Yubelka Hello brothers and sisters. I need prayer about my school situation. After what has been a long application process into pharmacy school, the Lord has shown amazing favor and has surprised me with many exceptions and granted me acceptance into the program despite the appearances of difficulties. He even gave me a scholarship without me applying for financial aid. My prayer request is for Gods guidance and strength because just that same day i heard the wonderful news, the school decided to pause on the decision due to some information that came up about my previous transcript from a college i had dropped out of 8 years ago. I never completed those courses bc i knew that wasnt the path i was to take. Now their decision is weighing on what they see in that transcript. Please pray that my "ws" and having dropped out of of college doesnt hinder their decision to accept me. I really want to study pharmacology and use my career to serve God and possibly go on missions. I just pray that i get in! Thank you and God bless you.

Cheryl We adopted a sibling group of 3, 15 months ago. While most of them are settling in, we have one who is very challenging to parent. We face 6-8 tantrums a week and I have no idea how to parent that. He will not respect my authority over him. He rejects me and lashes out at me. He has a deep mother wound and I am the focus of all his pain and anger. Please pray for his heart and his brain to heal so that he can become the man of God he was created to be. I am a very strong willed person. I believe that God gave me my will. As long as I use it to work for Him. I am strong enough to love my son to heal, but I grow weary. I am under so much stress that I dont sleep well. I just need a break. I need to see results from all the hard work that I am pouring into my son. He needs more than I can give. I have tried many avenues to get help and I run into road blocks all the time. One counselor threatened to turn us in to Childrens Service because he didnt agree with our parenting style. It was a blow and a betrayal. I was deeply hurt. And I often despair. Thank you for your prayers and support. I can use all the help I can get in this endeavor of parenting......

home I have been praying for my ex-husband for years, praying that he will find God, hoping that we could finally overcome our differences and put our family back together.He dealt me such a horrible blow last week that he is getting back together with the woman who broke up our marriage in the first place, after we had been discussing us dating again. Lamar Hello my name is Lamar Pugh and I really need to pray with some body and get this prayer out. Im volunteer at H.A.L.O. here in Oakly and we are under some heavy battles right now and we just need prayer help. Please pray for are former president Tam Reed. She has been voted off the board because of the wicked people that control half of the board.They are like wolves attacking sheep ,Tam has work over 60 to 80 hours during the week severing the animals and giving the animals the best life they can ask for.She gives her heart and soul to the animals and half the board does not care about the animals but the money they get from them. Tam has had three surgerys and one more coming up on Monday. She has put up with so much drama and games from these people. They have totally have wipe her out, top the stress from running a place like H.A.L.O. ,add the emotional pull from saving animals that almost could died. Taking from animals shelters where they come close to being putting down. So it has been a rough year for tam and to add to tough year, her son Nick Reed became Marine and is now in Hawaii severing and protecting our country. Please pray for her stress ,for a good surgery,please pray for comfort and love.Please pray for Godly people to be round her and support her. please pray for the volunteers at halo and pray for comfort .Pray for the lord to take their pain so they can keep doing his will. Pray for wisdom and strength so they can help the lord .Please also pray for Renee tam sister , she also being attack by these boards members. Renee is the caregiver for halo and lives on site. Nicole I know that Ive come to this forum before with this, but here goes, I developed an eating disorder a few years ago, and Ive been in on and off recovery ever since. Not a whole lot of people know (my 3 close friends do but not anyone else) And I dont know.. Lately I just have no desire to get better. I think I just completely gave in. I dont care anymore. I told my friend Jane the other day that I have a goal weight and what it was and she said, youre going to be dead before you reach that weight. Im not suicidal but if I died in the attempt to get to this, I dont think I would care too much. I quit counseling. I just wish I could be normal. I guess I need prayer for the desire to recover first, and then the strength. I need God so much right now. Thanks guys for your prayers.

Elizabeth it took a little while, but things worked out! lol I am seizure free, about a year now. And we have a HUGE change coming our way. We are moving to Colorado! We dont have a job lined up yet but we know it will work out with Gods help. We will be staying with mu aunt for a little bit and hopefully we can move out beofore winter comes. We put in our two weeks notice at our jobs and will be leaving the 27th or 28th of this month. We are so excited and happy, and everything that has happened after we decided to leave has all been great and fallen into place, so we know we are doing the right thing!! We had a garage sale of most of our things, and it went better than we could have hoped for, so We know God is watching out for us!! He is incredible and we hope and pray things go as smoothly when we get out to Colorado! thank you for all your prayers, please dont stop, we need them even more but for better reasons.

My husband is currently in Indiana working at a Boy Scout summer camp, hoping that by doing this he will be showing his support and dedication to the council out there and they will finially hire him into something. he would be a great addition but they just cannot see that. So I am praying that what whatever God has in store for us, everything works out with out too much trouble. Please Help My husband John to do his best for the kids coming into the camp this season, and to show the higher ups what hes made of. Please let God open the counsels eyes if that is what is planned for us, if not let him come back to NY safe and sound and find a decent enough job for us to be supported and pay off what we need to pay off. We have student loans out to kazoo and need a good enough job so we can consolidate our private loans, to get rid of our cosigners and be able to pay the monthly amounts- which are fairly high. PLease grant me the strength to take care of things while John is away and not to go crazy with our two year old! lol He will be gone for two months, which is long enough but not as long as the last time we had to do something like this- 8 months! So I think we will do ok. Also please keep us in your prayers, I have one more medicine step down and I will be seizure free and off of my medicine! A great change and a big one! Thanks so much! Victory report from Metal Bible outreach at Sweden Rock 2012!

First of all I want to thank you very much for your prayer support! It has meant more than words can say!
Sweden Rock Festival is the biggest metal festival in Scandinavia (northern Europe), gathering over 30 000 metalheads!
This year we were ca 60 Christians involved in the outreach stationed at 6 different places, both in the market place (Metal Community/CMI/White Metal Shop), in the middle of the festival area (Street Church), at the biker camp (Biker Church) and also at two places at the festival camp (Street Church).
We started with raising the tents on Sunday and Monday. Then on Tuesday we started the outreach. An interesting thing this year was that our tent in the market area had some really interesting neighbours. Right on the left there was a porn tent and on the right side we had Hells Angels as neighbours - so were just in the right place! Cause we as Christians are called to be light in the darkness, so we felt that we were just where we should be.
The porn tent also had some big banners with half naked women on the sides of their tent. The banners were several meters high and could be seen at a long distance. A few hours after we started the outreach on Tuesday a mighty wind however started to blow and then the porn banners were just broken in half by the wind! So it seems like God didnt like them.
We started every day with the Lords Supper and prayer, proclaiming Jesus victory over satan. Some days however, there were a big struggle to celebrate the Lords Supper. Several things happened and the Enemy really tried to do all he could to distract us and keep us from doing this. But
we persisted and kept celebrating the Lords Supper every day and that is definately a key to the successful outreach that followed. While doing this we also proclaimed that the place around our tent belonged to God and prayed in Jesus mighty name that all demons would be bind so they couldnt do anything against us or the tent. We also prayed that people we met would be open to God and also made ourselves available to God praying that He will use us just as He wanted and that we would be a blessing to people He would send in our way and be tools to show them Gods love.
This year God opened some really cool doors also directly to the bands; Sabaton, which at the moment is the best selling Swedish metal band worldwide, played a gig including the national hymn at the Swedish National Day. A few hours before the gig one of the members in the band came by the Metal Bible tent and picked up a copy of the Metal Bible! Pretty cool, eh? Heat, another upncoming band also wanted us to us pray for them about an interview they were doing later that day. Its really amazing which cool doors God is opening, also to the metal bands! Amen.
Talking about bands not all however were positive to us and our Christian faith. Some satanic black metal bands like Dimmu Borgir and Dark Funeral were playing. But before the gigs we had prayed in Jesus mighty name that the evil forces that followed them would be bind and that they would not be able to transmit any satanic influence over the audience. And lo and behold, when Dimmu Borgir and Dark Funeral then played the evil message they spread were totally powerless, it was just words but no power behind it! So their satanic messge just fell flat to the ground. Amen! So GOD really showed that He is the one that rules. So, when our enemy could not work through the openly satanic bands he tried to work through other neutral bands like Twisted Sister. Dee Snider, their vocalist mocked and cursed God heavily and even tried to get the audience to mock God as well. It was strange and really sad to hear that kind of garbage from him.
Anyway, God did some really cool stuff! We had many great spiritual talks and also got the opportunity to pray for many. We had put up signs saying that If you want prayer we can pray for you. Then those that were interested came forward and we prayed for them. We had also put up signs with the text Feel free to take a Metal Bible. Then those that were interested came forward and picked up a copy of it. So its always their initiative. We never push metal bibles or prayer on anyone. We are just there being available to people and showing them Gods love and then those that want to come to us for prayer, metal bibles, talks etc.
We were also giving away notes with Bible quotes. One member of Hells Angels took one and it was right on target, cause the Scripture he got was saying that bad company can destroy even the best. He was really hit by the message and later on when his friends from Hells Angels was not around he came in secret and wanted to have prayer. Pretty amazing how God can lead. Street Church also had improvised meetings in their military tents in the camping area, where they got the opportunity to pray and witness to lots of people.
The most important thing however, that happened during the festival was that several persons found Christ. Amen! Soli Deo Gloria.
During the outreach 2795 Metal Bibles were distributed! Amen. This is really amazing since before this year a total of 28 000 copies have went out on this festival since 2005, so in total over 30 000 metal bibles have now been distributed on this festival. All I can do is just praise GOD for this and for all He has done and will do through all these metal bibles. Besides metal bibles, also other special bibles like Biker Bible, Motor Bible etc were distributed there, so in total 3565 bibles were spread there! Amen. We also had a special tract with prayers an Psalms and 1400 copies were distributed of it.
So Gods Word was really going out heavily at the festival. A big harvest will come. God has also promised that the Word of God wont return void, cause He will watch of over it and fulfill it in each person that receives it.
Please keep all the the people that received metal bibles and other special bibles, prayer/psalm book and that we talked to and prayer for, that God will urge them to read it especially during the next following days and that God will speak prophetically into their lives through the bibles and that they will find Christ through it. Pray especially also for those that have found Christ through the outreach. Pray that they will stay saved and grow strong in Christ.
Besides spreading bibles I was also selling Christian metal cds and shirts in my booth during the festival. My colleague Henrik from White Metal Shop that shared the booth was also selling cds, cool belts, jewellery and rings with crosses. By standing there and selling Christian Metal many misconceptions about Christian Metal were broken and people were amazed that there there are so many good quality Christian Metal bands out there to check out. Pray that God will continue to speak to them through the Christian Metal cds and other merchandise they bought and continue His work in them and that the things they bought will be tools to help many to Christ.
I really want to thank GOD for all He did during this metal bible outreach! God is so awesome and He is really the one that has made this metal bible outreach so successful. Im glad to have the privilege to be His servant. To GOD be the glory forever and ever. Amen.

I have my college graduation on Saturday, and my mom is supposed to drive me to my rehearsal on Friday where my boyfriend will take care of me from there. However, she has horrible anxiety, and she is not the most reliable person that Ive ever met. Please please pray that she has the strength from God to help her drive me. I really need to go to my rehearsal, and I dont know how Ill get to my graduation without this.

Jonathan Thank you so much for your prayers, and thank you Doreen for your words. My Cat has passed on early today, and she is burried. It was out of my hands.. we took her to the vet, she said she was trying to go, so they got the needle, only to learn they didnt need it. my heart is surely grieved, but may God have is way, thank you for your prayers as we live in this new transition.

I understand, and accept that no living thing can live forever. When I hear people about to die but they are being prayed for to be healed and they are, that means there is nothing wrong with trying to live longer as long as you can with the power of God. That being said I am asking that you please pray for my CAT. Yes I understand that she is not people, but she has surely made a difference in my life, and my familys life. I lived with 4 other people, and because of her, my nephews first word was "Cat". so please pray for my Cat, Agent Starling (My dad named her after Clarice from "Silence of the Lambs") as she is about 16 years old and is very weak. She is showing signs of difficult breathing and feeling like her body is too heavy for her. I know shes old, but PLEASE pray healing in her body in THE NAME OF JESUS. Im not sure Im ready to lose her yet, but I am bracing myself... but not now. Healing for now in the name of Jesus.

Doreen Jonathan when we get pets that is what they start out as but along the way they become just like a family member, I have a black lab and her name is kandice and she is my baby. I just recently lost my husband and i am doing everything in my power to keep her from not getting depresed cause she noes he is gone and i see it in her eyes sometimes(they are really sad eyes). And if i didnt have her to take care of i would be ALOT worse shape than i am now, she is why i get up cause she cant take care of herself and she already lost her dad she cant lose her mom(me) too. So i pray GOD does heal your cat, but again he sounds like he is in pain and it just might be time for him to go to heaven and i know its going to hurt but i dont think you would want Mr. Starling to continue to suffer. May GOD also heal your heart <3 come time you will need healing. LORD please help Mr. Agent Starling with his illnes and the family and i pray this in your name JESUS CHRIST amen -|-

Abby Kadance Lynn Marie was born on October 17th, 2011, and today she is a beautiful 7 month old girl, that already crawls, says Momma and Dadda, and is as healthy as a horse! Anyway:: What I really came here to say was, :: God loves us. And its not a conditional love, that will dissapear if we displease him. Its not a love that is a lie. Its not a love then will fade. Ever. God will always-no matter what!- love you! No matter what you do, or if you like it or not. Its a wonderful feeling, knowing that God loves me so so much. And that I am so special in his eyes. It makes me feel like no matter what happens, I will always have God to run to, and to cry to. And to talk to. :) Also, I wanna venture into another thing, without posting again! I am still a teen... So I am boy crazy!! lol. But the message that God has been sending to me over and over again, through... Things I read. And movies I watch, and things that I see...Is that God made me (And all of us!) one special person. That loves us, even before theyve met us, they just dont know it yet. kim Well, its been a long 8 months. My dad had lung cancer. . . which he was healed from :-) PTL Then we found out he had brain cancer, long story short, he had 3 brain surgeries since Jan 17. The cancer moved now to his bones. He fell in to a coma 3 weeks ago. He could hear us but couldnt respond. My hero. . . my dad passed away about 2 weeks ago. This wasnt the miracle my family and I were hoping and believing for. But we know a miracle has happened. He is with Jesus. . . painfree, and cancer free. He will always be with us in our hearts. Rachel Spoon Hey everyone! I got to my final JUST IN TIME to take it and Im not totally sure how I did. I think I did well on the first half. I knew what I was doing and I was pretty confident with my answers. The next fourth, I had somewhat of an idea, and I had to just guess on the last fourth. I ran out of time to think things through and there were some that I just had no idea about. I know I SHOULD have studied earlier. I know that I have messed things up, but Lord Ive been trying so hard. I have a terrible attention span. I have since I was a kid. Lord, Ive done more homework and concentrated on this longer than I would have thought possible, but it still feels like its not enough. Lord, Ive learned more over the past few days studying o my own than I have sitting in lecture every day of the semester. Lord, Ive gotten somewhere. Lord, please please let this be at least enough for a C. Lord, I pray that you give me the wisdom, the guidance, and the peace of mind to take this final and do well. Lord, I just want to be finished with this course. Ive been stressed over it ever since the beginning, so please please help. Ill probably have to guess on the last questions like I have for the past two exams, but please help me to just choose the right things. Youve helped me before Lord, and I know you can help me again. Lord, please help me to get a good nights rest tonight. Please give me a clear mind tomorrow. Please help me stay awake and alert so I can do my best on this exam. Please dont let me doze off and waste all my time. Please dont let me show up late Lord... please, just help me. Im counting on you to help me get through this. Lord, I pray that you will just be there with me. Ive gone through disappointments this semester, so please dont let me disappoint myself this time. Lord, please just be with me. Please, I ask you to guide me through this. Lord, let whatever happens be of your will. And Lord, please help me to accept whatever grade I receive. Please pray for my parents, sister and brother in law. They are making a 4-5 hour trip today so my dad can go to his liver apt. My sister and brother in law are going with them to give me a break and so my mom isnt driving there and back by herself, (my dad doesnt drive). Im just very worried about them. We moved about a month ago and on the way up to our new place my parents got into a car accident. Thank God they were OK! I just have bad memories of that day...the rude people involved and the unfairness of how my mom was at blame and the damage done to our car (which our insurance wouldnt cover to fix). Please just pray that they all have a safe trip there and back. Thank you. :)

Lela Maybe it would be a good idea to tell her that from a particular month you will only be making half her payment and she has to come up with the other half then pick another month and tell her that month will be the last month you will be contributing to any of her payments she will have to pay the whole amount from that day forward, that way she will see the urgency to get the money she needs to make the payments, and it will not be so much of a full blow as cutting her off totally. In telling her what month in advance, she is able to prepare. Sometimes when people know they will always have someone to fall back on they dont make the effort themselves and they become lazy. I request you continue to pray for guidence from the Holy Spirit and you answer will be revealed. God Bless

My husband and I have been making his daughters house payment for past several months. We have our own home to pay for still. It is a real strain on us. My husband is 64 and getting to retirement age. He will not be able to retire if we have to keep making her payments. Its highly possible that he may get laid off this year. We have asked her to put it on the market, but she refuses, even though we are getting to the point where we will have to either dip into his retirement funds, or put her house payment on the credit card every month. She is a widow and raising her own grandchild by herself. She has no job and they are hard to find. We have asked her to take in a single lady as a boarder, but she refuses that, too. The main reason we make her payment is because we are co-signers. We cannot afford to ruin our credit by allowing the house to foreclose. If we could convince her to sell the house, we would save our credit and could help her get into a nice but cheaper house. This house is huge and she doesnt need that. She says she wants to stay in this house until she dies. She is only 44 years old! We just want God to show us what to do and for Him to tell her the same thing!! Gale Dear God I pray that the scales would be removed from Lelas daughters eyes and that prudence will prevail on this matter, I also pray that you will bless Lelas finances and always provide for them help them not have to dip into her husbands retirment. Lord we know you are Jehovah jireh, our provider. Provide for Lela and he family. Lela trust that God has a plan, hold strong to Him, He will never leave you.

Elena Thank u for ur prayers :) Im just going to try and focus on God and not worry about what is to come this week. Sorry I cant be too specific...but I can say that it deals with my fear of being around people and worrying about what they think of me. I just pray that the Lord will help me to be myself and not worry about looking good or making a good impression. I just want to be what the Lord wants me to be and not what society wants. Elena Thank you for your prayers! =) I feel much better today. I know some days will still be hard, but I know that I am not alone. Im lucky to have my family, they are so supportive of me, even though Im having a hard time figuring out what to do in life, as far as school and a job. And Im also lucky that both my parents and my sister and brother in law know Christ. Im still getting used to my sister being married and I have been selfish because I want her all to myself. I just pray that the Lord will help me be more understanding and accepting of their relationship. Again, thank u for ur prayers. They really helped:) God bless!

Rahshana Yes God has answered my prayer. Wow know I knew prayer worked but this has really renewed my spirit and trust in God. I truly believe the strength in Jesus name now more than ever before. Rachel Spoon I agree with Alyssa. However, I dont think we should ever hate on someone who is gay. Were here to spread Gods love, right? And we were all sinners once, so what makes us better than anyone else? I dont agree with gay marriage, but Ill never hate someone for it.
