Sabine Since we moved into our home about 7 months ago, we have become friends with out neighbors. Their son loves playing with my children and we often look after him when they need help. The wife is east Indian and of Seek religion. But recently the opportunity has come up after all of this time that she is interested in knowing about Christianity. This is because her son who is 5 years old, is displaying a lot of jealousy, disrespect and self destructive behavior. Just recently I heard him saying things like "everyone hates me "and "I want to get hit by a car". She sees how my children behave and want her child to bee the same. I tell her that I raise them up using my teaching from Christ. Please pray for me that God will use me to help them and bring them them all to Christ.

Greg My 14 year old daughter is really starting to question God in light of the Connecticut shooting and a 16 year old boy at her high school took his own life. At first it broke my heart hearing her question God, but I quickly realized through God prompting me, that she is going to make this faith her own. She will no longer believe because dad believes. I just need prayer in helping her seek God out. She feels alone and I am trying everything to be there for her. Thank you, God bless.

With Love On Your Arms I am really worried about some things in life and being a teen. Im 16 and I dont have a drivers license yet or even have my slip/permit. I dont have a job yet also and my grades werent so good. I have someone in my family who tells me that I need to get my license and a job because I am making people have a hard time. Im worried that I will be stuck in home and not have freedom. I know I should be grateful for many things but there are times when I really dont like being here.

tiffani I recently returned from a missions trip abroad and all seemed well during my time away i.e., i was stress free, i sensed the presence of God everywhere, i felt a sense of community love with others. Since my return, i have been a little overwhelmed with work, school and a friendship relationship which i believe will lead to marriage but lately...ive been doubting. I have known my guy friend for almost a year and a half and due to distance, ministry, grad school and our busy work schedules we arent able to communicate as much as wed like. Please pray that i receive wisdom, patience and guidance as i work through my grad program, search for a new job and wait on marriage.

Sandy My husband of 22 years has left us on our sons 17 th bday for another woman he has started the divorce process 2nd court date is the 17th of January . He does not talk OT text our children they r ages 20, 17, and14 he shows up at my son basketball game to " look good" but he does not try to talk to him or text himHe works as a principal at a behavior program asNd has hired all 5 women he has had an affair with . The kids know because HE TOLD THEM HE DID THE AFFAIRS the co workers will not say anything because they say Egan will fire them - some are claimed to be Christians and they just watch my husband destroy 6 families . The board will not listen to me because I am his wife and he states I am just mad at him they will not invest age the claim . Vanessa My husband and I are hoping and praying for Christian friends. There are times when I feel a terrible jealousy rise up in me toward the friendships my brother and sis-in-law have, though I dont think they are always good friendships. My husband is lonely for a Christian man to grow with in Christ, to learn from/with, and just to have a good friend other than myself. What I ask above all is that any who are willing to pray for us, will ask our perfect Creator to make us worthy of having friends. Secondly, please ask Him to work His perfect will in our lives, in spite of our fallen-ness. (sp?) Third, if/when the Creator sees fit, that He would put us in the path of Christians he wants us to build relationships with, and that He will make it clear to us what He wants, as we can be so blind to Him sometimes. :-P Thanks in advance...Im glad to have found this little community where we can hold each other up :-)

Sabine Vanessa, if you are focused on any desire in your life other than serving God that is not Gods will. You are making your desire for Christian friendships your number one. Tying to fulfill the desires of your own heart to gain something - even something like friendship, is not Gods will. That is why you are feeling jealousy. You are allowing your desires blind you to what God has already blessed you with. Dont waste your talent, get out there help people without doing it to help yourself. Friendship is a by product of people doing good and helping each other regularly. Reach out to those that dont fit your profile of a good friend or based on the criteria of being christian. Rather look for people you can be a good friend to, that maybe really need a friend more than you. I pray you and your husband become servants of God rather than self servants. Look at your life and say where is the fruit of the Holy Spirit. We must all do this. Then if we discover there is not much there we must change our focus back to God and his will in our lives. When he is there he works through us to make other peoples lives better. In turn we become happier or might even make a friend because it was created by Gods will at work.

Her health keeps getting worse.She has not job, I am applying for a job to support her. Raymond It took me a long time, but God has given me the ability to forgive this man who threw away everything that I am not able to have. I find myself praying every day that God might touch his heart. I will never undertand how he could have done that horrible act, but I realize now that in the eyes of God I am just as much a sinner as he is. The 21 year old male had threatened to kill his son if law enforcement arrived. When State Troopers pulled up, he carried his 3 month old son outside, held him up and shot him with a shotgun without saying a word. My heart has been ripped from my chest, and for the first time in a very long time my faith has been shaken. My wife and I have had so many infertility issues while trying to start a family, that I cant understand why there are so many kids that are born to families that dont want or deserve them. How am I supposed to forgive this man for his actions? I know God has a plan, but how can things like this be a part of it. I just need you all to pray for the families involved in this incident today. Also pray that I might find a way to forgive him, as I have been forgiven.

Terry Thank you for your prayers! Within 48 hours, I was recruited by another company and the work load is much easier and lighter without the heaviness my last position had. Praise God! I also heard from the Lord to enjoy my time in work and supporting the family, that it is His plan. Praise Jesus! Also, many more souls are receiving Jesus on the street! Praise Jesus! Ray the Lord has answered most of my prayers and needs, my health has returned we have till the end of the month before we move into parents house.I sold most of my belongings to pay for wifes meds I felt like i had to purge my belongings for my family.. My brothere had cancer throughout his whole body not just his lungs and the latest report from the doctor is all the cancer is gone from his bones Praise the Lord!! I love my job as Ive been there the last year and a half. Its really hard at times, and Im not really making enough for school in the fall. I know that God always makes a way, but please pray that he reveals it to me. Ive turned down several other jobs in the last few months that would pay more just because I didnt feel I was meant to be there. My work is really flexible with my hours and I do roughly 22 hours a week. When i started this job I had 3 additional ones, of which, I quit one and was laid off at the other, and the last one I still do, but its only one day a month...I really dont get anything for that... Please pray that God will provide financially, which he always has, so I dont know why Im worried... Thank you!

Please pray for Jack, my nephews baseball coach, who has some blood disorder. Hes a good man, fought in Vietnam, and is now afraid he is suffering some side effects from his service days.

Esther Please continue praying for me, I still dont have a job. I also need to add that my grandmother Lucita past away saturday on the 24th. My parents went to see the family in Mexico, please keep the Escobedo Family in prayers. So that God could give us strenght, peace and joy through this hard times. I am also thankful because my parents are pastors. And when they talk to my family in mexico some of them where not talking to each other and now they are. They will be having Holy comunion this sunday, please keep them in prayer, so that my family could be closer than ever. Shes told me before that her dad drinks and dose pills. She has admitted to me before that she sometimes considers suicide. She was raised Catholic so she hasnt ever had a deep, personal relationship with Jesus. Please pray for her. She is only 25 and she is so beautiful and talented and yet she doesnt see it. Please pray for her to be healed and to be saved and fall in love with Jesus. And that she will see the great love God has for her. Thank you! God bless! :)

Aggie Well, am writing about my prayer request i made a few weeks back. I have two friends who are in the process of coming to Christ so we need to pray more. my past still lives with me but not so much, i just cant forgive myself for having ignored Christ for that long. My lecturer is trying to work on my proposal but he is still hesitant. Am still keeping my pledge and everyday i find reasons to keep it more than ever. Am getting strong in Christ and every time i thing of something, i talk to him first if he thinks the same way too or ask him for his opinion, he always answers in his own ways but i know its him. I love this man, he has every thing i ever needed in life, glory be his name.

Bobby Unfortunately sometimes when we ask God for things...his answer is no. My friend was killed and recovered Wednesday morning. I pray his family will turn to our Lord in their time of healing and have his strength to carry through.

Bradford people told me how the day after getting the teeth pulled is the worst day but this is day 1 of me living life without my wisdom teeth and i feel a whole lot of pain so praise God for that and Im hoping for part 2 of my prayers,which is my face shrinking back to normal size by Sunday

Heidi Aden Update: The Doctors have finally figured out what was causing the weakness in Adens legs! It is something called Guillain-Barre syndrome. They have started treatment and my brother says Adens legs are getting loads better and that he is about 70% of what he use to be. It may take a while but he should make a full recovery. Praise God! Thanks so much for all your prayers

My Brother Jim called me today and informed me that my 12 year old nephew Aden has been in the hospital since Saturday, due to a sudden loss of strength in his legs. The doctors have no idea what is causing this and are doing more testing on him today. Please be praying the find out what the problem is quickly and that he makes a full recovery. My Brother Jim is also a recovering drug addict and has been clean for 3 years but, I worry that if Aden doesnt make a full recovery that it may push Jim back down that slippery slope of addiction. Aden and his sister Heaven are my Brothers reason for living a drug free lifeSo I guess Prayer for all possible outcomes is requested

Bee-Shizzle! Thank you all for your prayers. I turned in part of my community hours that were due on this case. I thought I was gonna have to make two trips, which would take away my hours at work, but turned out I did not have to make that second trip. Thank you all again, God is great!
