Kimberly Hi there. I would like to ask for a prayer for my boyfriend and me. Our names are Kimberly and Luis. We are currently in a Christian rehab for the use of drugs. We have been here for 8 months and we have 4 more months left here. So this means that we have 8 months without the use of drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, and fornication. During our time here we have become believers and we have also become born again. In four months we will leave here a married couple but we do not know where we are going to live, what we are going to do with our lives or anything of the sort. If you could please keep us in your prayers we would be forever thankful and grateful. Thank you and God bless you.

Kimberly I wouldlike a prayer for my boyfriend and I . We are currently in a Christian rehabilitation center for our drug abuse proble. We have been here for 8 months and we have been baptized and are following the Word now. In four more months here we will have completed our time here and we have no idea what we are going to do, where we are going to live, or anything of the sorts. Sydney My sister is having a really rough life and refuses to turn to God. Shes turned to smoking and has to work two low-paying jobs just to meet rent. Please pray for her life and salvation.Also, my friend has a brain tumor which has resulted in Cushings disease. Shes dealing with that pretty well, but it would be great to have prayers for the surgery and recovery. Her dad is a very mean guy, so please pray for him and their relationship. Thank you so much!!

Tina I am 15 and I just got back from a missions trip where we worked with homeless people in Nashville. I was thankful to see there love for Jesus. They had nothing but the clothes that were on there back, and they praised the Lord with all of there heart. Could you pray for me and my friends on the trip to praise God like them and be able to live our life completely through him and not stray away and go back into our lives full of sin. Also may you pray for me being baptized on August 15th so that I can have my full life committed to Christ. Thank You

Tammie My best friend left about two months ago. He gave up on his life here, and is now planning on moving again from where he is now. He is also thinking about getting rid of his phone. Im really really scared Im going to lose touch with him. I ask for prayer that he will realize Gods love for him, and come home to the people that love him. I also ask that he make wise decisions in all of this, and make things right with the people he loves. Christine Please pray for Divine guidance and wisdom relative to some really tough work/family decisions I need to make. My decisions will affect many lives, and there are so many options (too many options arent always helpful). I pray that if God is trying to direct me that I hear Him, and heed Him. Chris I have a few things that are eating at me. I currently case manage troubled youth and enjoy this job however recently a potentially new job has fallen into my lap running a domestic violence organization. Additionally this job is 15 minutes from home rather than 90 minutes and allows me the ability to take vacation to care for my parents when needed. I am struggling to see Gods lead in either direction; to stay at my old job or move on. This has been influenced by the fact that I have not been able to visit my elderly family in Mississippi for 3 years now. I am troubled because I have sacrificed for the needs of others and the good of the company but i feel neglected in the consideration of things. Moreso concerning is the feelings of resentment that I feel in my stomach; this steals my sleep and despairs me. Im pleaing not to fall victim to that. Lastly but certainly not least, i am weighed down with concern for the salvation of my brothers, my 84 year old father, and my friends and coworkers. As I write this, i am moved to tears with concern but dont have the opportunity to speak with my father and brothers due to inflexibility of work and the 3000 miles between us. I do know that prayer of the righteous transcends such restraints though and that is why i come seeking prayer. Lastly, I know that i have far more to be thankful for than I know what to do with. God is good in all things! Thank you all.

Christian H She went back home, but didnt have to drop out. She can leave for even up to 2 years and then come back without reapplying, which is a huge relief to her, and an answer to prayer. Wednesday night about 5 other friends and I hung out with her and played cards and stuff. She really didnt want to leave, but I know God is doing something. Hopefully her brother or Stepdad will take up the roll of taking care of her other siblings while she goes back to college. I am going to be keeping in touch with her, and please keep praying when you think of her. Thanks for the support guys.

(He has stopped cutting since he started going to church). I told him that scars heal. He said "Not all of them." And then we had to go somewhere and I really wanted to tell him that although his scars may never heal Jesus scars were used to help Thomas know all that God had done. I feel like God is telling me not to get back in touch with him and tell him that. So pray that he will stop feeling regret for what he did and that he will forgive himself and move on. KingsKid My cousin is doing quite a bit better now. He still needs to have Jesus in his life, though. I believe God isnt finished with him yet. Thank you all for your prayers.

Keith No final answer yet, but here is an update: Her dad passed the paternity test. it looks like there are two roads, 1. accept his terms for visitation w/o joint custody or 2. take it to court. My in laws have expressed specific concerns that i am not able to mention. please continue to pray for her, that 1. God will be her mighty shelter and that He will relentlessly protect her. 2.Her dads heart may be softened and accept Jesus as his savior. 3. The family will heal from their loss of their daughter and sister. 4. That God grants the family peace and compassion. Thank you i appreciate the prayers.

The baby girl has basically been raised by my in-laws and She loves her pap and nana.Her dad has not been in the picture, until now. Her dad has been in and out of jail for various things. The dad does not like my in-laws. My in-laws are trying to seek custody of the baby to raise her in a loving Christian Home. Please pray that:1. My son is going through a terrible time. He is driving himself into a deeper depression everyday. He tells me his troubles and I try to get him to try faith, but he claims to be an atheist. He says he woke up one morning and realized he was praying to God because he was "supposed to" and decided that he just doesnt believe. I tried explaining that God answers prayers and if we let Him take control of our lives, He will "have our backs" so to speak. Last night my boyfriend revealed to me his want/need to seek knowledge to find the joy, happiness and peace that only GOD can provide. He is not one to be faith driven, but i believe that God is changing his heart to see TRUTH. I know this will strengthen our relationship that he and I have together. Our relationship is now being built on solid ground, no longer shaky ground, with each other as we both are on the same path to GODs Love! Ariel Yesterday my sister reactivated her facebook account and sent me a "<3" on my wall. I sent her a message telling her that Im not stable enough to have people coming in and out of my life, and she got mad at me again, so I apologized for offending her and whatever. kaitlynn nicoleee i have many freinds that are gay bi or lesbian. i tell them what my beliefs are but i dont try to push it too hard i don know exactly what your situation was like whether she over reacted or not buuuut i will pray for a good turn out between the both of you

Kevin Just having a real update of the power of Jehovah moving powerfully in our generation. A man 20 year older than me, a homosexual lived a difficult life. He spent alot of his time hurting and not know the path God had chosen for him. His father was a pastor but all his life he had to deal with the presence of person(s) telling him he would burn in hell. (Just a reminder the love of Christ came for read moresuch as these), so let us all be careful what we say. After a night of drinking and belligerant ranting he finally broke down hearing his sobs I asked him if he needed prayer, he seemed to sober up in seconds. That night (Saturday 5, 2010) 3:sumthing a.m. he gave his life to Christ. Im psyched on Christ now. Everybody just want to encourage you KEEP PRAYING! Youve got family members that envy you, and hate you for Christs sake, bless them. Tell them why Christ is you banner for salvation and Ill be praying for all of you as well.

Glorisel Thanks a lot for taking the time to pray for my friend! So, I dont really know yet what happened last night but he said "that yesterday he found out we only have one life and that we should make the most of it... that hes going to be here for a whille".... I know that the only way his mind was change was through a miracle of God ((so thanks for all the prayers)) and I totally PRAISE GOD AND THANK GOD FOR THAT! While that was very encouraging for me; I know hes still mentally not well since he got drunk today and wont answer my calls (even when he txted me first)... So, yesterday the battle was won; but I need to continue praying for him because this is a war against the enemy for the life of my friend. He knows he needs God; hes told me so, but he believes in "fixing his life up before he gives his life to Christ" so He is resisting Gods call. So, plz, keep my friend (his name is Gabriel) in your prayers; because his mind needs to be changed, his heart healed, and his life restored. I faithfully look forward to the day when Ill be able to call him my brother in Christ because I know, in my spirit, God has great purpose for this guy and that he will bring many to Christ and thats why this battle is so hard. AGAIN, THANK YOU ALL SOOOO MUCH!!! MAY GOD BLESS YOU ABUNDANTLY!!! :)

Kelley Thank you SO MUCH guys! Im sorry I havent been checking my email lately, but your prayers definitely got through! I feel closer than EVER with my Lord Jesus! I watched the last 20 or so minutes of "The Passion of the Christ" and all I needed were those last 20 minutes and my life and relationship with God was changed! Family is getting better, and its so much better having time with God now that school is out! That place just drains me...Our class can be a tad immature. And loud. But I am doing SUPER well, as long as these storms dont blow our house away. Love you guys! <3

I guess I need some good Christian influences in my life as well. I just need help, guys.

H3RTofGOD Hey Kelley! Hows it going? Hope things are getting better for you. We all go through times of feeling far from God, even after being a Christian for 20 years, I have those times...even now Im struggling with that, but God never ever is far from us! Im finding that when I step out there and do something for someone else it helps me too. Just like Im doing now...talking to someone who is dealing with the same thing I am...I encourage you to find someone you can encourage and see how it makes you feel closer to God. :) Hang in there..dont give up your friends just yet, but do get involved with new people that share your faith or at least share your interest in learning more about God. I found what I needed in an Alpha Course (www.AlphaUSA.org) and it was tons of fun plus made my faith stronger at the same time. Hope you find what you need...God is with you - by the way - that is the definition of Jesus name "God with us"...I love that! <3

H3RTofGOD Hi M, seeking a place of worship is good, its a sign that God is drawing your heart to be close to him and we are closest with him when we are part of something bigger than ourselves...thats what the body of believers, The Church, is supposed to be...one big heart of God. Find that place where you feel and hear it beating. Maybe your parents tired of being in a place where it wasnt beating or whatever their reason for not attending church, you go where God leads you. Look for a church or a place that runs the Alpha Course...its a great way to meet new people and find out what a church is like. check out www.alphausa.org for a course near you...youll love it, I promise! <3

My dads surgery went well, he has recovered quickly the past few days and wont be all better for about 3 months. Do please continue to pray for his salvation. My friend mike is a mess, knows it, knows why, thinks that he is saved but the bible says otherwise, please pray for him more also.

i have *two* major prayers i need lifted up by you my brothers and sisters... My dad is not saved and is going in for open heart surgery this Thursday. He mocks me daily for being christian and even lies to people about me basically blowing my witness. Please pray for the surgery, but more importantly that he and well really everybody else in my family would be saved by the grace of God. Also my friend Mike knows he needs Jesus, has been wishy washy for years about being christian. His dad is a christian, i have never met his dad so i dont know really what he believes but Mike has no other christian friends except 1 or 2 who are not really christian. Now he is losing his mind and getting depressed and saying that he hates life and wants Armageddon to come but knows he isnt saved. i have been witnessing to him for a few years and maybe he will finally break and surrender to God, please pray for his salvation and that i would not step out in the flesh but that i would be used by God in obedience.

Please pray for my friends cousin. His name is Shan. A few weeks ago he was in a terrible motorcycle accident. He has a collapsed lung among other problems. He really needs prayer right now. Also please pray for my friends Megan and Ben. Megan is in need of salvation and a lot of emotional healing. Ben also needs more of Jesus in his life, Im not sure if he has prayed to receive Jesus into his heart. And also for my youth pastors nephew, he is about 4 or 5 years old and he has epilepsy. Also, little Gideon, needs healing from autism. One more thing :), my older brother just moved back in with us. Please pray for Gods favor over this situation. That my brother would be saved, and would realize he needs change in his life. Please agree with me in prayer for these things and for the healing of my other loved ones.
