A Captivated Heart I would like prayer for people in other places of the world where hunger and poverty is stark. I want to make a difference in the lives of people who are faced with struggles us American do not usually have to face. Knowing that other people in the world, especially in poor countries, pay the price of our luxurious lifestyles drives me with this passion to give them the life promised in John 10:10 . All in all, I just want prayer with a faith that can help these people through their daily struggles. In addition, I want to have answers. I want to know why things like these happen in the world so I can make a difference.

jacqueline my fiance and i are working really hard to plan our future. our wedding, our finances, where we are going to live, where my children will go to school. its been a rough road and i believe its because we struggle with sexual sin. even if we are not doing it i know just thinking about it is a sin and im scared with its consistancy we will miss out on Gods blessings because we are so distracted by temptation. thank you in advance and God bless.

Andrew Michelle, I just wanted to let you know that you can never lose your salvation. If you truely believe in Christ Jesus, that He is the Son of God, one with the Father, and that you have accepted Him into your heart, He will never let you go, He died for us to wipe our slates completely clean, there is not one thing we can do to lose our salvation. No matter what we do, He has already forgiven, and forgotten past present and future. Do not fear, but remember satan always tries to find a way to bring a believer down, and spiritual warfare is a major struggle with many Christians. Alan I would also like a prayer for strength and full deliverance...I am one of the worship leaders in our church, and sometimes I hold back myself because I know Im still not yet fully delivered from my old self...I was born and raised as a Christian... My parents met and grew up on a church and has a very strong foundations of faith... Mo Ive been married to my husband, Steve, for almost 15 years and for that entire time, my in-laws have been a huge problem in our marriage. They are still attached to my husbands ex-wife, who although she left him for someone else, they still have her over and include her in family functions. My husband doesnt seem to have a problem with it, but I do. They have not warmed up to me, even though Ive been in their family for 15 years. Theres been so much tension and its really driven a wedge in our marriage. Steves daughter has also resented me, and thats been another source of friction in our marriage. Now that my husbands daughter is getting married this year, his ex-wife seems to be everywhere and since my husband knows it bothers me, hes being secretive about his meetings and conversations with her and it has been hurtful and really bothersome. I would really appreciate your prayers that God would intervene in my marriage and solve this problem for us. Thank you so very much.

Gemy Hello(: Its been a really long time since Ive posted a prayer request here. Probably because I lost my faith. D: Maybe there is a bit more, because Im asking for your help here. But Im just VERY confused right now. Some of my friends told me that it isnt an overnight thing and it will certainly take time. But thats something else: What if there isnt much time left? We all know that the end of the world is pretty near. The fact that Im scared of it make me a lot more scared because my teacher said that if you are scared of the end of age, you are not saved. I want to be saved. I want to believe in God because I love Him. But whats happening is: I want to believe in God because I want to be saved from the End of the World. AND. What scares me most is the fact that I dont think I can accept Jesus as my Lord Savior because Im not sure if he even actually existed. DDD: And I found some (mean) verses in the bible. Like Deut. 22:13-22. Please explain? (: This march, Im having a major operation (Double curve, 50 degrees Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis) and Im hoping it would be successful. What if something bad happens? Im not being negative, Im being realistic. And also my education. Because of my operation, the school is letting me take more work so that I can cope up with the things i will miss. It pressures me and usually triggers my epileptic migraine. The school knows about this, so they are helping me with it, which is really nice of them. But please also pray for my health(: Thank you for reading something this long. Please help me. Ruth I heard from my son last night, first contact since my prayer request. Hes having some problems while in Iraq, he has a job where he cant leave to go for food or anything and no one has been bringing his meals, and hes not getting the medical help he needs. Hes been struggling with what to do, he called me last night and said he finally made a decision and filed complaints concerning these issues. I believe my prayer was answered, it helped him to find a solution to these problems. Please continue to pray, that these filings will get to who needs to see them and that there is no retribution on my son for having the courage to file them.

Darcy I am currently listening to the daily audio Bible most days. I have already given my virginity away, I cant drive yet and I guess my aunt and uncle do not find it necessary to go to church anymore... But I do listen to a lot of sermons. I stopped partying and havent drank alcohol in a while. I confessed that I lied to the people that I lied to and told them the truth. I dont whacth pornography anymore even though sometimes I am still tempted to, I havent in months. However I do still struggle with masturbation sometimes. The suicidial thoughts were so bad that I tried to commit suicide but havent had one suicidial thought after this past time I tried to commit suicide which was my third attempt. I feel a lot closer to God lately and am trying to do the right things for him. I am not completely free from all of those things I had asked you to pray for... But I am most of them. Thank you so much for your prayers!

I use to read my Bible everyday and just have this passion, hunger and ultimate desire for Jesus. I was learning so much about Jesus, and was growing closer to him. Then I met this guy and we started dating and I put myself in an abusive relationship with him. I fell away from God, and I almost gave my virginity to him. We did have oral sex, and I had told him that because I was forced in the past with Sexual abuse, in a sexual situation, I cant say no. He used that to his own advantage. Finally he set me free from the relationship and broke up with me. I was in so much emotional pain and I am still learning to move on. I know he isnt the right guy for me and I do deserve so much better than him. But after the Break up I tried to restore this relationship with God back to so much better than before. But I keep failing to do that. I dont read my Bible everyday now, I dont go to church anymore, I have drank alcohol and partied and got really drunk, I have told one lie and now I am caught in the web of that one lie, I struggle with whacthing Pornography and masturbation, Im afraid I am addicted, Jealousy, anger, The suicidial thoughts, I had cyber sex with someone I barely know, and I just feel distant from God. I want to live for him I do. I want freedom from all these things and I want to have the relationship I had back with Jesus. Please Pray that I would be free, I need strength, courage, hope, I need to accept Jesus forgiveness when it is needed. and whatever else you find necessary to pray for me. Advice would be great too. Mr. V Thanks guys so much for the prayer sadly no my band hasnt progressed much but it is ok. God has shown me in many ways that i need to focus on the basics of it all and just focus on praising him whether in a band or at my church. So i am still doing that and the time will come when a band will arise and things will happen all in gods time! praise god for his all knowing all mighty self! thanks again guys!

My friends dad fell off a roof earlier today and is in critical condition. Theyre saying the next 48 hours is very crucial. Gods already been performing miracles by keeping alive, but I just pray He keeps his healing hand on him.

Charlie We finally joined our new church 2 weeks ago. My family was welcomed with open arms ad warm hearts. We felt like part of the family already. And as far as the Motorcycle Ministry my wife and I are in, the pastor asked me to speak about it when he introduced us to the congregation the day we joined. After the service, as people were coming to welcome us, I had about 20 men and couples ask me for more information on the ministry and how to get involved. It was so awesome. God knew what He was doing when He led us to this church. Thank you so much for the prayers. They were answered and continue to be.

I need prayer right now. Im not sure what for, I just know I need Gods help. I use to be very close in my relationship with God but through a string of events I kinda wandered away and now Im trying to get back. I feel stuck right now. I just really miss the relationship I had with God. There is a giant hill in my life that I need to get over right now. Also please pray for a friend of mine, Im not really close to him, but he seems to be struggling right now as well.

My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 2 years now. One of the reasons why I fell in love with him was because he was a fellow Christian. Last night however, I saw that he wasnt very strong in his faith at all. He admitted that he never read the Bible, and that he didnt think it was important to go to church every week. Im really scared and confused right now, because now Im wonderfing if I really love him. I didnt think his faith was as strong as mine, but I never realized how weak it was. Most of his family claims to be Christian, but they never go to church or read the Bible either, and I suppose thats where hes getting his idea of a Christian from. I can see that with someone to show him the true meaning of a Christian, his faith would grow and he would understand why its important to read the Bible daily and meet with other Christians to worship our Lord. Please pray that he will understand what it means to worship the Lord, and what it means to be a Christian. Also, please pray for me, because Im completely heartbroken right now, and Im scared of talking to him about all this. Ive decided to end our relationship for now, because I cant be with someone whose faith is lacking so much. Until he proves to me that he is comitted to worshipping our God, I just.. cant be with him. I know this request probably sounds very childish and naive, but please pray for us. Rachel Spoon Hi everyone. I appreciate everyone who is still praying for us. Hes been reading Gods word more often, but he still doesnt come to church every week. Please pray for Gods hand of protection over him and all of the soldiers who are there. Also, please pray that he can be a light to those around him. There are a lot of non-believers in his unit. Please also pray for my sister-in-law who is living as a homosexual. She and her girlfriend will be having a baby next month. She used to be a Christian. Raquel My application did go through but unfortunately I didnt get the job. On the day that I received the notification that I didnt get the job I received a my daily Bible text on my cell and it said "wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord." Psalm 27:14 so I know that I have to wait patiently for the Lord for He has bigger plans for me =)

We were literally just 20 minutes ago, praying over those wed committed to pray for & knowing this event had passed, we were praying for those who God had affected during your services to have people fallow up with them & for discipleship. Angela Dear C28 ~ Prayer for immediate restoral of CAL Grant was denied by State of California. Therefore, I believe that answer then would be found in Proverbs 3:5,6 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. That is what I must do as God is in control and knows the plans he has for our sons & daughters. This has been a challenge & a test. However, We walk by faith and not by sight...All the priceless jewels/scriptures come rushing in my life to provide comfort... That it will be alright! God never breaks a promise & I must lean not unto my own understand...TRUST God! That is the answer I believe. Amen.
