Leigh Please pray for my mother. She is 70 years old, and is very depressed, having some stomach pain, racing heart, and panic attacks. She had a bad panic attack earlier tonight, and was very upset, and crying. She never wants to see a doctor. My brother, my only sibling, disowned her over 20 years ago, when my parents divorced, and it also hurts her greatly. Not a day goes by that she doesnt grieve over him not talking to her. She cried about him tonight, saying how much it hurts that he hates her. She says she feels useless, and wants to be able to do everything she did before. Said she wants to help me, but cant. She is in a severe depression, and I dont know what to do.
She lives with me and my 4 children. I am a single mom, after my husband abandoned us 6 years ago. I work very long hours to be able to take care of all of us. Sometimes I have to stay awake for 2 days at a time, and my health isnt the greatest. I have to work, and it is becoming very hard to function at all, because Im so worried about her. I feel like Im about to fall apart.
Please pray that if there is anything physically wrong with her, that God will heal her, and take any sickness away from her. Please also pray that she will not feel depressed anymore, or hopeless. Pray that she will enjoy life again.
Please pray for all of our health, so we can be strong, and happy. Please also pray that somehow, work will become a little easier for me, so that I wont have to skip a night of sleep, and have a few days off once in awhile to spend with my family.
I believe that the power of prayer is very strong, and I have witnessed it work miracles before. So I would be so grateful for your prayers. God Bless.

A Captivated Heart I would like prayer for people in other places of the world where hunger and poverty is stark. I want to make a difference in the lives of people who are faced with struggles us American do not usually have to face. Knowing that other people in the world, especially in poor countries, pay the price of our luxurious lifestyles drives me with this passion to give them the life promised in John 10:10 . My parents met and grew up on a church and has a very strong foundations of faith... Mo Ive been married to my husband, Steve, for almost 15 years and for that entire time, my in-laws have been a huge problem in our marriage. They are still attached to my husbands ex-wife, who although she left him for someone else, they still have her over and include her in family functions. My husband doesnt seem to have a problem with it, but I do. They have not warmed up to me, even though Ive been in their family for 15 years. Theres been so much tension and its really driven a wedge in our marriage. Steves daughter has also resented me, and thats been another source of friction in our marriage. Now that my husbands daughter is getting married this year, his ex-wife seems to be everywhere and since my husband knows it bothers me, hes being secretive about his meetings and conversations with her and it has been hurtful and really bothersome. I would really appreciate your prayers that God would intervene in my marriage and solve this problem for us. Thank you so very much.

Gemy Hello(: Its been a really long time since Ive posted a prayer request here. Probably because I lost my faith. D: Maybe there is a bit more, because Im asking for your help here. But Im just VERY confused right now. Some of my friends told me that it isnt an overnight thing and it will certainly take time. But thats something else: What if there isnt much time left? We all know that the end of the world is pretty near. The fact that Im scared of it make me a lot more scared because my teacher said that if you are scared of the end of age, you are not saved. I want to be saved. I want to believe in God because I love Him. But whats happening is: I want to believe in God because I want to be saved from the End of the World. AND. What scares me most is the fact that I dont think I can accept Jesus as my Lord Savior because Im not sure if he even actually existed. DDD: And I found some (mean) verses in the bible. Like Deut. 22:13-22. Please explain? (: This march, Im having a major operation (Double curve, 50 degrees Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis) and Im hoping it would be successful. What if something bad happens? Im not being negative, Im being realistic. And also my education. Because of my operation, the school is letting me take more work so that I can cope up with the things i will miss. It pressures me and usually triggers my epileptic migraine. The school knows about this, so they are helping me with it, which is really nice of them. But please also pray for my health(: Thank you for reading something this long. Please help me. According to the Islam Repunlic News Agency (IRAN), Iran will not send a ship carrying humanitarian aid to Gaza as it had planned on Wednesday and then switch to Thursday. Then they change it to Sunday.
So now Iran said that the trip altogether was CANCEL!
Iran did not want this issue to become politicalize for Isreal.

Jessica well, since ive given my life to God, my struggles have been harder and the determination to make right decisions is extremely hard. but i wouldnt have it any other way. just knowing that god has given me the strength when i feel like im falling is miraculous. life is never easy, and when you choose to be a christian, it is ten times harder because youre always trying to do the right thing. just surround yourself with christians who are wise and can help you. church should be like your family; trust them.

Jan Please continue to pray for Ryan that the 3 tumors will shrink and they will be able to do surgery to remove them. He started his 6 week radiation. Also pray that he will not have to have a feeding tube and trach. Thanks and God bless everyone.

My Tante (aunte) Sonia is currently in ICU, but just found out they are transfering her to a nursing home because of insurance. Its so unfortunate that because of conflictions with insurance a patient must suffer with the ordeal to receive the proper care they so dearly need. Thank you for the prayers! Please pray for her two adult children as well that they be given the strength, direction to do what is best for the care for their mother. Im also praying that they accept Christ in their hearts! I show them by example! I hope they follow by example! Also been witnessing to my husband whos into "religion"! So far...everything hes said about his belliefs I have been able to prove him WRONG by showing the trueth in the bible! Hes been left speechless everytime and doenst know what to make of it! He calls Christianity the "happy go feel" church. He doenst get it, but I believe thru power and prayer he WILL overcome this and will be saved! Its just a matter of time when he gets his calling!

The doctor is concerned about placenta-privia which could be a serious condition for both mother and baby. Please pray for devine health and healing for baby and mom, and a that the placenta miraculously goes back to normal. Both my son and daughter-in-law are young ministers in our church and are worship team leaders. They are constantly giving of themselves to others. Please Please pray for a miriacle. Nikki I didnt have people to sit with for awhile but God gave me 2 or more people to sit with! Possibly a future boyfriend!

Over the course of 2 years of attending my church I have found myself sitting alone off and on. I think its because of my disability, if not than I dont understand why? I dont know what to do to change this or if anything can be done? I have friends at church but when they are invited to sit with other friends they leave me by myself. Rachel Our youth group is doing well now. Unfortunately we did have to say goodbye to our old Pastor; he had to take a job that required him to work on Sundays to be able to support his family with their 3rd child on the way but he and his wife will remain in our hearts forever. I need prayer for my youth group. Our youth group was just formed around June 09 and it really started going places. But now we hardly meet anymore; once maybe twice a month if we are lucky. Our youth pastor has a lot of extra things that he has to take on; dont get me wrong, he is a great pastor but our group just isnt going anywhere, if anything I think its tracking backwards. We went from meeting every Sunday to hardly meeting at all; its just very disappointing and saddening to watch it all slowly dissipate. Please pray for us. Thanks :)

MissCMSinChrist God has been so amazing to me in this struggle that I WAS going through,
He has been so good.
As you know I was diagnosed with PCOS in May and have been having blood tests and doctors appointments alot.
My mother had it all planned out: She insisted on me getting surgery for my cysts to be removed.
When the doctor looked at the ultrasound, she picked up that there were indeed many cysts, but all VERY small. Too small to have surgically removed. Praise God!
The specialist has also said they are too small but I will have to lose weight and the cysts will most likely go away, but I am still producing what is necessary to have kids and the cysts arent actually doing any serious damage!
Thank you so much for all your prayers, you are wonderful.

Hi there,I was just wanting to request a prayer for myself.I have just been diagnosed with Poly cystic ovarian syndrome which will cause me great difficulty and even infertility in the future.I gave my life to Jesus last year and vowed to not have sex again until I am married, I have no boyfriend at the moment or no prospect of having a boyfriend anytime soon but you never know. If you want you can pray for that alone. But I would love a family of my own in the future and would love to also bless my future husband with kids.Please pray for the removal of these ugly cysts and fast recovery. I will probably be undergoing surgery soon.Thank you in advance xo

Rachel Hey guys, this is Rachel and Ive got some news from VBS! I was assigned to K-2 and these kids have been a blessing to me from God. Not only have these kids put everything into learning what we had for them each night, theyve lifted my spirits as well. They made me remember Matt. 18:2-4 and how Ive relied more on my own understanding than Him during the difficult times. I had to miss out on tonight for VBS because of migraines but I will be up and raring to go for the last night tomorrow! God Bless!

I have one more day to finish all my school work. I still have a good hand full left. Before I began working on it today God directed me to Philippians 4:13 "For I can do everything with the help of Christ who gives me the strength I need." Im holding onto that. Please pray that Gods favor would be upon me and that His strength would be with me so I can get all this done by the end of the day tomorrow (Tuesday). Also me and my mom are both under a lot of stress. For those of you who dont know, my dad is in the hospital, my brother is going away for a year to Alabama, and my mom homeschools me so the school work deadline is stressful for her too. Please pray for us to be encouraged, strengthened, and to have peace through this hard time. Thanks and God bless you all!

Ive been in the Army since 2006 and ever since then I really strayed away from God. I am currently in Iraq and am going through a really nasty divorce with my spouse who is not a Christian. We have a two year old son and my heart breaks knowing that this is all affecting him as well. Tonight after speaking with a life long family friend and the Associate pastor of my home church I gave my heart back to the Lord. I would ask prayer for my situation with the divorce and also spiritual guidance. I would also like prayer for my faith to be strengthened with everything I do from here on out! Please pray for me!
