christopher david This is a follow up prayer request for Lorinda Quest...Ive been talking to Lorinda for about 9 months on the phone, chatting online,etc. Weve gotten to know each other as well as we possibly can without actually being together. We have basically fallen for each other and have been praying for the Lord to do His will in our lives. We have both expressed the desire to get married. We have been praying together and asking God for guidance. This is probably the strangest thing God has ever done to either one of us and we are actually enjoying each others company even though we have never even touched. We both desire for our relationship to go in the direction that He wants it to. We have agreed not to put each other before Christ. Jesus Christ comes first no matter what happens. Unfortunately, I am just a poor college student going to Victory University for my ass. degree in Christian Ministries. She is a student in Africa and she can always attend school here if she can get here. Not only is it killing me that shes in such a dangerous country, but also I forsee no way to get her here nor how to take care of her if/when she does.I am a certified chef, but I have chosen to go back to school to serve Christ. Micah Please pray for my family we all seem to be under attack, mostly health/medical issues. Me financial and job wise I am in the final four weeks of school and all this trouble is keeping me from studying and completing assignments. My fam that i am living with are still pushing me out the door even though i have no place to go and no job. As soon as school ends i dont know what will become of me. Yet they still ask for favors and expect me to do things for them even though they still want me out by the 3rd week of May. ISABEL Please pray for the salvation of my husband. I know he loves me because he goes with me and my 3 baby girls to church and even wants to do some anti abortion protesting but he is missing one huge thing and thats a relationship with Jesus Christ. Nathan I have a friend who is like a brother to me that is really needing prayers at this moment. I have been talking to him and he has started to go to church with me. Now he believes in God but I dont know if he KNOWS God. So pray that he would turn his whole life back around to Jesus. He also got laid off from his job a few weeks ago so pray that he might find one soon. He also has a few personal battles that he is going through with his family looking down on him because of his past. Pray that I would have the words to say to him when I talk to him that would be an encouragement and a blessing to him. and I already want to thank God because I KNOW that he is going to answer these prayers one way or another. Jasper According to the people around me, I have two friends. But i dont feel that way. I started out with excitement. We are all Christians and I was so looking for a fellowship. But after 1 week, i got to know their true nature and now i am starting to develop resentment. I am doing medicine, 3rd year. I have been patient with them for 3 years. but now, whenever i see them, i will think "oh God, do i have to say hi?" They have mocked me, called me a traditional freak for the sake of asking them to read Bible everyday and not only on sundays, the "righteous" show-off and more. I have kept quiet. But recently, I am not able to do that. I feel like talking back to them harshly. One of them is always complaining, talking bad language, and has a bit of pride. the other one is always arguing and tries to prove that she is right and often makes fun of others. Now i am starting to think whether it is Gods will for me to be with them or not. I need your advice and prayer. And please do pray that the hurt they have caused would heal soon and that i would get the strength to forgive them

Jason My son has been in the USAF for almost a year and half now. He worked very hard throughout high school and went to basic training only 6 months after high school graduation. Since the age of 12 all he wanted was to join the USAF. Tomorrow he is taking what is known as his CDCs (Career Development Course), Basically a test about his job. He needs a 75.1 or better to pass. Its a 100 question test. If he fails this test he and his immediate Supervisor have to plead his case before the Base commander for a 2nd chance. If he isnt granted the opportunity at a retake he is discharged from the Airforce, If he is able to retake the test and still fails once again he faces a Discharge. My son Brendon is a hard worker with a strong work ethic, stays out of trouble, and has served well during his time in the service. He does not test well. He nerver has. He is one of those people that knows all the answers but when that piece of paper is set in front of him entitled Test he freezes up. I ask for your prayers in his time of need. Andrea So, its very rarely that Im bored. When I do I just feel this temptation of masturbation. I usually give in. Whenever I give in, I feel awful. Also, I have long distance boyfriend and we are both Christians. Health problems have caused me to take a leave of absence from my job and Id like to be able to work at home and in the ministry full time. He broke up with me as he has once before and now as the last time he is feeling suicidal but wont let me or anyone else talk to him. Nathan my granddad just had emergency surgery last night to remove an infection on his spine. It had gotten so bad that he couldnt feel his legs. he came through the surgery fine but pray that it will be a fast recovery and that hell take this opportunity to see that he needs to get back into church I know that God can do all things so I know that this is nothing that HE cant answer

Emily In December of 2012, my sister was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. She is in her mid 30s and has a loving husband and two young kids. The doctors said she was too young to have colon cancer but yet, she has it. More and more issues are coming up and its making it very hard on my family. She is VERY strong and loving. She can beat this with Gods help.

angela My brother, Kellen has a problem with his heart and will need to undergo his first heart surgery in around a months time. I hope you can help me pray for him so that our Father will cure him in such a supernatural way, Kellen wont need to go through all of these surgeries that the doctor has written down for him. He will be going through a detox program soon, and pray that it will help him improve his condition and make his body on the way to perfect health. Rey Been marriage for 14years and my wife and I were struggling for the last few years since moved to state of WA. Now my wife lost love and left me for something I cant give her for our family. Im just heart broken, hurt and dont know what Im going to do. We both have 4 children of our own and they all just being confuse. Was living with her parents home for temperaly to find our own place but kicked out by her in-lawsand left me out like a stray dog. Being out alone with no support. There was no penetration, but Ive called Planned Parenthood and 2nd Floor and both said theres still a chance. I took the emergency contraception pill just now, but Im still so afraid that I could have already gotten pregnant so the pills would be useless right now. Im only 17 and Im so regretful of what happened and Im so stressed out and afraid to the point where I can barely function properly anymore. Rachel Spoon Well, I dropped out of the course, because this semester was really really stressful for me. Im planning on retaking the course over the summer, where itll be the only class Ill have. Karla Anthony, God hasnt left you, hes walking right beside you through all of this and He hurts for you more deeply than you hurt for yourself. Just look on this board, people that dont even know you shed tears for you and keep saying your name in their prayers. Where without our Lord would that happen in this world. Those without Faith dont shed tears for people they have never met and certainly do not spend time to say that persons name in the hope that things will change and get better for them. Our Lord and Savior is here and present for you and you can see this through other people of Faith. Thats real and you are not alone. This to shall pass. When we are in our darkest times, the Lord will carry us through. Just keep having Faith and leaning on Him and those that share that faith. You WILL get through this. And remember, your parents are scarred for you too and they love you, thats why they are searching at all ends to try to help you. Keep praying Anthony. Our God, IS a God of miracles, but it is in His time and not ours. Rachel Ill be praying for your friend and his little brother, as well as you. Hope things start getting better and looking up! :) "I will answer them before they even call to me. While they are still talking to me abouth their needs, I will go ahead and answer their prayers." Isaiah 65:24 "The Lord nurses them when they are sick and eases their pain and discomfort." Psalm 41:3 I hope these can encourage you and your friend in some way.

The other day, my friend had a major turning point in his life, and Im incredibly thankful for your prayers, and very hopeful that he will see this through. Im sure hell still struggle with some things, but God truly has opened his eyes to truth, and he now sees the lies hes been believing The way it worked out has been truly an incredible story, and Im just so overwhelmed and happy for him Thank you all so much!

Rachel Spoon Well, I told his mom about it... I havent heard too much from him since then. I know he was really mad at me, but I did what I thought I had to do. I just hope that hed make better choices. He claims hes a Christian, but he doesnt live the lifestlye (thats why I left him). I can only pray that hed open his eyes and really see what hes doing. Thats normal for them, because they like to play "Zombie Mayhem" where they shoot each other with Nerf guns. This time, not enough people showed up, but he and some friends hung out there anyway. They met some guy at the park, and he did weed. He said some things about me, but I dont know/care if he meant it or not. He said he didnt, but he might have lied. I dont really care about that though. I just ask you all to pray for him, that hed be strong enough to say no next time and that this wont become a normal thing for him. I also ask you to pray for me, because Im really looking down on him right now. I know God would want me to show more compassion, but I cant help but look at him and think "I cant believe I wasted my time with you". I also ask you to pray for me, because Im really looking down on him right now. I know God would want me to show more compassion, but I cant help but look at him and think "I cant believe I wasted my time with you". elena i have a friend just like that i try to let him know how upset it makes me. the hardest part for me is he was always a friend. but the worst is that he used to attend my church and he used to be close to our youth pastor. now he smokes weed and drinks.:( the best thing to do is just forgive and forget. dont do the silent treatment do the stand up for whats right treatment. tell him what god has in store for him and that he is destroying the plans god has for him. god bless!

Lester My prayer is still being in the process of being answered. His latest report on his cancer shows his numbers are all normal. Now he has quit smoking (actually in the process of quitting. The Lord is moving slowly but surely. Thank you for your prayers and support.

Brianna I went to bible study a few hours ago, and the holy spirit truly fell in that place. I feel so much at peace. I feel like ive been totally freed from this. I just cant shake this amazing feeling! Im just praying that i can keep my life this way, and to keep taking steps forward, not backward. lucy God has been merciful and He has answered my prayer thank you for your support through prayer. Ryan is currently in Teen Challenge and says that God has been good to him, and that he knows that he is chosen. He says that he is taking the kingdom by force. Althea So, My family and I are still living in our house amazingly enough. Only by the grace of God do we still have beds to sleep in at night, and I am still planning on going on the mission trip to east asia with Campus Crusade for Christ. I have raised (only because of JESUS of course) 2460dollars and have 2290dollars left to raise. I have until may 22nd, so hopefully with prayers it will come in in enough time. I dont kn ow him all that well, bu tI know that many, many people know him personally. his name is Troy. He has Four kids, but I think only two are old enough to realize what going on. Pray for their comfort or their not know what is hapening though they probably already do. Their oldest is 9 or 10.....

Ive been unemployed since Sept 2010. Not able to find work ANYWHERE!! My EDD is ending in about 2 months or so. Im either "under qualified" or "over qualified". Im a licensed Phlebotomy Tech who hasnt been able to find a steady job since graduating almost 2 yrs ago. Very frustrating! Im not bi-lingual when it comes to speaking Spanish. Speaking another foreign language isnt acceptable for some weird reason. Im praying the Lord will lead me in the right direction for a permanent stable full time job with benefits.
