irina im not doing good in school, me and my brother are in the same grade even though he is a year younger, he skipped and is now with me, we originally have two more years untill we graduate but hes graduating next year,my parents have been on my back about also graduating next year, i need prayer and support because no one in the family believes in me and its really hard to stay on track so please keep me in prayers, thank you, and god bless you all.

Sabine Since we moved into our home about 7 months ago, we have become friends with out neighbors. Their son loves playing with my children and we often look after him when they need help. The wife is east Indian and of Seek religion. But recently the opportunity has come up after all of this time that she is interested in knowing about Christianity. This is because her son who is 5 years old, is displaying a lot of jealousy, disrespect and self destructive behavior. Just recently I heard him saying things like "everyone hates me "and "I want to get hit by a car". She sees how my children behave and want her child to bee the same. I tell her that I raise them up using my teaching from Christ. Please pray for me that God will use me to help them and bring them them all to Christ.

Greg My 14 year old daughter is really starting to question God in light of the Connecticut shooting and a 16 year old boy at her high school took his own life. At first it broke my heart hearing her question God, but I quickly realized through God prompting me, that she is going to make this faith her own. She will no longer believe because dad believes. I just need prayer in helping her seek God out. She feels alone and I am trying everything to be there for her. Thank you, God bless.

With Love On Your Arms I am really worried about some things in life and being a teen. Im 16 and I dont have a drivers license yet or even have my slip/permit. I dont have a job yet also and my grades werent so good. I have someone in my family who tells me that I need to get my license and a job because I am making people have a hard time. Im worried that I will be stuck in home and not have freedom. I know I should be grateful for many things but there are times when I really dont like being here.

tiffani I recently returned from a missions trip abroad and all seemed well during my time away i.e., i was stress free, i sensed the presence of God everywhere, i felt a sense of community love with others. Since my return, i have been a little overwhelmed with work, school and a friendship relationship which i believe will lead to marriage but lately...ive been doubting. I have known my guy friend for almost a year and a half and due to distance, ministry, grad school and our busy work schedules we arent able to communicate as much as wed like. Please pray that i receive wisdom, patience and guidance as i work through my grad program, search for a new job and wait on marriage.

Sandy My husband of 22 years has left us on our sons 17 th bday for another woman he has started the divorce process 2nd court date is the 17th of January . He does not talk OT text our children they r ages 20, 17, and14 he shows up at my son basketball game to " look good" but he does not try to talk to him or text himHe works as a principal at a behavior program asNd has hired all 5 women he has had an affair with . Vanessa My husband and I are hoping and praying for Christian friends. There are times when I feel a terrible jealousy rise up in me toward the friendships my brother and sis-in-law have, though I dont think they are always good friendships. My husband is lonely for a Christian man to grow with in Christ, to learn from/with, and just to have a good friend other than myself. What I ask above all is that any who are willing to pray for us, will ask our perfect Creator to make us worthy of having friends. Secondly, please ask Him to work His perfect will in our lives, in spite of our fallen-ness. (sp?) Third, if/when the Creator sees fit, that He would put us in the path of Christians he wants us to build relationships with, and that He will make it clear to us what He wants, as we can be so blind to Him sometimes. :-P Thanks in advance...Im glad to have found this little community where we can hold each other up :-)

Sabine Vanessa, if you are focused on any desire in your life other than serving God that is not Gods will. You are making your desire for Christian friendships your number one. Tying to fulfill the desires of your own heart to gain something - even something like friendship, is not Gods will. That is why you are feeling jealousy. You are allowing your desires blind you to what God has already blessed you with. Dont waste your talent, get out there help people without doing it to help yourself. Friendship is a by product of people doing good and helping each other regularly. Reach out to those that dont fit your profile of a good friend or based on the criteria of being christian. Rather look for people you can be a good friend to, that maybe really need a friend more than you. I pray you and your husband become servants of God rather than self servants. Look at your life and say where is the fruit of the Holy Spirit. We must all do this. Then if we discover there is not much there we must change our focus back to God and his will in our lives. When he is there he works through us to make other peoples lives better. In turn we become happier or might even make a friend because it was created by Gods will at work.

zack Zack, the answer lies in the unconditional love of Jesus for you, no matter what. When I was feeling the same way as you, and I actually left my home, jesus answered my feelings of loss through Amy Grant songs. Christopher For you Zack I pray you find the strength to silence the anger you have inside so it will no longer rule over you. May you find a peace and serenity which allow you to see your place in this world. Put your life in the hands of our Lord and let him lead you out of darkness. Look at the world around you and draw strength from seeing how everything and everyone have a purpose and a place as do you even though you may not see or feel it. I send to you my prayers and my love so you know you can not be alone if the Lord and each of us praying for you are standing with you. As the Lord changes things in your life, change some of the smaller things to help you on your way like making it a point to smile at people, or remembering to always thank people when they do something for you. Rachel I was supposed to be one of those babies, but the Lord performed a miracle, twice. Neither abortion attempts thru meds worked. Im 50 and have been blessed with touching thousands of lives thru ministry. You never know what each life can do and who they can touch. May the Lord raise us all up to stop this tragedy. Lord please save babies from this and cradle those that have never been born to live this life...

(Like right now for example) Im just filled with random rage and hate and sorrow. Nothing needs to happen to trigger an urge to cut. It just happens. Please, pray for internal peace, and for the strength to withhold from cutting. I dont want to go back to my old ways. Ive come too far to give up (over 1 year without cutting). Thanks, God Bless.

I have been struggling a lot with sexual sin. The guy that I like is agnostic and I feel like I have fallen a whole lot away from God. Satan is filling me with his lies and I feel like I have been letting him win, and sometimes have been believing his lies. It has gotten so bad that I have even doubted that he was there anymore and it made me really worried and scared. I dont want to go away from God and live for myself and Satan again. Darcy Well all of you who prayed for me... Thank you! I havent had cyber sex with the new guy in like a month and a half. I am starting to feel something again. I have learned that my Body and who I am are precious and that I dont have to feel like I have to give it to guys over the internet anymore. I am still learning to say no though. If you could please pray about that too, that would be fantastic! And so yea the guy I was having cyber sex with just asked me to stop and I was glad he did, cause I felt controlled and sometimes like I had to.

David God is crazy! and so good to us! I cant explain in words whats happened to me in more or less over night! I couldnt sleep. I couldnt do anything but seek Gods face! Once I admitted here on C28 and to my friends that I was breaking under the weight of this world. God came to me in such an intimate way. I sat at my table and just cried. I cried out to God for forgiveness. I cried out thanks to him. His presence is so pure! I think the best part is knowing that no matter how much we struggle. God wont let us suffer for too long. He knows us better then we know ourselves. I know now more then ever that its in Christ alone that I stand. And I really want to thank you all for your support through this tough time in my life. God is glorious beyond all comprehension! I love all of you so much! thank you and thank God!

I just want to give up. I remember life being so much simpler before I became a Christian. I know deep down that I can never deny Christ and truly mean it. But there is apart of me that wishes I never knew him or what he did for me. it hurts me so much to say that!!!! I love him too much to walk away. a part of me wants to. God only know how much I love him. And I need him now more than ever. I am loosing the battle and everyday it gets harder! Nira :) Father i pray that you bless DJ, give him strength right now Father for he needs you. Bless his mind that there may be peace and clarity, allow him to feel your presence allow him to yield and hear you voice Father. I ask that the Holy Spirit lead and guide him the way that you will have. Elena As of today, its a new low point. He stepped out to buy marijuana on chrismas eve, which i found, and now he says he wants very little to do with his family. I believe the issue is more than just marijuana, I believe hes under a severe spiritual attack, and Satan wants to estrange him from his family. He has friends who encourage his estrangement, and has dropped some old good friends. One of his 16 year old friends left his home just before Christmas, and my son wanted him to stay here, but I couldnt because I suspect this other boy uses a lot of drugs. Need more prayer, I feel helpless.

I believe the enemy is attacking him through new so-called friends who are causing harm in every sphere of his life, and marijuana has taken hold of his life and his personality has changed and he is trying to distance himself from his family and everyone who truly cares about him. I am getting him counselling that he doesnt want, starting within a couple of weeks. I trully feel this is a heavy spiritual attack because the enemy is set on destroying the witnessing for God that my son used to do.

Michele PRAISE HIM! HE is soooo faithful to answer prayer! Back and forth to the endontist, finally endontist says, "were going to have to surgically remove the cyst". So I show up the day of the planned operation. Dr. says, "huh. dry as a bone inside the tooth. The cysts appears to be shrinking by itself. No need for surgery. The medicine I put in there must be working". I thought to myself, "No-- thats JESUS!" Thanks for all your prayers! PRAISE GOD!!!!

Because of the cyst, the bone in my upper jaw has been deteriorating and I have bone loss. Please pray that I be fullly healed and quickly. I am not in pain, praise God, but I am worried that it wont heal. I eventually need to have a root canal done on that tooth.

They recently moved into our house so they can get back on their feet, but they are depressed, and my moms sister cant find a job. My church is really small. It has beena round for 5 tears now and we have been doing nothing but pray that we grow. We usually ahve the same 15-20 people come every sunday morning, on a good day 30-40 (good days meaning holidays). I would just love if we can have more people pray for our church to grow and that we get so many people that we need bigger space and that we have the money for that bigger space. Thank you :)

Daena Half of my prayers answered maybe... Im not sure. But God has been working through my life right now and I feel like hes like somewhere here with me. I dont know exactly where, but it feels like hes always around my heart. :) I am very happy right now and its not just because its almost Christmas. Part of it is that.
