christopher david This is a follow up prayer request for Lorinda Quest...Ive been talking to Lorinda for about 9 months on the phone, chatting online,etc. Weve gotten to know each other as well as we possibly can without actually being together. We have basically fallen for each other and have been praying for the Lord to do His will in our lives. We have both expressed the desire to get married. We have been praying together and asking God for guidance. This is probably the strangest thing God has ever done to either one of us and we are actually enjoying each others company even though we have never even touched. We both desire for our relationship to go in the direction that He wants it to. We have agreed not to put each other before Christ. Jesus Christ comes first no matter what happens. Unfortunately, I am just a poor college student going to Victory University for my ass. degree in Christian Ministries. She is a student in Africa and she can always attend school here if she can get here. Not only is it killing me that shes in such a dangerous country, but also I forsee no way to get her here nor how to take care of her if/when she does.I am a certified chef, but I have chosen to go back to school to serve Christ. Micah Please pray for my family we all seem to be under attack, mostly health/medical issues. Me financial and job wise I am in the final four weeks of school and all this trouble is keeping me from studying and completing assignments. My fam that i am living with are still pushing me out the door even though i have no place to go and no job. As soon as school ends i dont know what will become of me. Yet they still ask for favors and expect me to do things for them even though they still want me out by the 3rd week of May. ISABEL Please pray for the salvation of my husband. I know he loves me because he goes with me and my 3 baby girls to church and even wants to do some anti abortion protesting but he is missing one huge thing and thats a relationship with Jesus Christ. I so long to have him lead our family in prayer and I know hes got a heart for service so why not serve the one true king? Nathan I have a friend who is like a brother to me that is really needing prayers at this moment. I have been talking to him and he has started to go to church with me. Now he believes in God but I dont know if he KNOWS God. So pray that he would turn his whole life back around to Jesus. He also got laid off from his job a few weeks ago so pray that he might find one soon. He also has a few personal battles that he is going through with his family looking down on him because of his past. Pray that I would have the words to say to him when I talk to him that would be an encouragement and a blessing to him. and I already want to thank God because I KNOW that he is going to answer these prayers one way or another. Jasper According to the people around me, I have two friends. But i dont feel that way. I started out with excitement. We are all Christians and I was so looking for a fellowship. But after 1 week, i got to know their true nature and now i am starting to develop resentment. I am doing medicine, 3rd year. I have been patient with them for 3 years. but now, whenever i see them, i will think "oh God, do i have to say hi?" They have mocked me, called me a traditional freak for the sake of asking them to read Bible everyday and not only on sundays, the "righteous" show-off and more. I have kept quiet. But recently, I am not able to do that. I feel like talking back to them harshly. One of them is always complaining, talking bad language, and has a bit of pride. the other one is always arguing and tries to prove that she is right and often makes fun of others. Now i am starting to think whether it is Gods will for me to be with them or not. I need your advice and prayer. And please do pray that the hurt they have caused would heal soon and that i would get the strength to forgive them

Jason My son has been in the USAF for almost a year and half now. He worked very hard throughout high school and went to basic training only 6 months after high school graduation. Since the age of 12 all he wanted was to join the USAF. Tomorrow he is taking what is known as his CDCs (Career Development Course), Basically a test about his job. He needs a 75.1 or better to pass. Its a 100 question test. If he fails this test he and his immediate Supervisor have to plead his case before the Base commander for a 2nd chance. If he isnt granted the opportunity at a retake he is discharged from the Airforce, If he is able to retake the test and still fails once again he faces a Discharge. My son Brendon is a hard worker with a strong work ethic, stays out of trouble, and has served well during his time in the service. He does not test well. He nerver has. He is one of those people that knows all the answers but when that piece of paper is set in front of him entitled Test he freezes up. I ask for your prayers in his time of need. Andrea So, its very rarely that Im bored. When I do I just feel this temptation of masturbation. I usually give in. Whenever I give in, I feel awful. Also, I have long distance boyfriend and we are both Christians. Nathan my granddad just had emergency surgery last night to remove an infection on his spine. Emily In December of 2012, my sister was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. She is in her mid 30s and has a loving husband and two young kids. The doctors said she was too young to have colon cancer but yet, she has it. More and more issues are coming up and its making it very hard on my family. She is VERY strong and loving. She can beat this with Gods help.

angela My brother, Kellen has a problem with his heart and will need to undergo his first heart surgery in around a months time. I hope you can help me pray for him so that our Father will cure him in such a supernatural way, Kellen wont need to go through all of these surgeries that the doctor has written down for him. Rey Been marriage for 14years and my wife and I were struggling for the last few years since moved to state of WA. Now my wife lost love and left me for something I cant give her for our family. Im just heart broken, hurt and dont know what Im going to do. We both have 4 children of our own and they all just being confuse. Ashley God has just really been revealing to me that I dont have to go out of state to serve. So even at my church I have been taking every oppertunity I can to serve others. Weather its just taking there plate at the table or getting them water. And I have also really just been loving people and talking to them when they are down. So that has been really awesome. I see people the way Jesus sees them and its just really amazing. :)

Please pray for Janice and Jacquie that they have a safe trip. Pray that Satan doesnt wear Jacquie down through all the commuting. Jacquie called me up crying this morning worried she was doing the wrong thing by leaving her family to go get Janice when actually Jacquie is saving Janice. Please help me rebuke the devil from this trip, and get him out of Jacquies head. I have provided enough money for the trip and so that they can stop every 10 hrs. She has gotten worse and has had to have 3 blood transfusions and they found a tumor on her intestine that is cancer. Collin I just got out of surgery and the doctors said that they were able to save 80% of my meniscus, which is a heck of a lot more than the 40% they shoot for! They said it wasnt nearly as bad as they thought it would be!!! Im sooo happy, Ill be on a mat again in no time!

The baby sitting job is too long, and Id like to start getting more formal job experience. Please pray that Ill get a job, and that Ill do well at it! Im really nervous that Ill get the job and screw something up. Ive never had a job other than babysitting/dogwalking before...

I would also like to ask if you could pray that I get into the treatment center at the Lydia house soon because Ive been waiting a month and a half now. H God healed him and quickly! He has been released as of Friday to go back to full duty. His head still looks kind of gross to some Im sure (dried blood mixed with liquid stitches on shaved head), but he feels a ton better. Thanks to those of you who prayed and thank you God for answering all of our prayers!

Prayers for my husband and praise God hes going to be ok. He was bicycle patrolling (hes a cop) at the local park for our towns fireworks. He went flying down a really dark hill where a pedestrian happened to be walking too. Neither of them saw each other and bam. The pedestrian was ok, and in fact, was found bragging to his friends later in the night. My husband was trying to act all tough and kept working, but all his co-workers could tell he wasnt acting right and the chief required him to get checked out. Before that, he came to me and I put antibiotic ointment on his head and then he drove off (at the park). I was upstairs washing my face when he walked in and told me he needed to go somewhere. I got the neighbors to babysit (I had my 3 plus 2 spending the night) until my Gma could get here, and then took him. He hit the pavement hard. He has a mild concussion, a huge open gash and bump on his noggin, scrapes and bruises everywhere, and he can barely move his left arm because his shoulder and neck hurt so bad. I was able to get him in and out of a bath last night, which seemed to help. Hes on antibiotics and ibuprofen (they said anything stronger could mask a worse problem at this point) and they were going to put staples in his head, but opted for liquid bandaid instead. It was a little hole in the wall place I had to take him to, and they didnt do x-rays or anything. He goes back tomorrow, but for now he cant drive, bend, lift, or do anything requiring decent vision.Thanks in advance!

Bill Today was the day of my test. I felt a tremendous peace upon sitting at the test center. The test went really well. I will not know the test results for 3 weeks but I feel confident that I did my best and that the Lord blessed me during this time. Thanks to all who prayed for me. I can tell you that the Lord moved in my life in this event and that your prayers were answered. I said a prayer that our Lord would bless each one of you. Thank you for supporting me in prayer.

Yoly Lord, cover Bill with peace. Allow him to feel Your presence when anxiety threatens to take over. I pray he knows that You are in control and Your will be done. Give him the knowledge he needs for the test. Let You alone receive the glory. In Jesus name.

I recently got myself into a HUGE library debt because a few of my friends asked if they could borrow my library card for a research project and my friends managed to return 4/6 of the books they owe. I told the librarian at the counter that I would like to renew the books I still owe so that my debt would remain constant for a few weeks. The one that owes the last two books claims to have returned the books into the librarys dropbox, but Im not so sure. Keri Thank you again to all who prayed for Rachel...I wanted to pass on the update to how Rachel successfully had Surgery to repair her heart valve an they stitched the heart valve instead of having to replace it for an artificial one. And although there are still some obstacles to have to overcome, the best new of all is after almost spending a month in the hospital Rachel is home resting. Part of her recovery will include having to be antibiotics through an IV for the next 5 weeks but through it all God has shown mercy, grace and blessing to Rachel and her family. With the confidence in Jesus name Rachel can stand tall on the mountain top and look down on her valley and know that God was with here by her side every step of this journey. It is wonderful to watch how God has used this unfortunate event to bring glory to his name and blessings to his beloved child Rachel and her family. Thank you Jesus.

I want to say thank you to all who are praying for Rachel and im asking for continued prayer for her because the infection in her body has now caused a heart valve to be severely damaged and in need of repair and possible to be replaced. Surgery will be this Thursday or Friday. Also she has two brain clots that need to be dissolved by the medication or they will have to be removed by surgery also. Please pray over all who are taking care of Rachel ; from the Doctors, nurses, her faithful family and her children. Prayer over her strength and the families, prayer over her full recovery, prayer that in the end of this valley that God will bring her high on a mountain top praising him for his faithfulness, mercy, grace, love, and comfort. Its very moving to know that God shows us his love in so many ways; Gods Children praying for there brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus even if they have never met. Thank you very much.

Nicole Thanks to all my brothers and sisters in Christ for your prayers. Please keep them coming...Wednesday Jordan got admitted to the hospital because his stomach hurt so bad, he couldnt stop vomiting and had lost 12 pounds in a week. After 24 hours of getting IV fluids and medicines for his stomach, he is in good spirits, and able to eat small bites of food without vomiting. Thank you Jesus for starting the healing process in Jordan and I pray for your continued strength and healing for him. May the attack on his body be stopped and may your glory and power break the bonds of sickness around Jordan because you are the great healer and physician and our King of Kings and Lord of Lords. In Jesus name, Amen!

My 16 y/o son Jordan is undergoing radiation treatments to his brain where he had a malignant brain tumor removed in May. Hes had 5 treatments with 29 more to go. For the last 4 days hes been getting really sick, nausea, vomiting, and angry that he has to do these treatments. I can barely get him to eat or drink anything. Hes defiant about it. He keeps enough down to stay hydrated but hes lost weight already. The radiation dr. doesnt think its related to radiation and all the doctors are closed until tomorrow. I will probably try to get him in tomorrow. Please pray for his emotional and spiritual health as well as his physical health. He is a Christian but hes really down and discouraged and angry right now. Thanks for joining me in prayer. Im praying for wisdom since the Word says "if any of you lacks wisdom he should ask God," but right now I am at a loss at what to do for him...Nicole

Hanibal I just want to give Thanks and Praises to God in the Highest! While I was going through something during these last couple days, He has indeed filled me with His Holy Spirit, gave me enough endurance, perseverance, strength, and comfort. Jacqueline I am moving in with my sister. I have been healing from the inside out feeling a whole lot better. No vehicle but I know God has plans for me. I thank all of those who have me in there prayers and hopefully will keep praying

I will not be moving with her as I have a job here and responsibility here. I moved here to take care of my Dad who passed June 6th last year. Not sure what to do. t f Update: My roommate and I have been talking with our friend and trying to keep her focused on God. She has been reading a book called The New Eve. She really likes it so far. :) We are also going to read Passion and Purity together, so that we can keep each accountable. God is working! :)

I have a friend who confides in me about her relationships with guys. To me, it seems as though after she vowed 6 months focusing on God that each guy who comes along has to be the "right" guy for her. I personally think that the enemy is just throwing these guys at her because it knows that she wants a relationship and will be easy to trick her. She knows that she has messed up in her actions with two guys in the past 4 days, but she does not feel upset or as though she needs to make any changes. Any prayer would be greatly appreciated. Also, if there are any book suggestions....?
