angela My brother, Kellen has a problem with his heart and will need to undergo his first heart surgery in around a months time. I hope you can help me pray for him so that our Father will cure him in such a supernatural way, Kellen wont need to go through all of these surgeries that the doctor has written down for him. He will be going through a detox program soon, and pray that it will help him improve his condition and make his body on the way to perfect health. Devin Please pray for my dad. He was diagnosed with cancer for the second time. First time was in 2006, he went through a bone marrow transplant in 2007, and was in remission for 4 or 5 years, until earlier this month. The doctors told him his options are to go through the bone marrow transplant again (which he refuses to ever do again) or chemo (which theres not promise it would work). My dad has made the decision to go without any treatment (which the doctors give him anywhere from a couple of months up to two years). My family and I are taking it alright. Its even easier for me, seeing how he has grown in his relationship with Christ over the past two years. So please pray for comfort for my dad, and for my family - peace of knowing that God is in control. Thank you.

Yahaira I need prayer for my dad. He had a major stroke which has left him a quadriplegic. He cannot speak, move, feel us holding his hand or eat. He has to communicate by blinking yes or no. I know that God can heal him and it will be a long road with a lot of therapy. But God performs miracles everyday and I know that God will use my dad as a testimony.

Leigh Please pray for my mother. She is 70 years old, and is very depressed, having some stomach pain, racing heart, and panic attacks. She had a bad panic attack earlier tonight, and was very upset, and crying. She never wants to see a doctor. My brother, my only sibling, disowned her over 20 years ago, when my parents divorced, and it also hurts her greatly. Not a day goes by that she doesnt grieve over him not talking to her. She cried about him tonight, saying how much it hurts that he hates her. She says she feels useless, and wants to be able to do everything she did before. Said she wants to help me, but cant. She is in a severe depression, and I dont know what to do.
She lives with me and my 4 children. I am a single mom, after my husband abandoned us 6 years ago. I work very long hours to be able to take care of all of us. Sometimes I have to stay awake for 2 days at a time, and my health isnt the greatest. I have to work, and it is becoming very hard to function at all, because Im so worried about her. I feel like Im about to fall apart.
Please pray that if there is anything physically wrong with her, that God will heal her, and take any sickness away from her. Please also pray that she will not feel depressed anymore, or hopeless. Pray that she will enjoy life again.
Please pray for all of our health, so we can be strong, and happy. Please also pray that somehow, work will become a little easier for me, so that I wont have to skip a night of sleep, and have a few days off once in awhile to spend with my family.
I believe that the power of prayer is very strong, and I have witnessed it work miracles before. So I would be so grateful for your prayers. God Bless.

Gemy Hello(: Its been a really long time since Ive posted a prayer request here. Probably because I lost my faith. D: Maybe there is a bit more, because Im asking for your help here. But Im just VERY confused right now. Some of my friends told me that it isnt an overnight thing and it will certainly take time. But thats something else: What if there isnt much time left? We all know that the end of the world is pretty near. The fact that Im scared of it make me a lot more scared because my teacher said that if you are scared of the end of age, you are not saved. I want to be saved. I want to believe in God because I love Him. But whats happening is: I want to believe in God because I want to be saved from the End of the World. AND. What scares me most is the fact that I dont think I can accept Jesus as my Lord Savior because Im not sure if he even actually existed. DDD: And I found some (mean) verses in the bible. Like Deut. 22:13-22. Please explain? (: This march, Im having a major operation (Double curve, 50 degrees Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis) and Im hoping it would be successful. What if something bad happens? Im not being negative, Im being realistic. And also my education. Because of my operation, the school is letting me take more work so that I can cope up with the things i will miss. It pressures me and usually triggers my epileptic migraine. The school knows about this, so they are helping me with it, which is really nice of them. But please also pray for my health(: Thank you for reading something this long. Please help me. KellieStine I have many health issues including severe scoliosis,I have also been fighting a respiratory infection since Oct. I am 23 and I want to begin my life as an independant person and I live with 6 other adults and life at home can be very challenging and because I am in school full time, I cannot afford to move out until I get my degree. If I dont get in, I have to wait a whole year to apply again and will set me back! I have worked so hard these past 6 years in college and I really want this. So, I dont really know yet what happened last night but he said "that yesterday he found out we only have one life and that we should make the most of it... that hes going to be here for a whille".... I know that the only way his mind was change was through a miracle of God ((so thanks for all the prayers)) and I totally PRAISE GOD AND THANK GOD FOR THAT! While that was very encouraging for me; I know hes still mentally not well since he got drunk today and wont answer my calls (even when he txted me first)... So, yesterday the battle was won; but I need to continue praying for him because this is a war against the enemy for the life of my friend. He knows he needs God; hes told me so, but he believes in "fixing his life up before he gives his life to Christ" so He is resisting Gods call. So, plz, keep my friend (his name is Gabriel) in your prayers; because his mind needs to be changed, his heart healed, and his life restored. I faithfully look forward to the day when Ill be able to call him my brother in Christ because I know, in my spirit, God has great purpose for this guy and that he will bring many to Christ and thats why this battle is so hard. So, yesterday the battle was won; but I need to continue praying for him because this is a war against the enemy for the life of my friend. He knows he needs God; hes told me so, but he believes in "fixing his life up before he gives his life to Christ" so He is resisting Gods call. So, plz, keep my friend (his name is Gabriel) in your prayers; because his mind needs to be changed, his heart healed, and his life restored. I faithfully look forward to the day when Ill be able to call him my brother in Christ because I know, in my spirit, God has great purpose for this guy and that he will bring many to Christ and thats why this battle is so hard. Kelley Thank you SO MUCH guys! Im sorry I havent been checking my email lately, but your prayers definitely got through! I feel closer than EVER with my Lord Jesus! I watched the last 20 or so minutes of "The Passion of the Christ" and all I needed were those last 20 minutes and my life and relationship with God was changed! Family is getting better, and its so much better having time with God now that school is out! That place just drains me...Our class can be a tad immature. And loud. H3RTofGOD Hey Kelley! Hows it going? Hope things are getting better for you. We all go through times of feeling far from God, even after being a Christian for 20 years, I have those times...even now Im struggling with that, but God never ever is far from us! Im finding that when I step out there and do something for someone else it helps me too. Just like Im doing now...talking to someone who is dealing with the same thing I am...I encourage you to find someone you can encourage and see how it makes you feel closer to God. :) Hang in there..dont give up your friends just yet, but do get involved with new people that share your faith or at least share your interest in learning more about God. I found what I needed in an Alpha Course (www.AlphaUSA.org) and it was tons of fun plus made my faith stronger at the same time. Hope you find what you need...God is with you - by the way - that is the definition of Jesus name "God with us"...I love that! <3

i have *two* major prayers i need lifted up by you my brothers and sisters... My dad is not saved and is going in for open heart surgery this Thursday. He mocks me daily for being christian and even lies to people about me basically blowing my witness. Please pray for the surgery, but more importantly that he and well really everybody else in my family would be saved by the grace of God. Also my friend Mike knows he needs Jesus, has been wishy washy for years about being christian. It says I have like only a 30 chance of getting into any of them. :( I am trying to trust God and his plan for my life... Last fall, the doctors found a nodule in my husbands lung. Over the last several months they have watched it to be sure it didnt grow. It hadnt - until a week ago last Friday. He had a pet scan that revealed two nodes and the nodule. The doctors and radiologist say this could be an infection or cancer. We are going to see the surgeon on Tuesday, with the hopes that they will take this out quickly and reveal something Non-Dangerous. My husband and I have two young children, whom I homeschool and he travels most of the time for work. We are hoping this is NOT cancer. We have very little family support and some of our friends have already backed away - unable to deal with it. They say that we should not admit that we are worried and claim healing. We believe in Healing and have witnessed it, but that is the Lords will. We have prayed for healing for my husband, of course. But I dont believe because we share our fears that we will "jinx" it. I thank you so much for your prayers. We have felt a sense of peace over the last several days with all the prayers. May the Lord richly bless each and everyone of you beyond measure.

denny I have begun to climb out the darkness the enemy has kept me drowning in. I now know there is nothing worse than to live and be consumed by fear and brokeness. I have been guided through this nightmare by the quiet whispers of the SPIRIT...THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for your prayers , my special friends. My marriage is in shambles and my mother in law who is not saved has stage 3 breast cancer. The Macks I pray father that you will watch over denny as so many trials are following them, i pray father for your salvation to continually feel there heart and feel there needs, father i pray that in everything you will put peace and contentment in the hearts. Psalms 91 is a good prayer as well to read. when you are facing many different things all at once. Amen

jessica well my prayer hasnt exactly been answered because its an on going thing. My husband has been sober for a little over 60 days now, thats the easy part its when it gets close to the 90 day mark that things start getting rough. so far he has been ordered by the courts to attend counseling for his addiction. Please continue to pray that he is able to stay sober. also he has a court date coming up where i guess the judge will decide if they want to give him jail time for his offences. thank you so much for all your prayers for us.
on an up note our business have been very successful since it started warming up here. God has blessed us (we have a heating and cooling business)

My husband is an acloholic, most of the time he does pretty well staying sober. He goes about 90 days without a drink then i dont know what happens he just takes off and gets drunk, doesnt answer his phone or return text messages. He just did this a week ago so now hes on day 9 of sobriety. im gettin to the point that im not sure i want to continue this relationship. I feel like there is no hope iin him. He says its always been like this but he never did this before we were married or maybe he did and i just didnt know cause we didnt live together. He has a relationship with Christ but he says he doesnt want to burden Him with his issues cause he burdens enough people already. I have no clue what to do at this point cause the way he makes it seem is it will be exactly the same every 90 days. Thank you for your prayers.God Bless,Jess

Kristen Chris got saved about a week ago, and let me tell you it is clearly evident when God changes hearts. Since Chris got saved, he has done a 180 degree turn around. He is going on 3 weeks sober, and is on fire for God. Hes constantly searching for God, for its his desire to get as close as possible to him. Furthermore, hes been actively attending church and stopping people on the street to make sure that they know Christ. God is good. :)

Sarah32 Lord I thank you for Kristens heart. Shes concerned over her friend and really wanting the best for him- spiritually and mentally. Lord I pray that You would speak the Truth into Chris life. Let him hear Your words louder than the scary things hes believing as real. You are healer of all Lord, of not only the body but the mind and spirit. Pray that he will find the strength to stop smoking and putting harmful substances into his body before it is too late; that he will be comfortable with who he is, who God made him. Please pray that God would use this opportunity to bring healing to a lost and broken family. Thank you.

Rachel Ill be praying for your friend and his little brother, as well as you. Hope things start getting better and looking up! :) "I will answer them before they even call to me. While they are still talking to me abouth their needs, I will go ahead and answer their prayers." Isaiah 65:24 "The Lord nurses them when they are sick and eases their pain and discomfort."
