Sabina Please pray that my father, who is having surgery today that his kidneys are healed and that he does not need to go on dialysis and also for the health and well being of my husband , children and mother and father in law. Alexandrea I have been together with my boyfriend for over a year now. I am strong in my walk with God, but he isnt because his family is not that strong at all. Were still in high school. He told me a week ago that he had lost some feelings toward me due to lack of hanging out and doing to the "daily routine and going threw the motions" which I was feeling as well. But I didnt lose any feelings for him. We have been hanging out a little bit each day after school. Things have gotten better but I need prayer for the Lord to bring me peace, guidance, strength to not be weak, and for him to fall back in love with me. For God to be the center of our relationship and to not let the world tell him what is right and wrong. Please. :(

D A lot of my friends, including my best friend, are really into a blasphemous webcomic called Homestuck. The comic as based around zodiacs, witchcraft, and characters becoming gods, among many other evil themes. My friends dress up and mimic the demonic-in-appearance characters. I really need them to see the true light of the Lord and that the comic is evil and stop their obsession with it. This comic has caused quite a few fights between my friends and I, and among them, and these fights need to end.

Judiann First of all, please pray for our Nation....we are in very troubling times with unemployment, homelessness, hunger, financial woes, healthcare issues, etc. Secondly, please pray for the continued health and healing of my children (blood relative and not), that they may stay healthy, leaving all major health issues behind, that my grandchildren may not inherit the Marfan Syndrome that has attacked my youngest son, Ian. That Erik, my oldest son, may overcome the issues with his eyesight, that the kerataconis will be healed by Jesus and there will be no need for surgery. Lastly, please pray for guidance and wisdom concerning our impending move back to Tennessee. Praying that my health will be better there, as Ive chronicled. Veronica One and a half years after moving 3500 miles across the country, my husband, along with 279 other employees were laid off...without notice. Many of his former coworkers are struggling. The majority of them sold everything and packed up their lives to move to another state and start a new life. By the grace of God, we have not been put in a situation where we have to worry or wonder where our next meal will come from or how well pay rent...but unfortunately I cannot say that for everyone else. I ask that you pray with me, that during this trying time those displaced employees find Jesus. That they call upon the Lord and see that can trust Him and lean on Him. I pray that through this, they can grasp an understanding on how much God loves them and how he wants to help them...they just have to let Him in. I pray that everyone affected by this recovers quickly and that depression does not sink in.
I also ask that you pray for my family. My husband does need work, yes. But I pray that the Lord leads us to the place where we can make the most impact for Him. Thank you in advance for your time and dedication to pray with me. We appreciate it. God bless you and yours!! :)

Jonathan Earlier today, Ive met up with an old Jewish friend of mine who was a bully in jr high school, but recently apologised... I gave him our 3rd grade class picture as he was getting at me about it for a few years now. I finally got it to him and we started talking a little bit, and one of the things hes mentioned was how he has his own business and it is corrupted and ran by the mafia, and he loves it. Later on in the conversation, he further tells me how happy he was to see me looking good unlike other people we knew that didnt turn out so well. I tell him how good hes looking and how I bet if I ran a mile, he could still catch me... He then explained how he doesnt do violence anymore, and he was sorry again and how he did a lot of bad things... I told him "Hey.. Ive done bad things to" He then said how he has a lot of Skeletons in his closet... That can mean anything. All I could do at the time was encourage him to stay safe. Based off of what you read about him through this prayer request, I ask that you all pray for my friend in any way it comes to your heart. oh by the way, the friends name is Lazar or Lasar.... Gemy Im losing faith. alot of faith. i try to be closer to Him, but idk if its even working. i cant feel His presence. My teacher told me that all i have to do is ask Him to reveal His self to me. i do. for a long time. but nothing happens. another teacher told me to just keep on knocking(Luke 11:5-13). but i have been for years and im getting tired of it. there are alot of mean, wrong, and bad verses in the bible. like this one: "When a man strikes his male or female slave with a rod so hard that the slave dies under his hand, he shall be punished. If, however, the slave survives for a day or two, he is not to be punished, since the slave is his own property." (Exodus 21:20-21 NAB). and right God flooded thousands of people because they were wicked? and right he knows everything(past,present, and even future) so if he knew that He would create wicked people, why did He just not do it? and in gen., why didnt He forgive Adam and Eve? please answer my questions:(

Jennifer I have a friend who is going through some tough times right now because a year ago her boyfriend broke up with her basically because she was honest about her views on a certain controversial topic. Its been a year, but shes still really depressed by it and she refuses to even look at other guys as options because she feels like shes somehow not being fair to her ex. I also request prayers for this ex-boyfriend - even though I think he was totally unfair in how he treated her, he still desperately needs prayers because he is not a Christian, and that fact is possibly the main reason my friend is so sad.

L Satan has my husband in such a stranglehold that he cant and wont look for God. PLEASE pray for my husband as he is as close to kicking me out our home as I have ever seen him. He WONT seek Gods will. He can only see the fear that satan has put before him. He is a good man, but is being absolutely spiritually attacked. Recently, he has changed. He has taken an interest in God, my college work (I am going to Christian Leadership University) and has been asking questions. He went to Easter Sunday service with me. Since then a lot has changed. He says he can see the light through me and that he experiences the Holy Spirit high. I am unsure if God is working on his heart and if he is sincere but he said while my Christ siblings, I and Corry were driving around that he knew the words to the worship music we were playing yet he had NEVER heard those songs before. Jacob My prayer has been answered in a couple of ways. 1)Since then I have received an opportunity to serve God in New York over the summer and learn how to be a servant at North Shore Baptist church. 2) The importance of fasting and prayer for reconciling my relationship with Jesus and a fresh new mind. Bemigrace Thank you all so much for your prayers! My dad has joined a house church that has been meeting at our home. Although theyre no longer going to the same church as me, at least I know hes growing spiritually and is being used, which is his hearts desire.

Mr. Awesome Father thank you first of all for your love, for your grace and for your mercy. You are the great healer and comforter. We ask that you be with her brother and her father. Make yourself real to them in a way that is undeniably you. Restore unto them the joy of their salvation and renew a right spirit within them. Glorisel Hey everyone! I just wanted to thank you all for praying! Since posting this, God has been ministering to my heart every day... Cant say that everything is perfect; some things are getting better (like I just did interviews at three med schools praise God and thank Him for His grace... now I just have to wait and see where he leads me) and some things are getting worse (my friends dad died and hes gotten worse; hes gotten into pills and is talking about going to work in the streets; frankly, im remaining in prayer for him but im breaking up that friendship because he doesnt want help... hes just devastated but he doesnt want change right now... so im just praying for him)... But my heart has changed. Now, I can say I have joy again... And though every now and then Im troubled by the situations surrounding me Im feeling God and His peace more than ever and Hes been letting me know "NOTHING WILL EVER SEPARATE YOU FROM MY LOVE"... Somehow, in every song, in every Scripture, in every sermon that keeps coming up... Gods love... GODS LOVE IS SUSTAINING ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY... So, if you guys can keep me and my fam and my friends in prayers Ill thank you again, know that God is at work. GOD IS NEAR AND HEARING. PRAISE HIM! Im sorry that its so long but Im desperate... The past 7 months have been very hard. I had to drop out of med school in June due to my grades (I am currently trying again to enter med school or study nursing because my passion and purpose is in serving people through medical services so I can help their physical needs and introduce them to God in the process). In June also my grandma entered the intensive care unit and was on and off the hospital which was a grueling process for us and her and she went with the Lord in August so this is our first Christmas without her and its been so hard... On September I came to know that I have a chronic heart thing going on and am currently on meds but so far theyve upped my dosis 4 times and it isnt working; the other option is an operation. On November I got very sick and had to go the hospital due to dehydration and am currently under studies to see if I have another chronic condition of the gastrointestinal tract. Also on November my best friend and the guy I love seemed to be getting more depressed, talked about suicide (he has already tried it twice by now) and said he was getting marry to a girl after less than two months of knowing her only to dump her and stop living with her last Tuesday and start living with another girl on Friday whom he says is the one. He (my friend) is far from God and I feel a lot of confusion in his mind and spirit but he says he feels good about what hes doing; but I learned two days ago that he started doing drugs again with the girl hes living with so I dont get how this girl could be from God like he says when they are nit living pleasing God or even looking for Him. We talked (and had a fight while he was on drugs) and I told him that we should stop talking because it isnt right for me to be talking with a guy I love while he is living with a girl. We have been best friends for ten years; and Ive helped him through a lot of rough spots so Im going to miss him a lot and a part of me feels this isnt fair and more so Im worried about his soul because he doesnt seem to see what hes doing wrong. On top of all this, the family that was left in Puerto Rico with me moved to the states in August so I feel alone and my two best friends who are Christians are going through their own stuff (one was depressed and the other one is studying in med school) so theyre too busy to talk when I need it. Im also looking for a job since October, but to no avail. I write to ask for prayer for all my friends; specially Gabriel (hes the guy who isnt in a relationship with God yet) for his eyes to be opened to Gods truth and that he will receive conviction in his spirit about what Gods will truly is. I want him to be saved. I want to pray for my family as we pass through our first Christmas without grandma; specially my grandpa (they had been married for 54 yrs) and my mom and aunt and uncle (also pray for his salvation cuz hes the only member of the fam who isnt saved yet). Please pray for me; my health, me finding a job to help out my family and be able to take care of myself better, my emotions because its a lot and I have Gods joy but some days are better anf some days are just horrible, my carrer and most of all that God will give me direction and strength to do His will wtv it may mean to sacrifice; even 10 yrs friendship or being healthy or the dream of being a doctor. Pray anything that God puts in your heart for my life and my familys and friend; Im a vessel in Gods hands just desiring to please Him and to do His will. Thank you very much! On top of all this, the family that was left in Puerto Rico with me moved to the states in August so I feel alone and my two best friends who are Christians are going through their own stuff (one was depressed and the other one is studying in med school) so theyre too busy to talk when I need it. Im also looking for a job since October, but to no avail. I write to ask for prayer for all my friends; specially Gabriel (hes the guy who isnt in a relationship with God yet) for his eyes to be opened to Gods truth and that he will receive conviction in his spirit about what Gods will truly is. I want him to be saved. I want to pray for my family as we pass through our first Christmas without grandma; specially my grandpa (they had been married for 54 yrs) and my mom and aunt and uncle (also pray for his salvation cuz hes the only member of the fam who isnt saved yet). Please pray for me; my health, me finding a job to help out my family and be able to take care of myself better, my emotions because its a lot and I have Gods joy but some days are better anf some days are just horrible, my carrer and most of all that God will give me direction and strength to do His will wtv it may mean to sacrifice; even 10 yrs friendship or being healthy or the dream of being a doctor. Pray anything that God puts in your heart for my life and my familys and friend; Im a vessel in Gods hands just desiring to please Him and to do His will. Thank you very much! Candice I know its hard to "Let go and let God" but what you have to remember is that he already knows what will happen and why! I know how hard it is to do things in ways other than youre own, but when it comes to God, He created trust so that we can cast our worries on him and TRUST He can take care of them :)

Tonya Update:Went to thyroid specialist and they found a growth on the Thyroid gland. We have to follow up in 6 months. If it has not gotten smaller or completely gone they will do a biopsy to rule out cancer. Keep on praying please for both situations!!

I pray our 18 year old son keeps the Lord close to him and does not fall into the ways of the world. I pray that his thyroid issue gets figured out soon and that he is able to restore his health. I pray he has strength and peace. Also his girlfriend is not a believer in Christ. She believes there is a higher power but not sure it is Jesus. She does get frustrated at times when we talk about it or our son refers to to Jesus. I pray she opens her heart and sees Jesus is our Savior. It is hard for me at times when she makes comments and expects my son to fill the hole in her heart. I pray she will see that she needs God and when she accepts God her heart will be filled!! I pray both of them get the desire and knowledge to follow the Lord. They have a very good relationship however our son cannot possibly fill her heart all the time.

Jonathan Well... Ive kept up to date with this story... mind you, I have no personal relationship with Jerry Lawler, but Im like a few other million people are as well, and I care for him as the soul that he is. I say he is a soul based off a quote by C.S. Lewis that goes You dont have a soul. You are a soul. You have a body So when Jerry had that heart attack on air, I was very freaked out and worried.
Tonight, Im happy to report that Jerry has been recuperating since the heart attack, and has been released from the hospital and is in his home in memphis. Hell be having an interview on WWEs Monday Night Raw next week.. But as we give God thanks for his healing and recovery, I ask that you send one more final prayer on his behalf that he will be fully healed in a timely manner and that he would be inspired to open his heart to letting God in his life more.

I have found my spiritual life to have been "quickened." I was told to break up with my boyfriend, my parents are accepting my beliefs (though they still wont believe). Thank you, ever so much. Hes going to be 4 on september 8th... he still has a very faded mark there, but hes cool.. the families act the same, but Ill be there when I can to help him out and encourage him to walk in the Lord. Please pray for my my 3 year old nephew and his family as he got caught in a home accident to where he suffered a big swelling below his right eye starting at his bottom eyelid, and a red scratch/cut down the right side fo his face. I pray Instant Healing, and that none of his marks become scars, and as for the family, his grandmother on his fathers side has a very crutterd up house, which is believed to be the base reason why it happened, and his mothers side of the family (My family) is just seriously freaking out about it, and not relaxing and stuff. I mean, that act is totally understandable, but Im not paranoid about it because for one, Hes acting fine. despite the fact that he looks like he got into a fight with a boxing kangaroo, his behavior hasnt changed, and he says his "Booboos" dont hurt and on top of that ,I trust God in this situation, but I guess its hard because like I said in a previous prayer request, the family IS unsaved. I have fought this temptation for years and now I do not know how to react anymore. I know that I am worth so much more and I need to find the strength to say no more and to surrender to the Will of the Lord.
