Leigh Please pray for my mother. She is 70 years old, and is very depressed, having some stomach pain, racing heart, and panic attacks. She had a bad panic attack earlier tonight, and was very upset, and crying. She never wants to see a doctor. My brother, my only sibling, disowned her over 20 years ago, when my parents divorced, and it also hurts her greatly. Not a day goes by that she doesnt grieve over him not talking to her. She cried about him tonight, saying how much it hurts that he hates her. She says she feels useless, and wants to be able to do everything she did before. Said she wants to help me, but cant. She is in a severe depression, and I dont know what to do.
She lives with me and my 4 children. I am a single mom, after my husband abandoned us 6 years ago. I work very long hours to be able to take care of all of us. Sometimes I have to stay awake for 2 days at a time, and my health isnt the greatest. I have to work, and it is becoming very hard to function at all, because Im so worried about her. I feel like Im about to fall apart.
Please pray that if there is anything physically wrong with her, that God will heal her, and take any sickness away from her. Please also pray that she will not feel depressed anymore, or hopeless. Pray that she will enjoy life again.
Please pray for all of our health, so we can be strong, and happy. Please also pray that somehow, work will become a little easier for me, so that I wont have to skip a night of sleep, and have a few days off once in awhile to spend with my family.
I believe that the power of prayer is very strong, and I have witnessed it work miracles before. So I would be so grateful for your prayers. God Bless.

A Captivated Heart I would like prayer for people in other places of the world where hunger and poverty is stark. I want to make a difference in the lives of people who are faced with struggles us American do not usually have to face. Knowing that other people in the world, especially in poor countries, pay the price of our luxurious lifestyles drives me with this passion to give them the life promised in John 10:10 . All in all, I just want prayer with a faith that can help these people through their daily struggles. In addition, I want to have answers. My parents met and grew up on a church and has a very strong foundations of faith... Mo Ive been married to my husband, Steve, for almost 15 years and for that entire time, my in-laws have been a huge problem in our marriage. They are still attached to my husbands ex-wife, who although she left him for someone else, they still have her over and include her in family functions. My husband doesnt seem to have a problem with it, but I do. They have not warmed up to me, even though Ive been in their family for 15 years. Theres been so much tension and its really driven a wedge in our marriage. Steves daughter has also resented me, and thats been another source of friction in our marriage. Now that my husbands daughter is getting married this year, his ex-wife seems to be everywhere and since my husband knows it bothers me, hes being secretive about his meetings and conversations with her and it has been hurtful and really bothersome. I would really appreciate your prayers that God would intervene in my marriage and solve this problem for us. Thank you so very much.

Gemy Hello(: Its been a really long time since Ive posted a prayer request here. Probably because I lost my faith. D: Maybe there is a bit more, because Im asking for your help here. But Im just VERY confused right now. Some of my friends told me that it isnt an overnight thing and it will certainly take time. But thats something else: What if there isnt much time left? We all know that the end of the world is pretty near. The fact that Im scared of it make me a lot more scared because my teacher said that if you are scared of the end of age, you are not saved. I want to be saved. I want to believe in God because I love Him. But whats happening is: I want to believe in God because I want to be saved from the End of the World. AND. What scares me most is the fact that I dont think I can accept Jesus as my Lord Savior because Im not sure if he even actually existed. DDD: And I found some (mean) verses in the bible. Like Deut. 22:13-22. Please explain? (: This march, Im having a major operation (Double curve, 50 degrees Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis) and Im hoping it would be successful. What if something bad happens? Im not being negative, Im being realistic. And also my education. Because of my operation, the school is letting me take more work so that I can cope up with the things i will miss. It pressures me and usually triggers my epileptic migraine. The school knows about this, so they are helping me with it, which is really nice of them. But please also pray for my health(: Thank you for reading something this long. Please help me. Vanessa Everyone has been let back into the town but many have been left with very little as about half of the town burned. It is going to take a long time to restore the material possessions and even longer to restore mental peace. The people I know there are fine and their house was one of the few that wasnt damaged, Praise God! Thank you for praying.

This includes homes, businesses, and government buildings. Virtually everyone has been evacuated to Edmonton or elsewhere and wont be able to return for at least a couple of weeks. A good friend in my church has family living there. Her daughter and grandson have left the town but her son-in-law is a firefighter so he is still there. Please pray for them!

Audball My boyfriend decided to go to his Dads. He has had to deal with some crazy stuff but through it all, he has become stronger in the Lord! Hes been speaking all about Jesus to his lost family. And slowly.. theyre starting to listen. Amen! God is really working through that boy! Also.. My experience at this church camp last week was AMAZING!! I now know what God is calling me to do.. PREACH THE GOSPEL TO DEAF PEOPLE AROUND THE US!! I love deaf people. I am hard of hearing myself. There are so many deaf people out there who really need Jesus because there are very few deaf churches. Thanks to the wonderful speaker who really opened up my eyes and to God for showing his presence to me. I made the descision to rededicate my life to God. Thank you guys so much for the prayers. They worked!!

Miss Nicolette I havent been on here in a while but Id like to update the Honduras status. So we leave for Honduras in about two weeks and the whole team is 100% paid for and we had almost $200 extra per person!!! God provided about $11,000 through fundraising the past two months, none of us had to pay hardly a single penny!! So, thank you for praying! God has abundantly provided for his work in Honduras, and we are all excited to go!! Now, I would like to humbly ask for prayer for our actual trip. I know God has huge plans and he has been equipping us spiritually, physically, mentally and monetarily! He is definitely our all-sufficient God. So thanks in advance for your prayers =)

I am applying to a medical program this year and its my second time applying and I am very discouraged and anxious and afraid of all the uncertainty. I am 23 and I want to begin my life as an independant person and I live with 6 other adults and life at home can be very challenging and because I am in school full time, I cannot afford to move out until I get my degree. If I dont get in, I have to wait a whole year to apply again and will set me back! I have worked so hard these past 6 years in college and I really want this. If you could offer up two prayers for me I would be so very grateful. Prayer number one: To please ask that I am ready to get into this surgical technology program in Gods eyes. Last night my boyfriend revealed to me his want/need to seek knowledge to find the joy, happiness and peace that only GOD can provide. He is not one to be faith driven, but i believe that God is changing his heart to see TRUTH. I know this will strengthen our relationship that he and I have together. Our relationship is now being built on solid ground, no longer shaky ground, with each other as we both are on the same path to GODs Love! I am asking for prayer support for my boyfriend as he is only beginning his journey. Bryce Thank you so much for praying for our trip to Cuba! It was a huge success, and though we couldnt tell people about Christ outside Church buildings we did get to show Christs love through our actions and through our giving. Despite the overwhelming poverty there are still people who love God with all their hearts and arent afraid to worship Him. Please continue to pray for Cuba, that the seeds that were planted on our trip begin to grow and the people of Cuba keep wanting to know God more and more.

Ariel Yesterday my sister reactivated her facebook account and sent me a "<3" on my wall. I sent her a message telling her that Im not stable enough to have people coming in and out of my life, and she got mad at me again, so I apologized for offending her and whatever. kaitlynn nicoleee i have many freinds that are gay bi or lesbian. i tell them what my beliefs are but i dont try to push it too hard i don know exactly what your situation was like whether she over reacted or not buuuut i will pray for a good turn out between the both of you

look i have been a believer for 22 yrs. i am far from what i was yet no where near what i should be. i have legit longings for certain physical longings as well as spiritual desires. i can do nothing without Jesus help. i have a debt that i cant even begin to scratch the surface of . i long to provide a car for my 22 yr old and there is just no way i will be able to do that unless the Lord provideds . i met a man who bragged of being a millionaire i must admit there was a bit of jelousy involved. i know it is Grace no matter what we have or do not have. and my dad while he was alive helped as much as he could each time i ask. mom and i are not so close yet she is still with me. on earth that is/. i have mixed emotions about this father son adoption i am to have with God. i know we see dimly now yet will understand then. however does the fact that i have not mean that i am a better father than God .. i think not yet all i can do is keep praying ... please do that?? please??

Kevin Just having a real update of the power of Jehovah moving powerfully in our generation. A man 20 year older than me, a homosexual lived a difficult life. He spent alot of his time hurting and not know the path God had chosen for him. His father was a pastor but all his life he had to deal with the presence of person(s) telling him he would burn in hell. (Just a reminder the love of Christ came for read moresuch as these), so let us all be careful what we say. After a night of drinking and belligerant ranting he finally broke down hearing his sobs I asked him if he needed prayer, he seemed to sober up in seconds. That night (Saturday 5, 2010) 3:sumthing a.m. he gave his life to Christ. Im psyched on Christ now. Everybody just want to encourage you KEEP PRAYING! Youve got family members that envy you, and hate you for Christs sake, bless them. Tell them why Christ is you banner for salvation and Ill be praying for all of you as well.
