Brandon I would like to ask for prayer. Im in the Air Force stationed in Okinawa, Japan. I would like to ask for prayer for the men and women stationed here that God will give them wisdom, comfort, and guidence for the NCOs all the way to the President during this time as it is greatly needed. North Korea is a real threat right now and I know there is going to be people who are scared. I would also like prayer for my church here Neighborhood Church and its missionary pastors, Pastor Wes and Carol Mathis and Pastor Christian and Leah Siangco. Just pray for wisdom for them and that they will be able to get the support from churches in the states and that the church grows more. Its been growing a lot the last few months as more people are coming to Okinawa and weve outgrown our parking lot. I would personally like to ask for prayer for me at work as being around people that talk about sex, beer, swear constantly, and question my faith on a regular basis. I would like to have the words to say when they do question me and most of the time dont. Being around them talk about the other things make me tempted but I havent faultered. Pray that I have the strength to stand up to them and answer the tough questions that the have and the knowledge of the Bible needed to bring them to Christ. The friends and relationships sort of goes hand in hand. I have made some awesome friends here and 1 is an amazing girl who has everything that the Bible says to look for in a wife and Id love to date her but I know Im not in the best place with God right now. Im working so hard on changing that and getting over these addictions that are holding me back. Ive never felt more convicted to be a better person and a better servent of God until I met her. I also want to take leave and go on a missions trip sometime this year so I pray that God will show me where he wants me and that I will be able to save up enough money for the trip as I dont get payed really anything. I would like to thank you in advance for any prayers that I recieve from anyone. I know this is a lot to pray for but man I am just so convicted right now to change my life and be a better person!

Deborah A friend of mine is going through a custody battle with his ex. His ex is accusing him of physically hurting the child. Hes gone through many trials for almost 10 yrs. Hes a "lost" Christian with a broken heart. My sisters and I have been praying for him and his children. Good father? yes! Good provider? yes! Abusing father? NO!! Ive seen him with his children and they have such a loving bond with each other. Hes hoping to have "full custody". Hes deep in financial debt with court fees that he hasnt been able to enjoy life. Praying that the Lord will give him encouragement, faith, wisdom, direction, and hope.

John Me and my wife made the decision to put our children in a Christian school 2 years ago. We have been doing our best to make ends meet but the tuition leaves only $6.50 left every month after the bills are paid leaving nothing for emergencies or any repair. I ask for prayer for us to have wisdom and understanding to do what is right for our kids and our family and that God will lead us in that direction. Yahaira I need prayer for my dad. He had a major stroke which has left him a quadriplegic. He cannot speak, move, feel us holding his hand or eat. He has to communicate by blinking yes or no. I know that God can heal him and it will be a long road with a lot of therapy. But God performs miracles everyday and I know that God will use my dad as a testimony.

Lucy I need prayer for strength to walk the path that God has called us all to walk, close to His word. Its hard for me as a college student because Im constantly surrounded by people who are against Christ and how God calls us to live. Im always the "odd one out" because I choose not to participate in what other people my age are doing and Im criticized for it. Charlotte My 72 year old husband, Wally, is in the Vets Home as a result of Alzheimers Disease. Both of my parents died of the disease. Mother died of pneumonia and Dad starved to death. When Wally was able to still communicate, he used to say how he prayed the Lord would take him anyway other than starvation. He has reached a point where he is not that interested in eating and drinking is becoming an issue. My prayer is that the Lord will take him before starvation sets in. Would you please agree with us on this request. He no longer knows who we are, cant do anything for himself and is waiting for the Lord to take him home where he once again will be a whole man. Kaitlin I feel like I have a spiritual battle with my co-worker. She seems to criticize everything that I do. Im trying my hardest, but she has been there for almost ten years, and I have been there for six months, and I still have questions. ok. so in sptember (actualy aufust 31st) im starting school.. yeah! -.- the thing is thats i was homeschooled (even bigger yeaah :p) from kindergaten to 7th grade, then went for two years in a christian school... now im starting the "real deal" ... im affraid i wont be strong enough to stand my ground... =( id like to be "the lil christian girl" as were joking here... but its my biggest fear... to be conformed, not be strong enough and being intimitaded. and i knw nothing could be better than my bros ans sis in Christ to support me!! =) thx yall

Rachel Spoon Hey, I see why youre worried, and I suggest that you try to find a group of strong Christians teens to befriend. Its much easier to stand your ground when you have Christian friends with you at school.

The surgeries has been postponed to next summer and now he can continue his education. An oppertunity to help in Uganda has been given, but at first a tough year of education lies ahead. This coming fall is my senior year in college, and I have a summer job, but the school needs more money than we have ever needed to take out for loans before. I could really use a few prayers that the finances come to us. Thank you everyone. :)

Megan Lynnette Started back to school this fall. The campus is keeping me busy. My professors are all wonderful. Im so blessed to have as many friends as I do and so many wonderful people who are praying for me. Thank yall for the prayers and encouragement! I have a long way to go to get better, but Im getting there one day at a time. Im no longer stuck. Im active in my classes, participating in activities on campus, involved with BCM for the first time as well as a few other bible studies, and I am so, so blessed to have each day that He gives me to share with others joy, hope, and love.

Im going through some heartbreak right now. Yknow, relationships and stuff. I know everybody goes through this at one point or another...but I just dont know HOW to get through this. One minute Ill be fine and it wont bother me, Ill feel really hopeful for the future, and then the next minute something reminds me of him and I break down crying. It hurts so bad. I havent felt this low in a long time. It hurts more than I ever thought it would.

kim Well, my prayer hasnt been answered YET. I am believing that it will be answered. I went to the Dr w/my dad today we found out that he does have melanoma cancer. He goes to the cancer dr on Monday. I believe he can be healed from this. Please keep him and my family in your prayers. Thank you so so much.

He had neck surgery last wed to remover 2 major cysts. They are healing pretty good. Well, now tomorrow we have to take him to a lung specialst because hes only getting air to one of his lungs. I know that God IS in control of my dads health and the church situation. Churches all over are going through this very problem. Karson We came back from our trip a couple weeks and it was amazing. God used us in ways we couldnt even imagine. We walked over 100 miles and got to talk to people all around the world on what we believed and why we were there. One day me and one of my friends on my team were walking through a town and on this trail there are yellow arrows everywhere so you know where to go. Well when we were walking in this town there were tons of people and we couldnt find those arrows and we were searching and searching then we ending up finding them so we kept on walking and we came to a two way street and we took a right and it ended up being the wrong way and we got lost but we guessed and the way we guessed led us back to where we needed to be. I was thinking about that one day and this happens to Christians all the time. We go through life with all kinds if distractions and struggles and its so hard to find God within it all and we are looking and looking for God but he is so hard to find. We may end up finding him and them later we may get lost and go down the wrong path but by trusting in God he leads us back to where we need to be. Thanks everyone for the prayers.

Hollie Heavenly Father, Please guide Karson on his trip. Use him and his team in a way that they have never experienced before. kimberly THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK! I just dont think I can say that enough to whom prayed for my husband. Tonight he went to visit a new church and had a bible study with him. He called me with the passion I thought he had lost. He feels like all his qeustions have been answered, hes not home yet but I just had to share the wonderful news. I had feared the worse, but our prayers have been answered! So quickly! HALLELUJAH! OUR LORD IS AMAZING!
