Courtney I live in Virginia, and will attend college here as well. I moved here and left my family behind in Missouri. This year is a significant year for me to be able to find some way to drive all the way down there and be with my mother and grandfather before something happens. It means to the world to her and I just cant let her down. Shes really sick and isnt doing so well. Abby Tonight I didnt want to ask for something, but simply give a testimony. Today I got a 100 on my school exam, and its because of God. I have food and I have family and love and health and a roof over my head. And its because of God. I type this right now because of God. Praise be to the one who built the Earth! He will come here one day, and he will take us Home where we are meant to be! Strife moves like a snake through the world, but we just have to remember that this place is not our true home, and if we set our sights on the Lord above, he satisfies us more than anything, and we are able to go Home to him! Isnt He glorious? I asked for a deeper relationship, so he called me to stop spending so much time doing stupid pointless things on the computer and spend time with him! I asked for a house for my friend, and he has provided! I asked for a filling, and he gave me hunger to be filled! I asked for help in my music, and he gave me a chance to sing. I asked for something as simple as my brothers tooth to stop hurting, and as soon as I asked, his tooth felt fine! God is amazing!! He cares so much about us!! Praise the Lord, my friends. Praise the Lord!!

Lin TERMINAL CANCER PATIENT! Hello everyone, please pray for a young girl named Shay. she is only 15 years old and has been battling brain cancer. after all the treatments, the cancer returned in her brain and even grew in here spine. THE DOCTORS HAVE DECLARED HER TERMINAL and Im not sure how much longer she has. I know the family has tried every method...except this one natural cleansing diet that complete rid this other lady of her cancer, which was far worse than Shays in every way possible. this lady lived years after even though the doctors told her she wouldnt so I WANT YALL TO PRAY THAT SHAY AND HER FAMILY WILL HAVE OPEN EARS TO HEAR ME OUT TO TRY ONE LAST TIME. they are already very strong believers, but I just want to wear out every option.

Jeffrey I could use prayer for my relationship situation. I was married last June 18th, 2011, but there have been so many bumps in the road over this last year. My wife and I had a ceremony, but never ended up filing the paperwork for a marriage license, so technically in Gods eyes we were married, but legally in the state we I guess technically arent. My family has been a big part of the problems, in bringing negativity and speaking negativity into my mind and heart towards my "marriage." A month ago, my wife and I talked about if I could ever see us getting officially married, and instead of realizing Genesis 2:24 at the time of "leaving my family and cleaving to my wife to start my own family" I had given into fear and my parents wishes. I made a huge mistake I know, and Ive asked the Lord for forgiveness, as well as my wife, or I guess "ex" now, and God really hit me with a life changing reality the beginning of this month (June) by waking me up to realize my faults, and made me see that a year ago I made a commitment to my wife, and I realized that I still want to be with her and have a life with her, and let go completely of my parents/ family, since all I receive from them is negativity anyways.Currently, I have been giving my wife space, or trying to the past week and a half. I expressed to her how I felt about it all, and that God hit me with the fact that I wasnt the man or husband He desired me to be for my bride and that as my wife, I am to choose her over my family, and I wish I could have seen all this a year ago. Basically, Ive been praying for God to continue to do His work in me, and show me how to be the husband, Spiritual Leader, provider, protector, and fight for my marriage, but most importantly I have been praying for my wife (or ex, I dont know what youd call her, cause she doesnt consider us married...anyways), that the Lord would heal her heart from the damage Ive caused and that He would allow her to forgive me, as well as see the changes in my heart and life and that the changes in me are here to stay, and that she is my first priority (after God of course).I know, I messed up big time from the get go, and Ive poured out my heart to the Lord, and my wife as well, that I truly desire to be with her, and treat her with all the honor and respect she completely deserves!Its a crazy situation I know, I hope what I wrote makes sense.Thank you for any prayers of healing upon her that you give, and prayers for God to completely work and rebuild my wife and I into the marriage He desires us to have, that there will be forgiveness, trust again, love, and that we would ultimately glorify Him through all this, and hopefully through this mess, it will provide us maybe a testimony of some sort to share with others who struggle down the line.Anyways, thank you again for your prayers!God Bless, ~Jeff

cloe I want you guys to pray for me about my family, especially for my brother. He claims that he is a prophet and that he knows GOD. He also acts crazy and does wiered stuff. Mel Hi Everyone, I would really appreciate prayer in all aspects of my life. I am currently 8 months pregnant and truly blessed to be having a baby boy. Please pray that all goes well during delivery and that he is born healthy, strong, and to serve God. I am also having problems with my husband, and I pray for guidance and support as well as for God to strengthen my marriage because at this point, I feel too broken to want to stay in it. Sadly, weve only been married 10 months. I would also appreciate prayer with finances; we are struggling horribly and cannot afford much. We are both college students and finances are killing us. Lastly, I would love prayer for my mom, who is the strongest woman I know. She is a 2 time breast cancer survivor and is currently fighting the pain of a pinched nerve in her cervical spine. She ma need surgery to repair it, which runs the risk of her ending up paralyzed. I thank you all who do pray for me and my family. GOD bless you all<3

Needy Servant My car has its hood chained down and duct taped so it wont slam against my window again. My car shuts off by itself somtimes or just wont start and I need to unchain/unduct tape and shake the battery (think its a connection somewhere) I go to school 60 miles each way 4 times a week ( when it starts again), and I deliver pizza as my job. I am looking for a good safe reliable used car, please pray God will lead me to the car I need. And since I feel it is important I must also mention I do not deserve His blessing a bit, pray that I will seek Him more diligently and serve Him whole heartedly, I need strength to obey.

Krystal I have had a crush on this guy for about 2 years now and he is around 11 years older than me. He is the worship director for our church and is has an amazing love for God. I thought he liked me, he use to talk to me and pick on me all the time. But now this new girl comes along and he pays alot more attention to her and kind of ignores me now. Im not sure what to do! Is he just being nice to her or does he really like her? Im so confused and hurt. Ive been praying but nothing seems to help. Focus your love and affection on Jesus. Pray He will prepare you for your husband and your husband for you whoever God has for you. Renee Hi Im very sure that Im addicted to pain pills. I had surgery to remove cancer back in March and was put on them after ward. Well I used them for pain and then I found myself wanting them even when I didnt have allot of pain. Well unfortunately I had to have another surgery beginning of May and put back on pain meds and I seem to not be able to function without them. Well today I took my last pill and Im quiting cold turkey and Im very afraid of the withdrawal. I dont want ot depend on pills anymore I want my health back. Please pray for me that I get through the withdrawal part fast and I can just deal with my problems without any substance to make it feel better.

Alyssa Faith Mark. Rep Went to the doctor and she told me that its just allergies. I also got a prescription for a nasal spray that is supposed to help my congestion and sinus pressure, to help relieve inflammation. She told me Ill probably have to keep taking allergy medicine through the whole allergy season which means through winter and spring. Lets be praying that this medication helps and makes me feel better. But I do have to say everyday Im feeling a little better. I feel better than I did 2 or 3 days ago. So keep on praying that this medication helps me.

I DO ask that eventually you take a look at my other prayer requests, though today in particular I want to send one out that specifically focuses on my room. I live in a 3 bedroom apt with my parents. Ive been blessed to have my own room after my sister moved out. Getting to the point, my room is a hot mess!!! about a month back or 2, my dad helped me clean and reorganize it to the point where it was practically spotless, but now it looks like a disaster again, and has been not even a month after it was done. Would you please pray, that I overcome the laziness, and develope the determination, and ambition. and TIME OF CONVENIENCE to clean my room, with no help but my help from the Lord of course. I pray, play my guitar, in praise and worship to the Lord all the time in that room. I think that he would be very pleased, if I present him a clean space everytime I invite him in.

Jonathan Well, Praise the Lord, Ive only had to work there for a total of two nights. I was a little bothered that I was not called to be there for the rest of the season, but I prayed Gods will, and I did all I could to be apart of that, and whether they didnt like me over there, or they didnt have room, or what-not, God took me out of it. Till this day, I have not had another job since, so I ask that you please say a final prayer regarding this aftre youve read this. I believe I have the victory out of that, but every movie that ends with a marriage, isnt the final ending in reality.. sooooo... if you get my spiritual metaphor here, I need a new job. A job that God would be pleased of me when I do it right. My prayer is mostly with the Fire Department of New York as Ive recently submitted an application to take that test.

This place is soo spiritually conflicting to me, and Ive quit in 08, but financially desperate, I told a friend there that if he put me down then I wouldnt do it again cuz itd be on him to. So now Im in, and I need prayers for a better job that I can LOVE doing, and that I will be spiritually secure in the mean time while scaring everyone in my lil wolf mask... smh.. Well, I never met this person, but I know OF her. If anyone has been a fan of World Wrestling Entertainment for the past few years, like me, then you would know of this lady who use to play as an annoying character that would always try to sing to the audiences before her matches, and it would be the most annoying thing ever. Her name is Jillian Hall, and Ive read an insider that she has posted on her Twitter that she was going into labor at 14 weeks of pregnancy. Later on she had recently followed up on that update saying "Our babys heart has stopped and is with God now...please pray for us." So I want to take that prayer request, and extend it out to this prayer board, as Im believing in God to do the unexpected in her life. Dont know what it is, because I dont know his ways, and I thank God for that, but in all this, I never knew what it was like to have someone close to me suffer this kind of pain, so my heart and prayers goes out to her, and I ask that you do the same.

Jeremiah Things are still progressing, and fundraising Ideas are flowing, Praise the Lord, come to find that instead of needing 10K like origionaly thought I only need 5K now. Also the mission organization I am going through is able to provide 2K to help me out.

Please pray for my sons girlfriend, Shelly. She lives with my husband and I. Her father disowned her several months ago. He is a very unreasonable man. He has banned her from the family and will not let her visit her sister for Christmas. Her stepmother has no "pull" in the issue. The man is stubborn and insensitive. Shellys birth mother lives in Mississippi and is in the AF overseas in Afghanistan. I feel so bad for the girl. She is 18 and finishing school; has 2 jobs, plans on putting herself through community college, and marrying my son in the future. Please pray for Shelly to let go and let God. Give her comfort and peace in her heart that shes tried with her father. He is missing out on so much....prayers that he will see how much he needs both of his daughters in his life. Thank you... I just have a prayer request about me and my sister, I guess. I just have a really hard time with her being married. For some reason, it was just so hard for me. I feel like my brother in law is stealing her away. They are both saved, but its just so hard. Compared to most couples they are great when it comes to not being all about each other. But sometimes I do feel like a third wheel and it makes me really hurt inside. My views of marriage have changed drastically since they married and not in a good way. I struggle so much with the thought of marriage, I dont fully like it. I feel like marriage is what stole my sister away and how could I take marriage stealing me away? I just ask for your prayers, with the holidays approaching, its hard. Thanks.

Elena Please continue to pray for my dad. Sometimes his liver hurts, Im not sure what is going on. He also really needs to lose weight. Pray for the strength and will for him press on. And for him to have a deeper relationship with Christ. Thank you! God bless. :)

Keep my Dad in your prayers about this whole thing with the cirrhosis of his liver. I cant see him going through ANOTHER liver transplant, its too dangerous. Im just trusting in the Lord that He will take care of the situation. Pray that my Dad will keep fighting. Hes scheduled for some tests January of next year, concerning his liver. Pray for everything to go well, that they can get it under control and that whatever medication they give wont interfere with the medication he is on now (some of them he cant go without). Pray that the Lord would keep him safe and away from harm and keep him from having any more strokes (blood clots). And also that he would try to be more active and not sleep so much and actually try and be successful in losing weight. Thank you! Your prayers mean so much! God bless you.

Elena I told my mom about the email, suggested for her not to read it, but left the decision up to her. I told her most of the things that was written, but also said (which is the truth) its just not worth reading. Just pray for my moms healing and if and when she decides to read the email, may the Lord prepare her and not let her take the things her sister said about her to heart. Also pray that my Mom would just give it over to the Lord and trust in him. I hope that she will continue to draw closer to God, produce fruit, understand and have a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ! Thank you and God bless!

My Moms sister is very mad at her. My Mom is just stuck in the middle over family drama. Im sorry, but her family is close to crazy, very angry people, only see one way and love to attack others. They dont know how to forgive or how to love, they are all adopted, but still... None of them know Christ, some of them are on drugs, or drink alcohol. I help my Mom with her email and how to get on it, well I saw an email from her sister and have not told my Mom, because Im afraid that what it says will be very hurtful. Elena Thank you for your prayers! It is still painful to deal with, but I am just giving it to the Lord and letting Him handle all of this. I know my Mom will be OK, because she has me, my sister, brother in law and my dad to support her and uplift her. As well as our family at church! Thank you again for your payers!

Please just pray that I would not worry so much! It is definitely a weak spot of mine and the devil takes advantage of that. I particularity worry about what others think of me, even those at my church. I come from a quiet and laid back family and so it is hard to connect with people because we are so quiet! Im not ashamed of the way God made us, its just that sometimes we are in awkward situations where we dont know what to say or we doubt whether or not we should of said something. My Mom and I laugh and joke about it, we say that since we dont socialize much, as a result we dont really know how to act around a lot of people! I guess we are not that bad, but I particularity struggle with this. I just want to make a good impression, but most importantly I just want to be myself and be comfortable and not so afraid of what people think about me...just for me to be more confident in myself (in a healthy way). ;) Thanks in advance for your prayers! Doreen Elena i know we all like to make a good impression, but not everyone is looking for a perfect person and this inludes GOD, he takes as we are and he works on us to change how we feel about him and others and about our selves. He is the only one who can change your thinking, ask GOD to give you HIS confidence. There is alot of people who feel ocward around people and they feel they dont know how to socialize, i am one of those people as well, i have always been that way and i do care what people think of me but i also at times dont care what people think of me but that is deppening on the situacion as well. I dont let people tell me what i should be doing, if i know its wrong or i dont feel comfortable i dont care what they say or feel about me i just wont do it cause there is always concequences on the decisions we make, so i make sure i dont follow peoples actions because im affraid what they will think of me. It goes back to the old saying " just cause someone is willing to jump of a clip does that mean you should to cause your affraid of what they or people will think ". So i pray that GOD shows you how to be comfortable and to be just yourself. So when someone tells you to just be yourself they are already telling you they enjoy your company and your a fun person to be around. And i pray this in his name JESUS CHRIST amen -|-

Brandon Praise God. Soon after I posted about my youth group having trouble this young man (heck afterall he is 21 & I am 32) came to me after one of our Sunday services. He said he had an idea to canvas the neighborhood . So we started the following day. We now have increased his flock with 15 new young people. One of them was sitting in Church and I noticed he was tearing up. So I went to sit by him. When the service was over he told me he never those things about God and that he always just thought God was someone to push you around till you did things his way. To make a long story short. He accepted Christ as his savior.

I am the asst youth director at my church and the guy who I taught with needed to step down for personal reasons. The day he left they all left as well. I have a stuttering problem and when I ask them if they dont want me to teach because of that they all become really quiet. Please pray that we can bring in more H.S age kids. I loved to not just serve the Lord but I love to tell people about his love and the things I have learned. Thankyou and may God bless all of you.

Doreen Lord i pray you help this women and her two sons. Times are tuff right now I pray her sons help there mother with chores around the house and there homework. Darlena I came from a single parent household as well and i know its easy cause i watched my mom work 2 sometimes 3 jobs just to keep a roof over our heads, food on the table( that sometimes she didnt eat very much) so that i could have more to eat, and clothes on our backs( and alot of times my clothes she either made or the good will and sometimes before the clothes got into the goodwill store). She had work all of her life since the age of 3 years old. She only went to school up to the 3rd grade cause her mom made her work in the fields( her mom used her 9 children for one thing only $$$$) her mom didnt work a day in her life. I pray that GOD blesses you that you wont have to work 2 jobs just to survive cause now days thats what helps to get our kids to be in the streets and taking the wrong path. Things will work out in his time and sometimes we arent patient with his time. I pray GOD keeps you and your boys safe and blessed. I pray this in your name JESUS CHRIST amen -|-

Robert Thank you all! Praise God! Mark went from not remembering his family after 19 hours of surgery, to being able to remember everyone and communicate well. Virginia is back at being able to go to church after making a comeback with her back. God bless you all!

Rachel Spoon I did really really well on my SATs and qualified for more scholarship money! So far, Ive been accepted into 5 school and have received financial aid from 4/5 of them (at least $8,000 per year from each!!!) Im still waiting on schools, but this is a GREAT start! These are only the merit scholarships, so I can gain more scholarship money by applying for talent based (music scholarships) and for Cal Grants and all. Thank you God!! You are sooo good. R L The LORD is working. He knows my heart and knows I love my students. Satan decided he was going to attack me and though he did for a few days, The LORD beat him down. For the battle is not mine. It is the LORDs and I love HIM for fighting for me because I belong to HIM 100%. I Thank you for your prayers and ask you for more prayers. This concerns scripture I have in my classroom on one of my walls. In 4 years not one person had dared said anything about it until a few days ago. My school is getting a visit from TEA (Texas Education Agency) and this one person asked me to take the scripture off the wall because what might the people from TEA think? I told her I would do anything she asked; move books, mop, sweep, rearrange furniture, paint etc. but I WILL NOT TAKE THE WORDS OF THE LORD MY GOD off the wall. She tried everything but I did not give in. She said she would take it to the director of the department. I said Do it. I"ve asked the LORD to shut their mouths like he shut the mouths of the lions in the den Daniel got thrown in and I believe HE will and I thank HIM for it. Please pray for my sweet wife Tawnya.She has Chronic Lyme and has suffered very much.Pray that her treatment through A.C.T. will be a breakthrough miracle she desperately needs.She has been a Christian school teacher for years and had to resign from her school she was part owner of due to her health decline.Thank you all and will pray for your needs also..Merry CHRISTmas to you all..
