Kellie I have Epilepsy and the doctors cant figure out where the problem is and all of the tests and medication they have me on are extremely expensive. I have 2 jobs and Im going to school full time.I am really struggling with paying everything off.

Christian Singles Valentines Day Encouragement!: :)Valentines day can be a difficult time for many Christian singles that are trying to abstain from sex while waiting for God to send them that special mate. Every year many Christian singles who have fought hard for a long time to finally get their lives right with God drop the ball and blow it on v-day. They have developed a great prayer life and have made all kinds of great Christian single progress towards getting that special mate. Then here comes valentines day! Poof! This is where months and years of christian single progress can be ruined in one day. Seeing all the love stuff around can make you lose your focus and jump on a "temporary love boat" with many others. Many Christian singles dont bounce back too quick or even at all sometimes after the strong conviction and disappointment from their sexual sin kicks in. Some cases have bigger consequences like a unwanted pregnancy or an S.T.D. Oh and to all the ladys, dont fall for the old "I got roses and candy smiles" propaganda you see this month. Flowers and gifts are good but dont look to much into it or feel bad if you dont get anything because a lot of times what you are actually seeing is more like "I only get to hold my mans hand one day/month out the year in public date" day.Also sadly some people celebrating v-day are just "Hey I dont want to marry you but I dont want to be by myself on v-day" temporary, "emotionally risky",dates or sexual hook ups that dont really lead to anything serious. Then there are some couples who dont bond or dont really like each other 11 months out the year and v-day/Feb. is the one day/month they actually get intimate or bond with each other since they first got married. So stay strong Christian single guys and gals! Be happy for those you see enjoying love but never covet because like some people say, "All glitter aint gold." Pray away all those negative single life thoughts! Be patient and happy during valentines day knowing that a mate sent from God is way better than a one day one month temporary hook up!:)

J & J My (29yo) Husband was offered an expensive procedure to insert permanent teeth implants, pro-Bono(free) which is a HUGE blessing; now we have to come up with the funds for the trips down south (6 hour drive, that weve made twice now and will again 2 more times) and the expensive teeth in the next 4-6 months. He is also having two wisdom teeth removed before the implants are done, and because of their location near the nerve there is cause for concern - but we are giving this to God to handle. We are so very thankful to the Dr for offering this procedure and to the Heavenly Father for blessing us with this incredible opportunity! We have signed the release forms for the video interview, photographs and procedure video to be published. My husbands case will be made public to a medical study group (In Sacramento, CA) and online on the Doctors site, filmed and other Doctors will be in the room during the procedure for educational purposes. We are excited; not nervous or worried about the procedure but are focused on saving money to co-labor with God on this blessing. God has been calling my Husband and myself to a mission trip to Rwanda Africa with our church later this year, we want to go but will have to see how the Father has everything planned for us. All prayers are greatly appreciated. We cant wait for this to be done so we can share an incredible testimony of the Fathers grace and love. Thank you for your time! - The Hoovers

Jessica My daughter is a year old and has severe eczema. She is highly allergic to a lot of fruits and vegetables, such as apples, carrots, bananas and every time she eats them, her lip starts to swell and she gets itchy everywhere. She is still highly dependent on her soy milk formula, but she doesnt receive the proper nutrients she needs to grow up healthy and strong. Please help me pray that either she grows out of these allergies or we find a medication she can take so she can tolerate eating.

Michelle A friend of mines 2 year old daughter has a rare, aggressive Rhabdoid Tumor. Shes been going through chemo the past 3 weeks and tomorrow they do an MRI to see if its small enough to consider surgery. I believe without a doubt in the power of prayer and what it can do. Chase I am asking for prayer for a young gentlemen named Haas aka Severial. I recently moved to Watford City, ND for work and he is a kitchen employee in the one of the gas stations I consult for. His mother essentially abandoned him out here to find work since it is oil country and jobs are easy to find. This is despite him being mentally slow and havening never met his father. Since Ive been her he has been dealing with a very serious infection on his lower leg which recently took a turn for the worse. Apparently he had been going to the doctor when the pain got bad but they only prescribed him antibiotics and took no further action. Safe to say the medical care is sub par in these parts and they will be held accountable for mal practice if need be. Regardless...on his two quarter size holes in his leg started bleeding two days ago and he nearly bled to death. Currently he is in the hospital awaiting diagnosis and a potential transfer to a better equipped location. Just to give a visual, from about the knee down, his leg is black and blue with two large sores that are continually inflamed. I am very worried that he will lose his leg and potentially his life. My prayer is for complete healing of his leg, rebuking in the name of Jesus of the infection, and the best care possible. Let me add that this is one the nicest individuals a person could ever meet...he extremely kind hearted and in need of loving prayers.

Levi Hey all! Just asking for some prayer. Im in a hard spot in life right now. i have been trying to save money and ready myself to marry my amazing (and very anxious) girlfriend of two years. 3 weeks ago, i got unemployed, im trying to find work, but just doesnt seem to be much out there, and im having a hard time hearing God on what he wants me to do. things have just been overwhelming, there are alot of mountains i have to cross this season (including a potential health issue and some other very personal things). The enemy has been planting fears, anxiety, and discouragement in my path through all of this. i dont even know what to do or really where to start. i feel like im on a time limit and if it runs out, im going to lose everything. i love my girlfriend very much, please pray for her, pray she can be of good courage through this, be extremely patient, have some trust in me, but above all trust Jesus with this situation. She is my best friend and i cant bear the idea of losing her. Pray our relationship is made stronger through this season, and we grow together more than ever, in trust, in love, and in God. This is a hard situation, it may seem not too bad, i cant share the all the details, but it is so hard on me and im just very worn. pray for my faith, and trust in the Lord. pray i dont get lazy and work hard for this desire, but i also dont get ahead of myself and run in front of him. i need peace, wisdom, and Godly motivation. Lana We are in need of moving into a home and want to buy one. We are on a limited budget, but we need to have my Mother come and live with us. We want it to be the Lords Will and in His time not in ours. We have looked at 2 houses just online and are praying, too. I also have health issues (asthma, COPD, diabetes, obesity, ulcerative colitis, Crohns disease, diverticulitis, menstrual issues, etc.) that have kept me from working since 1998 and I have been on SSD since. There are so many people in more desperate need of prayer than I/us so it seems odd to be asking for prayer over a THING. My health is at stake due to a possible surgery to remove or resection the bowel and being overweight. I am in the process of dieting and have lost 15 lbs. but I have lost some momentum and need prayer for this as well. Thank you in advance! Oh, how HE LOVES you and me!

Patricia My name is Patricia Stoddard, I live in Spokane WA, and am a member of North Addison Baptist Church. On Nov.26th I had surgery on my neck to have disks C4 and C5 replaced also to fuse disks C6 and C7 . I will be in a neck brace for about eight weeks (Dec.-Jan.) Im asking for prayer that the bones will knit well and that the titanium plate and screws that fuse the disks will take hold. The pain during recovery has been pretty intense too. When healed it would be wonderful if there would finally be some relief of my chronic pain Iissues.

Angel Jesus has not only answered our prayers but blessed us with even more. We are working for a new company keeping us working together. Complete company paid insurance, we need insurance because my husband has diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. We are tired but happy and blessed. We are in total ahhh of how Gods plan for us has unfolded. The lord always takes care of us. Thank you everyone for your prayers.

I am going on a missionary trip on Sept 1st to Africa and just this last Sunday while at the Harvest Festival I may have fractured my ribs and broken my toe while climbing the steps at Angel Stadium. Please pray that I did NOT fracture or break anything when the Dr calls back with the results. The missionay trip is too important for this to happen now.

Sarah God is AWESOME!!!! Bernie came home from the hospital on Monday; he is recovering and hopes to be back in church this Sunday (not sure if he will be quite that strong, but God can do the impossible).
What we DIDN`T know...he was told that he had three blockages. Technically he had four. The main artery to his heart was completely blocked. The doctor told him all this after the surgery, and also said that there was no way Bernie should have survived the attack. He is a miracle!
God is so faithful, and I thank you all so much for joining me in prayer, as well as the words of encouragement. Thank you all! I love you, and God bless!!!

Her health keeps getting worse.She has not job, I am applying for a job to support her. Ray the Lord has answered most of my prayers and needs, my health has returned we have till the end of the month before we move into parents house.I sold most of my belongings to pay for wifes meds I felt like i had to purge my belongings for my family.. Snowdawg Well let me tell you what all your prayers have done!! My brothere had cancer throughout his whole body not just his lungs and the latest report from the doctor is all the cancer is gone from his bones Praise the Lord!! He still has a lot of cancer but there is some positive healing going on please continue to pray for him and also my son who is in the Marines who is on deployment is doing great but please continue to pray for his safety

Dena the VA found that there was no cancer or very debilitating underlying illness, just anemia from meds he takes!

Heidi Aden Update: The Doctors have finally figured out what was causing the weakness in Adens legs! It is something called Guillain-Barre syndrome. They have started treatment and my brother says Adens legs are getting loads better and that he is about 70% of what he use to be. It may take a while but he should make a full recovery. Praise God! Thanks so much for all your prayers

My Brother Jim called me today and informed me that my 12 year old nephew Aden has been in the hospital since Saturday, due to a sudden loss of strength in his legs. The doctors have no idea what is causing this and are doing more testing on him today. Please be praying the find out what the problem is quickly and that he makes a full recovery. My Brother Jim is also a recovering drug addict and has been clean for 3 years but, I worry that if Aden doesnt make a full recovery that it may push Jim back down that slippery slope of addiction. Aden and his sister Heaven are my Brothers reason for living a drug free lifeSo I guess Prayer for all possible outcomes is requested

Joshua Thanks to all of you for all of your prayers and thanks to our loving God! After I posted the prayer request, my sons motivation to stop wetting at night increased dramatically. The last few weeks, he has wet maybe every other night or less. This is a wonderful improvement compared to several times every night. Thanks again so much for you prayers! We love you all!

I am asking if a few of you guys could join me in prayer for my 10 year old son, Isaiah. Its a small problem really; he wets the bed at night. We have seen two dr.s about the issue and they said kids will usually grow out of it by twelve. The prob is we are currently living with my 75yr old grandma and she is a little more old fashioned, I guess, and doesnt believe the dr.s. It is causing problems within the house between her and my wife and I. We have tried many things to help limit his fluid intake before bed, but now the prob is my gma is wanting to go to more extreme mesures of not letting him drink fluids 5 hrs before bed. I think that is a little harsh since I would have a hard time not having anything to drink for that amount of time. I was sitting at my desk, upset over the recent argument, and the Lord put it on my heart to pray for him.....so here I am.Thank you so much,Joshua

Chris My prayer has just been answered. My test has come back negative! One of the hardest/most stressful five days of my life. I have been praying to God and reading the Bible and I see this as a wake up call and Gods way of bringing me back into living a life with Him as the center of my life. Thank you all for your prayers. God is great!!!!

Siri My son made it through the surgical procedure without any complications - praise God! Thank you everyone for your prayers! He is in ICU overnight (at OHSU in Portland, Oregon) and will need a follow-up cerebral angiogram in 6 months to see whether or not the problem is "cured." I am still hoping and praying for his salvation....

After undergoing MRIs, a lumbar puncture, and a cerebral angiogram, it was determined that he has a dural arteriovenous fistula in the posterior region of his head. This condition requires a surgical procedure (embolization) under general anesthesia which will occur on the morning of Tuesday, July 27, 2010. Of course, this procedure does not come without risks (e.g., stroke). Also, I pray that the Lord would reveal Himself to Devrin so that he may be saved and become a believer. Thank you.

Emily Baby Farah only lived one hour after she was born on July 6th at 11:30pm. Thank you everyone for praying. God is upholding us through it all.

At the beginning of the pregnancy, she went in for a routine ultrasound, but it turned out to be anything but routine. The doctors told us that the baby had trisomy 13, a chromosomal abnormality. They said that she would not live more than a few hours after birth, if that much. Other ultrasounds through the months have rendered much the same result, we learned that she has many of the abnormalities common to trisomy 13 babies, including that her kidneys did not appear to be functioning properly, therefore there wasnt enough amniotic fluid and she was breach. The latest two ultrasounds however, show some improvement, the doctor says that the amniotic fluid is up, the babys head is down, and they are confident shell make it to birth, and even think she could very well live several years. However, we are still hoping and praying for complete healing. Thank you to everyone that prays for this. God bless you all.~Emily

Kaitlynn J God is healing my jaw. its just a time thing. it takes time to heal just like anything else. i finished my therapy that was laser treatment and now im just wearing my appliances like i should be. and will see how that does.

Darcy A week after I posted this Prayer request, My boyfriend broke up with me over the phone. During that week, that I had posted his prayer request... Cody had wanted me to have sex with him and I told him no. I told him also that because of my past with sexual abuse, I fel like I couldnt say no in that situation anyway and I built up enough courage to actually tell him I didnt want to. He told me that He learned a lot dating me about his self, that he had a great time everytime he spent it with me, he wont forget what we had, but he said I am just not ready for this and I dont even know if I am going to spend the rest of my life with you, I might meet someone else down the road and this would have hurt you a lot more if I did this any later than now. I still want to be your friend. I was crying, and his mom said she needed to use the phone so he had to get off it. He then said that it was his time now to go cry and I said Dont go Please and he said I have to. We dicussed that I should be safe too, so I didnt do anythings stupid like hurt myself or kill myself and at first he didnt want me to go to the hospital or Fourwinds. But I asked him to please let me go. So, he did. We both thought it was a good idea so I went to Saratoga Mental Health that night. I stayed there over night, they took some blood, asked questions, and sent me and my mom home at like 4 in the morning in a Taxi. I cried for 6 days straight after the Break up. I didnt go to School for a couple of days and I didnt eat anythink for like 3 or four of those days. I lost wieght, I hardly could sleep, and I miss him a whole lot. I hate it when you break up and continue to remember the time spent having fun with one another,the time spent just being goofy together and how you felt when he said he loved you or just the fact that he liked you,the times when he made you laugh,gave you butterflies,Kissed you,those times he held you when you cried,the secrets you shared,the many hours you spent talking on the phone,and waking up in his arms. I was hurt, but I am learing to move on. I know he wasnt the right guy for me and that I do deserve so much better than him. Thank you all for all of your prayers, it really helped!

My Boyfriend had went to my best friends Prom with her far from Home and stayed the weekend at her house. She had told me that, he ruined Prom for her, because he was rude, obnoxiuos, disrespectful and Complaining a lot all night and pretty much dicthed her to go play Pool with two other guys. She also proceeded to tell me that he continued to tell her that he loved her 4 or 5 times well at her house. She had asked him, Well why are you telling me this? Dont you love Darcy(me)? And he said No I dont love her. And so Christina asked him then why do you tell her you love her then if you dont? And he lied to her and told her because I(Darcy) said it first. Cody has been lying to me, flirting with girls right in front of me, and now telling my best friend that he loves Her! Idk know what to do and where to begin to talk to him about it. So, I called boyfriend tonight and he was really mad and said that he didnt want to talk about it. He was being really mean and as I was talking to another friend about the situation and Cody said dont tell him nothing if you do I will punch you both I am not scared. And kept saying I dont want to talk about it and hung up on me. I called back and he hung up again, then I called a third time and he said are you done talking about it? I said Are you done hanging up on me? I do so much for and with Cody. We have went to far physically and He bosss me around and tells me what to do and I do it. I do everything he tells me to. Katie I was so worried about money, and how I would get there. Worrying is of the devil, and I shouldnt ever second guess Gods word. When I stopped worrying and let Him take over, I got an e-mail. My trip was paid for, with one person. How amazing is that! I will be leaving in November, and if you could just pray for me. The man who is addicted to the sex act/crime, the girls who have already been hurt and devastated from this, the girls that could be, the moms that let them, the government that turns their head, the churches.groups that dont know what direction to go into yet, the passion of the people already there trying. I think of these children as my own already, as if I already know their stories.
