steve My wife just left me. Its b/c of my controlling attitude and my lack of communication. We have 3 young children. Please pray for our marriage. that we can use this time to grow and heal and ultimately get back together and the world can see God through out marriage. Please pray for direction for us. Leigh Please pray for my mother. She is 70 years old, and is very depressed, having some stomach pain, racing heart, and panic attacks. She had a bad panic attack earlier tonight, and was very upset, and crying. She never wants to see a doctor. My brother, my only sibling, disowned her over 20 years ago, when my parents divorced, and it also hurts her greatly. Not a day goes by that she doesnt grieve over him not talking to her. She cried about him tonight, saying how much it hurts that he hates her. She says she feels useless, and wants to be able to do everything she did before. Said she wants to help me, but cant. She is in a severe depression, and I dont know what to do.
She lives with me and my 4 children. I am a single mom, after my husband abandoned us 6 years ago. I work very long hours to be able to take care of all of us. Sometimes I have to stay awake for 2 days at a time, and my health isnt the greatest. I have to work, and it is becoming very hard to function at all, because Im so worried about her. I feel like Im about to fall apart.
Please pray that if there is anything physically wrong with her, that God will heal her, and take any sickness away from her. Please also pray that she will not feel depressed anymore, or hopeless. Pray that she will enjoy life again.
Please pray for all of our health, so we can be strong, and happy. Please also pray that somehow, work will become a little easier for me, so that I wont have to skip a night of sleep, and have a few days off once in awhile to spend with my family.
I believe that the power of prayer is very strong, and I have witnessed it work miracles before. So I would be so grateful for your prayers. God Bless.

A Captivated Heart I would like prayer for people in other places of the world where hunger and poverty is stark. I want to make a difference in the lives of people who are faced with struggles us American do not usually have to face. Knowing that other people in the world, especially in poor countries, pay the price of our luxurious lifestyles drives me with this passion to give them the life promised in John 10:10 . All in all, I just want prayer with a faith that can help these people through their daily struggles. In addition, I want to have answers. My parents met and grew up on a church and has a very strong foundations of faith... Mo Ive been married to my husband, Steve, for almost 15 years and for that entire time, my in-laws have been a huge problem in our marriage. They are still attached to my husbands ex-wife, who although she left him for someone else, they still have her over and include her in family functions. My husband doesnt seem to have a problem with it, but I do. They have not warmed up to me, even though Ive been in their family for 15 years. Theres been so much tension and its really driven a wedge in our marriage. Steves daughter has also resented me, and thats been another source of friction in our marriage. Now that my husbands daughter is getting married this year, his ex-wife seems to be everywhere and since my husband knows it bothers me, hes being secretive about his meetings and conversations with her and it has been hurtful and really bothersome. I would really appreciate your prayers that God would intervene in my marriage and solve this problem for us. Thank you so very much.

Gemy Hello(: Its been a really long time since Ive posted a prayer request here. Probably because I lost my faith. D: Maybe there is a bit more, because Im asking for your help here. But Im just VERY confused right now. Some of my friends told me that it isnt an overnight thing and it will certainly take time. But thats something else: What if there isnt much time left? We all know that the end of the world is pretty near. The fact that Im scared of it make me a lot more scared because my teacher said that if you are scared of the end of age, you are not saved. I want to be saved. I want to believe in God because I love Him. But whats happening is: I want to believe in God because I want to be saved from the End of the World. AND. What scares me most is the fact that I dont think I can accept Jesus as my Lord Savior because Im not sure if he even actually existed. DDD: And I found some (mean) verses in the bible. Like Deut. 22:13-22. Please explain? (: This march, Im having a major operation (Double curve, 50 degrees Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis) and Im hoping it would be successful. What if something bad happens? Im not being negative, Im being realistic. And also my education. Because of my operation, the school is letting me take more work so that I can cope up with the things i will miss. It pressures me and usually triggers my epileptic migraine. The school knows about this, so they are helping me with it, which is really nice of them. But please also pray for my health(: Thank you for reading something this long. Please help me. Rachel I was supposed to be one of those babies, but the Lord performed a miracle, twice. Neither abortion attempts thru meds worked. Im 50 and have been blessed with touching thousands of lives thru ministry. You never know what each life can do and who they can touch. May the Lord raise us all up to stop this tragedy. Lord please save babies from this and cradle those that have never been born to live this life...

(Like right now for example) Im just filled with random rage and hate and sorrow. Nothing needs to happen to trigger an urge to cut. It just happens. Please, pray for internal peace, and for the strength to withhold from cutting. I dont want to go back to my old ways. Ive come too far to give up (over 1 year without cutting). Thanks, God Bless.

I have been struggling a lot with sexual sin. The guy that I like is agnostic and I feel like I have fallen a whole lot away from God. Satan is filling me with his lies and I feel like I have been letting him win, and sometimes have been believing his lies. It has gotten so bad that I have even doubted that he was there anymore and it made me really worried and scared. I dont want to go away from God and live for myself and Satan again. I wouldnt know what to do without Jesus. He has brung me so far and no I am getting attacked really bad by Satan, it hurts, and it scares me a lot. If it were not for Jesus right now I probably would have suceeded at committed suicide from all the attempts I have been through. Please I need prayer really bad, and help. I am scared. :(

Darcy Well all of you who prayed for me... Thank you! I havent had cyber sex with the new guy in like a month and a half. I am starting to feel something again. I have learned that my Body and who I am are precious and that I dont have to feel like I have to give it to guys over the internet anymore. I am still learning to say no though. If you could please pray about that too, that would be fantastic! And so yea the guy I was having cyber sex with just asked me to stop and I was glad he did, cause I felt controlled and sometimes like I had to.

David God is crazy! and so good to us! I cant explain in words whats happened to me in more or less over night! I couldnt sleep. I couldnt do anything but seek Gods face! Once I admitted here on C28 and to my friends that I was breaking under the weight of this world. God came to me in such an intimate way. I sat at my table and just cried. I cried out to God for forgiveness. I cried out thanks to him. His presence is so pure! I think the best part is knowing that no matter how much we struggle. God wont let us suffer for too long. He knows us better then we know ourselves. I know now more then ever that its in Christ alone that I stand. And I really want to thank you all for your support through this tough time in my life. God is glorious beyond all comprehension! I love all of you so much! thank you and thank God!

Elena As of today, its a new low point. He stepped out to buy marijuana on chrismas eve, which i found, and now he says he wants very little to do with his family. I believe the issue is more than just marijuana, I believe hes under a severe spiritual attack, and Satan wants to estrange him from his family. He has friends who encourage his estrangement, and has dropped some old good friends. One of his 16 year old friends left his home just before Christmas, and my son wanted him to stay here, but I couldnt because I suspect this other boy uses a lot of drugs. Need more prayer, I feel helpless.

Michele PRAISE HIM! HE is soooo faithful to answer prayer! Back and forth to the endontist, finally endontist says, "were going to have to surgically remove the cyst". So I show up the day of the planned operation. Dr. says, "huh. dry as a bone inside the tooth. The cysts appears to be shrinking by itself. No need for surgery. The medicine I put in there must be working". I thought to myself, "No-- thats JESUS!" Thanks for all your prayers! PRAISE GOD!!!!

Because of the cyst, the bone in my upper jaw has been deteriorating and I have bone loss. Please pray that I be fullly healed and quickly. I am not in pain, praise God, but I am worried that it wont heal. I eventually need to have a root canal done on that tooth.

My church is really small. It has beena round for 5 tears now and we have been doing nothing but pray that we grow. We usually ahve the same 15-20 people come every sunday morning, on a good day 30-40 (good days meaning holidays). I would just love if we can have more people pray for our church to grow and that we get so many people that we need bigger space and that we have the money for that bigger space. Thank you :)

While I dont understand why her life had to be so brief, my faith is stronger than ever. HE continues to walk with me and HE is my comforter. His healing is evident in my life. I have asked HIM, however, to restore his blessings to me so that maybe I can give birth to another little girl when the time is right.
