparents are all passed on. The childrens fathers arent close or able or willing to do anything. They either have other children and wife, or one of them is passed on. There was no one for me to run to. All I have is Jesus! Being a single mom is hard. I didnt think it would be easy but the outside world and all the hurt has so affected how my children and I are with one another. Im feeling weak. I need prayer for our finances so I can get a home for the children and I. I need to rebuild. Id like to be married again, but this time for ever in Christ. I know of a good christian man, who loves the Lord and shares that love with others. This man is my friend, his name is Steven. Lauren I am now giting my ged and a collage is letting me take a class untill I have my ged so I am finily moving on with egucation agin. Also I have manie great friends now at saviour marchel arts and I sumtimes git to work with the little children and help them with there karate. Im working hard to beocome a good teacher and trying to lurn all I can. I havent told the my teachers yet that I want to be a karate teacher beocuse I want to git my black belt first. Also I feal like the reaseon that I dont have sumone that I love yet right now is becouse mabie Im not reddie for a relationship. Our one hour long chapel service turned into seven and a half ours of worship and testimonies. Probably the coolest thing Ive seen yet this year here. Thanks again everyone.

Vera My sister, Andi came through the surgery fine. When I spoke to her this evening (Wed. Feb 16) she was in good spirits and even getting some of her sense of humor back. i have two request, i have a brother in the lord i met last summer at a mens retreat funny enough all 6 of us placed together at random did not want to go, but it was the best thing and we were all glad the God brought us together. anyways Robert has asked me to keep his wife Julissa in prayer because she is having problems with her lungs and heart and there son Chris who went in for surgery on hi tonsils and adenoids. the other request is a fellow co-worker had asked to lift his baby grandson who was born in November had some fluid in his lungs and is having trouble breathing. i thanks you so much and God bless you all.

Ingrid Paola Sometimes we have to let GO , to let GOd do... Ive learn that when we try to CHANGE people around or things, situations around.....WE ruin them even more when we dont know how to handle them......but when we leave "the situation" in GoDS hands...he works on our behalf n he makes things PERFECT...... God has restored my relationship with avas dad. We are still separated but we get along better now, n we are starting to understand each other...... our love has grown in a different level...n Im waiting on the LORD to change his heart so we can be together again......i believe that the main reason why our relationship started to have problems the moment we both forgot about GOD... but Im leaving this relationship in the hands of God n im just going to LET GOd do his perfect will in our Lives..in the beg. it was hard to let go, because i was afraid to lose this guy,i kinda pushed him away..... n well..... i was trying to fix it myself ..thinking i could make things right..but the moment i started praying n i started just surrendering to GOd....things started changing..& im very thankful to God..... for what he;s done in our lives...... n thank u all that have been praying for me!!
