Vanessa My husband and I are hoping and praying for Christian friends. There are times when I feel a terrible jealousy rise up in me toward the friendships my brother and sis-in-law have, though I dont think they are always good friendships. My husband is lonely for a Christian man to grow with in Christ, to learn from/with, and just to have a good friend other than myself. What I ask above all is that any who are willing to pray for us, will ask our perfect Creator to make us worthy of having friends. Secondly, please ask Him to work His perfect will in our lives, in spite of our fallen-ness. (sp?) Third, if/when the Creator sees fit, that He would put us in the path of Christians he wants us to build relationships with, and that He will make it clear to us what He wants, as we can be so blind to Him sometimes. :-P Thanks in advance...Im glad to have found this little community where we can hold each other up :-)

Sabine I feel that ever since I found Jesus, my life has become a battle against the Devil. He has been working in my husband who is unsaved, my friends ( old ones unsaved) all new ones have turned out to be Christians, my family (all unsaved). Rejection, isolation, slander and terrible acts have come against me non stop. It seems the more I walk with Jesus the more it comes against me. I had no friends for a few years after I had children but I prayed about it and God has sent me wonderful people in my life. Despite this my ex best friend of many years has been trying to destroy all my work connections in my modeling. I am starting the path of learning how to act for the past two years now - she already knows all the casting directors in the city and is trying to sabotage my chances wherever I go. I know when she has influenced others because they are so different with me. She tells people that "I think I am so holy". Its easy for her to do this since all the people we know are either gay and or non Christian. I ask for someone to pray that she will cease trying to destroy me in my line of work and to people. I dont have her ability to win friends and influence people (her favorite book.) which I told her is very evil. I honestly think that something in her hates me and Jesus in me. My Christianity bothered her soooo much. But when she couldnt snare me with deliberate acts of trying to offend me while we were friends, she just one day started avoiding any contact with me. The next time I saw her I was left with a horrible sick feeling in my stomach for days. Then she told me that I have changed and that I am crazy (she was so full of hatred). All of this took place over two years ago and is still affecting my work because she does not stop .Please pray for her that she will come to know Jesus and that any evil working in her will be bound through the name Jesus. Please pray that my husband will come to know Christ and be baptized. The same goes for the rest of my family and in-laws. Pray for me that God will use me for his purpose wherever and whatever I am doing, and that he will turn all my curses into blessings, in Jesus name.

Sonya I am in the middle of probably the most trying time of my life, It is Christmas time which adds to the sadness. Recently I had invited a sister to move in with me until she got back on her feet. Big problem, she was not trying, and I felt taken advantage of at the end. My daughter also moved in with me for a month without asking but I took her in without a word. Yesterday at work my faith was for lack of a better word attacked. I was called to HR for giving out Jesus is the reason for the season buttons, and told I talk about faith all the time. Not true, I only tell about faith when asked. I know the boundaries and rules of my work place. I was and am so hurt. I cried all the way Home driving in a blizzard while praying for guidance from Him. I get home and think things are calm. But I get two phone calls one from my daughter chewing me out about Christmas, I said whoa what a minute this is the first I had heard of what you are talking about. My door is open to your aunt and I have made that clear. The second was from my other sister. Not chewing me out but telling me she was not coming to moms for christmas and neither were her kids. My world is an ultimate mess, I cannot fix this alone. I am also in the middle of a nasty divorce after 23 years of marriage. It looks like i may well be spending the holiday alone. Please pray for me. I feel so weak and heavy laden right now.

Please intervene between my friend and myself and give us wisdom to take this chance, give us courage to start this relationship and grant us discernment in the decisions we make. GB Please pray for my two nephews who have fallen for Satans trickery and one has proclaimed to be a nonbeliever and the other some new age universal God belief. They are good boys who were raised Christian but have let the evils of this world take hold of them. They are both in their early 20s and their mothers are both torn apart by these admissions. Please pray God removes the blinders from their eyes and shows them the truth. This is not an easy case for us (you and my family) as they are very set in these false beliefs. We need lots of round the clock prayer, as relentless as Satan is with them now. Andrea I am a single mother who has been in a relationship with a guy for about 3 years now. Well until recently. Everything was going great we had plans to get married and move in with each other in about 7 months.He already had a house in Alabama and he was painting rooms for my boys. We were deciding what to keep of mine and what to sell. I was applying for jobs out there. We were also supposed to spend the holidays together. We had had our disagreements, but never a huge fight and then out of no where he became withdrawn and angry all the time. Started hiding things like talking to people and what he had been up to that day. At first he was under alot of stress posssibly going to lose his career, but he found out that everything is fine now. Now he says that he just has some issues he has to work out on his own and its not fair to drag me through them, but that he still loves me and my boys and wants to fix this. But I dont know if I should trust him or if there is a reason this is going on and I should move on? It just came on so quickly! This seems like such a small problem considering what is going on with the world today, but this is my life and future and my boys lives and future. I just need help to know what I am supposed to do? Please pray for us. Thankyou!

Lana We are in need of moving into a home and want to buy one. We are on a limited budget, but we need to have my Mother come and live with us. We want it to be the Lords Will and in His time not in ours. We have looked at 2 houses just online and are praying, too. I also have health issues (asthma, COPD, diabetes, obesity, ulcerative colitis, Crohns disease, diverticulitis, menstrual issues, etc.) that have kept me from working since 1998 and I have been on SSD since. There are so many people in more desperate need of prayer than I/us so it seems odd to be asking for prayer over a THING. My health is at stake due to a possible surgery to remove or resection the bowel and being overweight. I am in the process of dieting and have lost 15 lbs. but I have lost some momentum and need prayer for this as well. Thank you in advance! Oh, how HE LOVES you and me!

Patricia My name is Patricia Stoddard, I live in Spokane WA, and am a member of North Addison Baptist Church. On Nov.26th I had surgery on my neck to have disks C4 and C5 replaced also to fuse disks C6 and C7 . I will be in a neck brace for about eight weeks (Dec.-Jan.) Im asking for prayer that the bones will knit well and that the titanium plate and screws that fuse the disks will take hold. The pain during recovery has been pretty intense too. When healed it would be wonderful if there would finally be some relief of my chronic pain Iissues.

Sue I ask for prayer as tomorrow (12/13) my family will be going to court to see if a trial date will be set or a plea bargain offered for the man charged in my sons death. My 18 year old son died in a car crash Jan 14, 2012. Ever since that day, life has been a struggle with my now incomplete family. The entire ordeal has been a tortuous one and I hope a just plea bargain is offered so we dont have to endure the ugliness of a trial. (As it is, we have been subjected to the under handedness of the defense). So I ask for the gift of prayer that whatever decision is made that the Lord will give us strength to accept it as His will.

catherine My mother has COPD and has been in the hospital for the last week and a half. She is scared and just wants to come home. She has had COPD for 10 years and this is her second copd flare up that has put her in the hospital. She is on oxygen 24/7 and can barely do anything anymore. She fights on for her family. Her husband, her daughter (myself), her son and my daughter, ( her 4 year old granddaughter) Please pray for her recovery and long life. I pray every night and hope she will get more strength to come home.

Alicia Marie When you spend time in Gods Word and in His presence. and REALLY seeking Him, He makes things so clear and all the confusion and fog in your life clears up. His Word is a light to our feet, not a spot light though... so even though Hell only reveal a little bit at a time, He does that so we can trust in Him and be dependent on HIm and not in ourselves and our own strength. I pray things become so clear in your life and that everything gets worked out according to His Will and plan for your life. And I know getting over relationships are hard but time really does heal all things... or most of them anyways lol. But Im going to be praying for you Jennifer =)

The family almost right after I wrote my prayer request, finally saw that this is whats best for her and after a few more days of getting her ready to be sent home she is now in her own room surrounded by family. I have prayed for the family to find the strength to accept Gods will and support the grandmothers wish to go home and live out the rest of her days on earth in peace but they still argue over whats best for her. Please offer up your prayers that the family can unite and support her decision and that my wife will have the strength to overcome the pain and grief she is and will be feeling. Charles Heavenly Father, Holy is Your Name. Dying is a difficult process for loved ones. You have experienced that Yourself. Give this family the ability to hear this grandmother. Give them the ears to hear and the eyes to see. It wont be long till she goes home to be with You. Help her family understand that she wants to go to her earthly home to have peace and prepare. These are her last days on earth and with her family. Dont let Satan ruin them. Unite this family. Give them strength. Allow their compassion for this grandmother be stronger than their personal grief so they can support her. This is a very Holy time. I pray it is blessed with Your Presence. In Jesus Name.

Aurelio Barreto - C28 Founder By Gods awesome grace we were able to preach the gospel clearly and boldly at the Temecula Promenade Mall to over 3,000 people at the concert yesterday. People that were out for a day of shopping for a gift, received the best gift of all, the gift that lasts for eternity, salvation in Christ Jesus!!!

Tracy Brothers and Sisters, I just want to give thanks and praise to our Heavenly Father for answering my prayer with a relationship with a very important person in my life. He has restored our relationship, and has given us another chance to build our relationship in the way He intended it to be from the beginning. My heart is just so full of gratitude and humility, that honestly I cannot even characterize this any further without sounding repetitive or cheesyHe is just so good and powerful, and I just wanted to let everyone know who has been praying for us over this, thank you for agreeing and laboring in prayer! Robin From Robin concerning my brother Pastor George. Thank you all for every single thought and prayer, and although what may seem to be the wrong answer, God is in control and his will be done. The angels took my brother home to heaven today and although his family and friends all miss him (especially Kathy his wife of 37 years) we all need to remember he is with our Heavenly Father now seeing Jesus face to face in Glory! Anthony It took all of about 15min. for the jury to come back with a unanimous decision of not guilty on both counts of Agg Felony DUI. All my family and friends were estatic but I was very satisfied because I gave my problem up to God and new that he would deliver me. Remember, I was not driving, I was trying to follow the law and have a desinated driver. Obviously, I trusted the wrong person. I have a good job, I coach youth football and baseball. I read daily devotionals, the bible, and pray with my son every night that I have him and yes I was doing all this before my ordeal. Just because people make mistakes in their past for various reasons doesnt mean they can not be godly people. I can honestly say it was a miricle from god today. There was also another miricle, it was from the first trial. You see that jury came back with a guilty verdict. The MCSO officer was getting ready to handcuff me and take me away for 1-3years. However, One juror stood up and protested firmly almost with a passion that she did not agree with her guilty vote. So they had to deliberate again and it ended in a mistrial. One woman, I can honestlty say that was Gods hand at Work. My lawyer said he had never seen that happen in all his 30yrs of practice and the judge agreed saying that there was no precedent for what had happened. We all know exactly who is in charge GOD. My Jehovah, my Yeweh, my Lord and Savior. There is no other court or Law above his. I am 34yrs old and I hope my story helps others who have falsley been accused of something or seem to be facing extreme odds. If you wondering about the cop during the first trial I got a chance to be alone with him in the restroom. I told him that I forgive him for what he did to me. That I had to let go of any hate or discontent in my heart for that is not the christian man that I am. I refused to let bad seed into my heart that would disrupt Gods blessing. His name is Officer Chad Wright of the Gilbert Police. There are many articles and blogs on this guy for I am not the first or last person he has done this to. I hope that by forgiving him it will plant seeds of love in his heart and make him think twice if he does this again. Amen and thank you for your prayers, all of you, God Bless You.

It all started Nov.10 2007, My best friend of 20+ years and I were going to have some drinks. We had agreed before the night had started that he was going to drive my vehicle because his ins. and registration were past due on his truck, Also, I had previous trouble with drinking and driving in the past and thru lessons learned will not Drink and Drive. So were having a good time with two other buddies we met up with at the bar and decide to leave to visit another bar down the road approx. 1 mile away. So as my buddy pulled out of the parking lot with our friends behind us he noticed a cop on the corner. so after making a complete stop and then proceeding, Boom the cop is in pursuit passing our friends in the car behind us but not activating any lights to pull over. My friend emediatley turned and then turned again into a commercial bld. complex yells at me"get out,walk, Im still on probation". I wanted to stay there in the passenger seat but I freaked out and started moving fast. Long story short the cop sees both of us but I regain my senses and stop for I had done nothing wrong. So my friend gets away because he jumps into the other car which the officer notes and I am getting slammed to the ground. He then becomes irrate with me because I wouldnt sqeal on my friends and threatens to pin it all on me and quote "make me pay" because of my previous DUIs years ago. My friends agreed to stand up for me in court and they have even the driver who incriminated himself because he had to do what was right. Now, after one mistrial I sit again waiting for the jury to make a decision tommorrow. I want to ask anyone to please pray with me as I Plead the Blood of Jesus upon the courtroom and the jurors to see Truth, deliver justice of freedom, and Gods Will be done. Amen. He is my "Jehovah Nissi" Victory in defeated places. Interesting that because of this ordeal I have been able to witness Gods glory and three people close to me have accepted Jesus Christ into their lives. Glory be to God.

We had agreed before the night had started that he was going to drive my vehicle because his ins. and registration were past due on his truck, Also, I had previous trouble with drinking and driving in the past and thru lessons learned will not Drink and Drive. ivan Dude, i just had to comment on this. Its a real blessing to hear that Anthony, and it is encouraging to know that you showed Christs love to those who wished to do you "harm". Given the circumstances, I know that was Christ working through you. Praying it leaves a lasting effect on those who were involved. God bless!

Veronica Thats so true. God amazes me with what he can do! God honestly worked a miracle in me in my own life. I still cant believe that hes taken me from where I was to where I am now. God is incredible, all things are possible with Him!

Ive been with a company, winning many awards for great work, for nearly 5 years. Last week I mentioned something about them being pushy on facebook & now looking at being fired for Gross Mis-Conduct. Please join me in prayer that I keep my job, as it funds me for the voluntary childrens work I do 3 times a week. I have a meeting at 12 Today (Wednesday 17th)... Please pray that Gods will be done & I wont be too worried. Thank You
