Sabine Since we moved into our home about 7 months ago, we have become friends with out neighbors. Their son loves playing with my children and we often look after him when they need help. The wife is east Indian and of Seek religion. But recently the opportunity has come up after all of this time that she is interested in knowing about Christianity. This is because her son who is 5 years old, is displaying a lot of jealousy, disrespect and self destructive behavior. Just recently I heard him saying things like "everyone hates me "and "I want to get hit by a car". She sees how my children behave and want her child to bee the same. I tell her that I raise them up using my teaching from Christ. Please pray for me that God will use me to help them and bring them them all to Christ.

Greg My 14 year old daughter is really starting to question God in light of the Connecticut shooting and a 16 year old boy at her high school took his own life. At first it broke my heart hearing her question God, but I quickly realized through God prompting me, that she is going to make this faith her own. She will no longer believe because dad believes. I just need prayer in helping her seek God out. She feels alone and I am trying everything to be there for her. Thank you, God bless.

With Love On Your Arms I am really worried about some things in life and being a teen. Im 16 and I dont have a drivers license yet or even have my slip/permit. I dont have a job yet also and my grades werent so good. I have someone in my family who tells me that I need to get my license and a job because I am making people have a hard time. Im worried that I will be stuck in home and not have freedom. I know I should be grateful for many things but there are times when I really dont like being here.

tiffani I recently returned from a missions trip abroad and all seemed well during my time away i.e., i was stress free, i sensed the presence of God everywhere, i felt a sense of community love with others. Since my return, i have been a little overwhelmed with work, school and a friendship relationship which i believe will lead to marriage but lately...ive been doubting. I have known my guy friend for almost a year and a half and due to distance, ministry, grad school and our busy work schedules we arent able to communicate as much as wed like. Please pray that i receive wisdom, patience and guidance as i work through my grad program, search for a new job and wait on marriage.

Sandy My husband of 22 years has left us on our sons 17 th bday for another woman he has started the divorce process 2nd court date is the 17th of January . He does not talk OT text our children they r ages 20, 17, and14 he shows up at my son basketball game to " look good" but he does not try to talk to him or text himHe works as a principal at a behavior program asNd has hired all 5 women he has had an affair with . Vanessa My husband and I are hoping and praying for Christian friends. There are times when I feel a terrible jealousy rise up in me toward the friendships my brother and sis-in-law have, though I dont think they are always good friendships. My husband is lonely for a Christian man to grow with in Christ, to learn from/with, and just to have a good friend other than myself. What I ask above all is that any who are willing to pray for us, will ask our perfect Creator to make us worthy of having friends. Secondly, please ask Him to work His perfect will in our lives, in spite of our fallen-ness. (sp?) Third, if/when the Creator sees fit, that He would put us in the path of Christians he wants us to build relationships with, and that He will make it clear to us what He wants, as we can be so blind to Him sometimes. :-P Thanks in advance...Im glad to have found this little community where we can hold each other up :-)

Sabine Vanessa, if you are focused on any desire in your life other than serving God that is not Gods will. You are making your desire for Christian friendships your number one. Tying to fulfill the desires of your own heart to gain something - even something like friendship, is not Gods will. That is why you are feeling jealousy. You are allowing your desires blind you to what God has already blessed you with. Dont waste your talent, get out there help people without doing it to help yourself. Friendship is a by product of people doing good and helping each other regularly. Reach out to those that dont fit your profile of a good friend or based on the criteria of being christian. Rather look for people you can be a good friend to, that maybe really need a friend more than you. I pray you and your husband become servants of God rather than self servants. Look at your life and say where is the fruit of the Holy Spirit. We must all do this. Then if we discover there is not much there we must change our focus back to God and his will in our lives. When he is there he works through us to make other peoples lives better. In turn we become happier or might even make a friend because it was created by Gods will at work.

Rachel Thank you to everyone who prayed for me. Im feeling better, but I know regardless of how I feel Gods love for me is real and unconditional. Sometimes life just seems to get in the way of me remembering that. I still need prayer regarding my addiction, and I wanted to give a huge thank you to everyone who has been praying for that. Matthew Well God is so amazing! My prayers have been heard and answered. I was healed 2 days before we where suppose to go on our trip. I woke up about 3 days before our trip and noticed that my back was feeling better, but still a little tender from all the moving around I was doing. Well I still felt like I needed to pray, and my the end of the day my back was completely healed and I feel no pain!! My wife and I where able to go on our trip and, praise Jesus, we had an amazing time.

R L MATTHEW! MY BACK GAVE OUT TODAY AND I WAS UNABLE TO WALK. I GOT UP , WAS GOING TO SHOWER FOR CHURCH AND BAM!!!! I KNEW GOD WAS WITH ME BECAUSE MY SISTER CAME TO MY RESCUE AND A MASSEUS WORKED ON ME FOR ALMOST TWO HOURS. IT WAS SOOO PAINFUL BUT I KEPT THINKING ABOUT THE HORRIBLE PAIN AND ANGUISH JESUS WENT THROUGH AT CALVARY AND MY PAIN SUDDENLY BECAME NOTHING COMPARED TO HIS. THANK HIM ALREADY FOR HE HAS HEALED YOU!!!

Genevia Jensen Well, we got a phone call at 4:30 this morning letting us know that my father in law passed away. They said he didnt struggle at all...he just stopped breathing. The fact that hes no longer here hasnt hit me yet, but it hit my husband really hard this morning. His family live 9 hours away in Louisiana, so my husband will be making a trip down there on Saturday to be there for his brother, and sisters.
My moms situation is still up in the air, so prayer is still needed for her.
Please also continue to pray for our family as we deal with Stevens passing.

Urgent prayer request for my father in law. He has stage 4 cancer, and was put on hospice care today. He is unresponsive, and they dont think he will be around too much longer. I just want to take a moment and praise the Lord for healing my back! I did something horrible to some of the muscles in my back and I was in pain for days. I just got tired of it and asked Jesus to heal my back and the very next day (today) the pain is gone. I can stretch, reach, bend and walk with ease! Also, I had this strange rash/hive break-out on my arms and it was itching and blistering and welting up and leaving scars on my arms for weeks and weeks now. Again, I got fed up and I decided to bind the devil, and loose healing and comfort. The Lord stopped the rash. There are no more welts, swelling and itching. The scars that remain are beginning to lighten up and disappear! We serve a beautiful God people! Remember: Nothing is impossible for Him. NOTHING! You need only to ask and believe! I love you all! Peace be with you!

Lori Thank you for your prayers and support. I found out she was sick late last week, was out of town for weekend with my daughters volleyball tournament, came back last night - and shes already gone. With God all things are possible, so prayers put out for her and the situation may have been answered. Im still praying now that she is in fact with Jesus at this very moment. Rocky It is our duty as Christians to spread the gospel, this is the commission Christ himself gave to us. Talk to the person, and invite them to your church - that is what I do with my friends who arent saved. You might be the only person wholl ever talk to your friend about Christ before they die. I know its hard, I just put a prayer up here the other day to have people pray for me to be a better witness for Christ. However, that said, the fear of talking to that person doesnt go away, Satan will always bombard you with fear, so you just have to do it with fear. The awkward conversation you might have is WORTH it if that person comes to Christ. Dont let Satan deceive you into thinking "someone else will talk to her about Jesus". Take heart in the fact that God will supply you with the words when you talk to your friend. So, plain and simple, talk to them. Ill pray for you to have courage to do it, and Ill pray for you to have the right words coming from the holy spirit. That said, you dont need to pray anymore about this because you said youre know God wants you to do something, so do something - talk to them. Im praying for you and for your friend!

I just found out my mom somehow fell off a high wall in our back yard....maybe 10-15 feet high? and she was found the next day by my dad lying unconscious in the driveway. She is in a coma right now in ICU at Grady Hospital in Atlanta, GA. She is not doing very well at all....so please pray that she pulls through this. I am an almost 20 year college student....I dont know what I would do without her. thank you so much.

Like you, Im also a 20 year old college student, and I know what its like to lose a close family member. You can, however, take comfort in knowing that your mom is in a better place and that she is no longer in pain. Shes still there for you, just as she was when she was alive.

God made you who you are and thinks that, regardless of your past history or what you look like, you are beautiful and fantastic and that you are perfection! Ephesians 2:10 says that "We are Gods Masterpiece." (NLT) Take comfort in that!

Geanna Jerry Wilson went home to be with the Lord last week. The funeral was last Saturday and they had a pretty good crowd at the church. My mom helped with the dinner and she said that there was about 250 people there. Please pray for the family as they are going through this rough time losing their father and husband.

You can join me by praying for the kids, for the teachers, and for me. Please pray that I will preach the gospel of grace clearly and boldly as I should, and that many would come to faith in Jesus. I went to a public high school of 4,000 growing up, and not once did anyone share the gospel with me. I was in pain and without hope growing up, I know there will be many kids in the audience hurting and near suicide. Lets pray the Lords grace reaches them first. Daina My Friend just passed away so please keep this family in your prayers. The 11 month old baby was released from the hospital and is doing good. She left a 13 year old son and a 11 month old daughter behind so please keep them in your prayers.

Since the day I first posted things have slowly calmed down and I am starting to build peace again with my colleague at work. And instead of battling with hatred, Im fighting the battle through showing LOVE. I am having a hard time dealing with a colleague who i work alongside - I have always done my best to show kindness and build trust and repect but in return this has been taken for granted by them and they have now turned abusive of their power in a nasty way despite the kindness and dedication I have shown. I sometimes feel like I am struggling to battle evil with good and feel stressed when I try to combat evil with positive good nature.. my strength feels weakened and dont know what else I can do if I cannot make this person see that how they treat others is unkind. Alicia Marie When you spend time in Gods Word and in His presence. and REALLY seeking Him, He makes things so clear and all the confusion and fog in your life clears up. His Word is a light to our feet, not a spot light though... so even though Hell only reveal a little bit at a time, He does that so we can trust in Him and be dependent on HIm and not in ourselves and our own strength. I pray things become so clear in your life and that everything gets worked out according to His Will and plan for your life. I have prayed for the family to find the strength to accept Gods will and support the grandmothers wish to go home and live out the rest of her days on earth in peace but they still argue over whats best for her. Charles Heavenly Father, Holy is Your Name. Dying is a difficult process for loved ones. You have experienced that Yourself. Give this family the ability to hear this grandmother. Give them the ears to hear and the eyes to see. It wont be long till she goes home to be with You. Help her family understand that she wants to go to her earthly home to have peace and prepare. These are her last days on earth and with her family. Dont let Satan ruin them. Unite this family. Give them strength. The angels took my brother home to heaven today and although his family and friends all miss him (especially Kathy his wife of 37 years) we all need to remember he is with our Heavenly Father now seeing Jesus face to face in Glory! AMEN! Praise be to God!

Please pray for my brother George Gage who is Pastor in Antioch CA, Victory Outreach Mobile Vision Ministries, in Antioch Kaisar Hosp. with severe liver problems accompanied with heart and pulmonary hypertension. He is a true servant for Jesus Christ being saved over 30 years ago. The Lord has promised to see him come through this, yet another battle with this disease, to come out victorious giving all the glory to God!. Thank you Everyone!

Charles Heavenly Father, Holy is Your Name. Pastor Gage must be doing something to make the adversary very angry. I pray for Your protection to fall on him right now. I pray for You to bind the evil forces that are trying to stop Pastor Gage. Heal him. Bring him back even with more power than ever before. You still have work for him. Lets see Your Victory. Hear these prayers. Strengthen Robin and continue to encourage her. Thank You Almighty God. In Jesus Name.

Charles Heavenly Father, Holy is Your Name. Be with Robin and her church. Pastor George is in Your Presence and has seen Your Glory. He gets to see the fruits of Your labor as You have used him in Your will. He has heard Your voice say "Well done thy good and faithful servant." Bring healing to this congregation as they grieve. Renew and refresh their spirits through the power of Your Spirit. Hold Kathy in Your arms. Help her to know her husband is healed now and has no more pain. Turn her painful tears into tears of joy. I pray the power of Georges life continue to work on in this congregation, because his work can continue through Your Spirit. In Jesus Name.
