corro13 they just got back from the e.r., it wasnt really bad but he nicked a tendon and they had to stitch it in 3 layers.

I am applying to a medical program this year and its my second time applying and I am very discouraged and anxious and afraid of all the uncertainty. I am 23 and I want to begin my life as an independant person and I live with 6 other adults and life at home can be very challenging and because I am in school full time, I cannot afford to move out until I get my degree. If I dont get in, I have to wait a whole year to apply again and will set me back! I have worked so hard these past 6 years in college and I really want this. If you could offer up two prayers for me I would be so very grateful. Prayer number one: To please ask that I am ready to get into this surgical technology program in Gods eyes. Prayer number two: I wont find out until June and in the meantime I am very anxious and worried so if you could please pray for my sanity and peace of mind while I endure these next couple months.You have no idea how much this means to me- Brittany

Kevin Also a medical professional, I empathize with you. Be patient God is faithful remembering your prayer you asked for this to be granted according to Gods eyes. So proud of that He alone knows your gifts and make bring you in the fruition of the gifts He has given you. Trust Him.

Glorisel Thanks a lot for taking the time to pray for my friend! So, I dont really know yet what happened last night but he said "that yesterday he found out we only have one life and that we should make the most of it... that hes going to be here for a whille".... I know that the only way his mind was change was through a miracle of God ((so thanks for all the prayers)) and I totally PRAISE GOD AND THANK GOD FOR THAT! While that was very encouraging for me; I know hes still mentally not well since he got drunk today and wont answer my calls (even when he txted me first)... So, yesterday the battle was won; but I need to continue praying for him because this is a war against the enemy for the life of my friend. He knows he needs God; hes told me so, but he believes in "fixing his life up before he gives his life to Christ" so He is resisting Gods call. So, plz, keep my friend (his name is Gabriel) in your prayers; because his mind needs to be changed, his heart healed, and his life restored. I faithfully look forward to the day when Ill be able to call him my brother in Christ because I know, in my spirit, God has great purpose for this guy and that he will bring many to Christ and thats why this battle is so hard. AGAIN, THANK YOU ALL SOOOO MUCH!!! MAY GOD BLESS YOU ABUNDANTLY!!! :)

Kelley Thank you SO MUCH guys! Im sorry I havent been checking my email lately, but your prayers definitely got through! I feel closer than EVER with my Lord Jesus! I watched the last 20 or so minutes of "The Passion of the Christ" and all I needed were those last 20 minutes and my life and relationship with God was changed! Family is getting better, and its so much better having time with God now that school is out! That place just drains me...Our class can be a tad immature. And loud. But I am doing SUPER well, as long as these storms dont blow our house away. Love you guys! <3

Well guys, Im at a really rough spot. I REALLY need prayers. I feel like no matter what I try to do that God seems so far away. It makes me feel horrible, but I just DONT know what to do. I want to be closer to God, I want to get things right with Him, I NEVER EVER want to fall away ever again! PLEASE GUYS, if Ive ever needed prayers that my life depended on, itd be these. I feel like everyone around me is just dragging me down, because most everyone I hang with swears (which I cannot stand, but the devils shoving it in my head) and is a general bad influence, but I love them all so much and I really cant connect with anyone else (not that I connect with my friends real well anymore...). I guess I need some good Christian influences in my life as well. I just need help, guys.

H3RTofGOD Hey Kelley! Hows it going? Hope things are getting better for you. We all go through times of feeling far from God, even after being a Christian for 20 years, I have those times...even now Im struggling with that, but God never ever is far from us! Im finding that when I step out there and do something for someone else it helps me too. Just like Im doing now...talking to someone who is dealing with the same thing I am...I encourage you to find someone you can encourage and see how it makes you feel closer to God. :) Hang in there..dont give up your friends just yet, but do get involved with new people that share your faith or at least share your interest in learning more about God. I found what I needed in an Alpha Course (www.AlphaUSA.org) and it was tons of fun plus made my faith stronger at the same time. Hope you find what you need...God is with you - by the way - that is the definition of Jesus name "God with us"...I love that! <3

My dads surgery went well, he has recovered quickly the past few days and wont be all better for about 3 months. Do please continue to pray for his salvation. My friend mike is a mess, knows it, knows why, thinks that he is saved but the bible says otherwise, please pray for him more also.

i have *two* major prayers i need lifted up by you my brothers and sisters... My dad is not saved and is going in for open heart surgery this Thursday. He mocks me daily for being christian and even lies to people about me basically blowing my witness. Please pray for the surgery, but more importantly that he and well really everybody else in my family would be saved by the grace of God. Also my friend Mike knows he needs Jesus, has been wishy washy for years about being christian. His dad is a christian, i have never met his dad so i dont know really what he believes but Mike has no other christian friends except 1 or 2 who are not really christian. Now he is losing his mind and getting depressed and saying that he hates life and wants Armageddon to come but knows he isnt saved. i have been witnessing to him for a few years and maybe he will finally break and surrender to God, please pray for his salvation and that i would not step out in the flesh but that i would be used by God in obedience.

Darcy I am going to the Word of Life Bible Institute in the fall!!!! I have been accepted the Nyack college and The Word of Life Bible Institute and just got two scholorships of 1,000.00 each and a Pell Grant of $5,550 dollars!!! I am so excited and ready to serve God and grow in the Lord during my time at College! Thank you all for praying and the advice!

I have filled out all the applications for Colleges I want to attend. Like Nyack NY where I really, really want to go to, and Houghton NY, Gordon MA, Roberts Wesleyan NY, and Elizabethtown PA. I finally have gotten the papers and everything to where they need to go and be, but I checked online on different websites and to all of the colleges that I applied to... It says I have like only a 30 chance of getting into any of them. :( I am trying to trust God and his plan for my life... Its really hard right now to do that because I want to go to College and be somebody, but I just keep feeling like a failure, like I havent done good enough. I am just so stressed with College stuff and I just cry over it all the time.

Please pray for my friends cousin. His name is Shan. A few weeks ago he was in a terrible motorcycle accident. He has a collapsed lung among other problems. He really needs prayer right now. Also please pray for my friends Megan and Ben. Megan is in need of salvation and a lot of emotional healing. Ben also needs more of Jesus in his life, Im not sure if he has prayed to receive Jesus into his heart. And also for my youth pastors nephew, he is about 4 or 5 years old and he has epilepsy. Also, little Gideon, needs healing from autism. One more thing :), my older brother just moved back in with us. Please pray for Gods favor over this situation. That my brother would be saved, and would realize he needs change in his life. Please agree with me in prayer for these things and for the healing of my other loved ones. She is in a wheelchair, is legally blind, her hands shake and her head does too. So she needs help eating, bathing, everything. Please pray for her deliverance from this devastating disease. She is in a wheelchair, is legally blind, her hands shake and her head does too. So she needs help eating, bathing, everything. Please pray for her deliverance from this devastating disease. No one in our family has it either. I feel terrible for her. Lord give her back her life, please. In Jesus Name. Amen

Sarah32 My ((((((HUGS))))))) go out to you, Robin!! Im praying for strength for you as her caregiver and I am praying your daughter will be completely healed from this horrible disease!! I pray that the myelin sheaths that were damaged will begin to regenerate by Christs hand, and I pray that she will have a miraculous healing like those in the Gospel. We all know Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever. If He did healing then, He can bring a healing NOW!!! I pray that your daughter will be able to resume normal activities and become a beautiful testimony at what a loving Father loves to do to His children- love on them and bring a healing!! <3

Last fall, the doctors found a nodule in my husbands lung. Over the last several months they have watched it to be sure it didnt grow. It hadnt - until a week ago last Friday. He had a pet scan that revealed two nodes and the nodule. The doctors and radiologist say this could be an infection or cancer. We are going to see the surgeon on Tuesday, with the hopes that they will take this out quickly and reveal something Non-Dangerous. My husband and I have two young children, whom I homeschool and he travels most of the time for work. We are hoping this is NOT cancer. We have very little family support and some of our friends have already backed away - unable to deal with it. They say that we should not admit that we are worried and claim healing. We believe in Healing and have witnessed it, but that is the Lords will. We have prayed for healing for my husband, of course. But I dont believe because we share our fears that we will "jinx" it. I thank you so much for your prayers. We have felt a sense of peace over the last several days with all the prayers. May the Lord richly bless each and everyone of you beyond measure.

denny I have begun to climb out the darkness the enemy has kept me drowning in. I now know there is nothing worse than to live and be consumed by fear and brokeness. I have been guided through this nightmare by the quiet whispers of the SPIRIT...THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for your prayers , my special friends. As a special bonus I am about to start an experimental medication that could be a game changer for me...please pray that GOD has something special in store for me physically. My marriage is in shambles and my mother in law who is not saved has stage 3 breast cancer. Then I have to sit in front of people every Sunday and lead worship while my heart is being ripped out of my chest. My eyes are fixed on God , but I just dont know how much longer I can run this race.

The Macks I pray father that you will watch over denny as so many trials are following them, i pray father for your salvation to continually feel there heart and feel there needs, father i pray that in everything you will put peace and contentment in the hearts. Psalms 91 is a good prayer as well to read. when you are facing many different things all at once. Amen

jessica well my prayer hasnt exactly been answered because its an on going thing. My husband has been sober for a little over 60 days now, thats the easy part its when it gets close to the 90 day mark that things start getting rough. so far he has been ordered by the courts to attend counseling for his addiction. Please continue to pray that he is able to stay sober. also he has a court date coming up where i guess the judge will decide if they want to give him jail time for his offences. thank you so much for all your prayers for us.
on an up note our business have been very successful since it started warming up here. God has blessed us (we have a heating and cooling business)

My husband is an acloholic, most of the time he does pretty well staying sober. He goes about 90 days without a drink then i dont know what happens he just takes off and gets drunk, doesnt answer his phone or return text messages. He just did this a week ago so now hes on day 9 of sobriety. im gettin to the point that im not sure i want to continue this relationship. I feel like there is no hope iin him. He says its always been like this but he never did this before we were married or maybe he did and i just didnt know cause we didnt live together. He has a relationship with Christ but he says he doesnt want to burden Him with his issues cause he burdens enough people already. I have no clue what to do at this point cause the way he makes it seem is it will be exactly the same every 90 days. Thank you for your prayers.God Bless,Jess

Kristen Chris got saved about a week ago, and let me tell you it is clearly evident when God changes hearts. Since Chris got saved, he has done a 180 degree turn around. He is going on 3 weeks sober, and is on fire for God. Hes constantly searching for God, for its his desire to get as close as possible to him. Furthermore, hes been actively attending church and stopping people on the street to make sure that they know Christ. God is good. :)

For months now, he has been struggling with the concept of finding God and up until recently, he was professing to be a Christian....however, over the past week, he has decided that God doesnt exist. Today he even requested that I start to refer to him as "The Unholy One." He believes that he is consumed by evil spirits, and that it is quite possible that he is Satan. This is only further fueled by his depression, bipolarism and schizophrenia....and by the fact that many of his "trustworthy" friends are atheists that actively encourage him to deny Gods existence. He has also been spiritually wounded by the death of someone close to him following a long battle with alcoholism. Please keep him in your prayers. Thank you.

Sarah32 Lord I thank you for Kristens heart. Shes concerned over her friend and really wanting the best for him- spiritually and mentally. Lord I pray that You would speak the Truth into Chris life. Let him hear Your words louder than the scary things hes believing as real. You are healer of all Lord, of not only the body but the mind and spirit. Lord, I pray that You, good Lord, would heal Chris mind. If medication needs to be taken, then I pray that You would guide Chris to the right medication and the right help for him. Kristen Okay, I know its been a while....but its been a long process. Chriss grandmother passed away last week....which occurred just 4 days after Chris accepted Christ as his personal Lord and Savior.

However, as I know that she is not saved, I am also requesting that she and her spouse would come to know you before she passes. Also, please be in prayed for Chris, as he is still not saved, however, it is evident that God is completing a work in him by the fact that he is requesting prayer at this time. Please pray that he will continue to allow God to work in his life, and that he will be willing to allow God to break down his mental barriers and walls, and open his eyes to the fact that God not only exists, but that He loves him, and is patiently waiting, yet actively desiring for Chris to respond to Him. Pray that he will find the strength to stop smoking and putting harmful substances into his body before it is too late; that he will be comfortable with who he is, who God made him.
