Joe I need help building a relationship with God. I find it hard to make him my priority. I want him to be in my life everyday not just a once-a-week thing. I dwell on my past too much and feel like God wouldnt have a relationship with me. I keep falling and its hard to get back up. I dont want to keep sinning and I need help so God can change my HEART. I dont want to desire the things I keep desiring. I want to be whole and pure with the Lord. Please ask him to completely change me and make me wholly and completely HIS. Cynthia My son-in-law lost his job last month, and though it has drawn him closer to the Lord, the strain on my daughter, with a baby and no income coming in, is overwhelming her. On top of that, my husband signed for the loan for their car, which we are now responsible to pay since they cant, so our finances are also hurting. Please pray for a good job for my son-in-law and peace for my daughter, as well as provision for both families.

Robert Three years ago my wife of 13 years, and mother of our six year old boy (six at the time) went through a dark period and possibly a mid-life crisis. She did things that were ungodly and not wife-like. I overcame that, but she couldnt but she couldnt and she divorced me a year ago. We are still in daily communication and committed to our son. I have kept our communication open and have tried to be an example of acting Christ like, with forgiveness and showing love. She knows she is wrong, but is struggling with feeling that closeness to God. I have two prayer requests. it is very difficult at times to not be bitter and I could use some prayers to keep me strong in those times, to keep my focus on God and not circumstance. Also, for her, she is struggling with our enemy and needs to come back to being committed to God and our family.

Brittany Long request short(ish), my unsaved father has been suffering with trigeminal neuralgia (basically severe nerve pain in the face) for years. He has been prescribed many medications some have given him terrible side effects and others have ceased being effective. The severity of this problem varies throughout the year. I have prayed and cried out to God until I had no more tears to shed or energy to waste. When I get excited that my dad is healing and I praise God it seems like right after his pain is back. I have posted this request on multiple sites, my church family has prayed and I cant help but feel like God wants my Dad to suffer and that just doesnt sit right with me. Spiritually I know that doesnt make sense but the human side of me is at times resentful. Like if I had a child and I saw them in pain I would help them without thinking twice. When my dad groans in pain just from taking a bite of food I find myself looking up thinking, "SERIOUSLY GOD?!" As if hes dangling my dads pain in front of me and again I understand it doesnt make sense and I dont want to feel that way. I just wish a miracle could happen so that maybe my dad could see it and believe God loves him and is real. But why should he have any beliefs? If he knew how much he was prayed for and saw it being ineffective it would just solidify his unbelief. Thoughts of my dad dying from TN or complications surrounding treatment terrify me because hed be going to hell and I would know that God could have done something when he didnt no matter how many prayers were sent. So please, pray for my dads spiritual and physical healing and pray for me also as this whole thing puts me on an emotional and spiritual roller coaster.

Gods Word says to "Flee youthful lusts" What comes to min when you "flee" it means to run far from. I would pray about your relationship and the man is suppose to be the spritial leader here and it sounds like that is not happening. So, pray and re-evaluate your relationship. The church I am attending has a halfway house and one of the board members & his wife are helping with counselling @ church and are going to help get him in the halfway house program. God is so good. Since my mothers death in June of 2006, my older brother & sister have not spoken to me. This week my younger brother left me a message on my voicemail while I was in church. My baby brother is 48 years old and still has the poor pitiful me attitude about everything. I called the next day and talked to his wife, who in return told me a lot of lies. He called me later in the afternoon and started cursing me. I was sitting with a 98 year old woman at the time so I just hung up on him. I also cut my cell phone off. However he left me a message informing me that I am not a Christian and that I could kiss his behind, and that I was no longer his sister. At 53 you would think I would be on here praying for others. We had a beautiful Holy Ghost filled service Wednesday night and I was dancing on air when I returned home. I had a song in my heart that had been missing for months now. But by Thursday night I was locked in my prayer room at home crying out to the Lord. I love my brothers and sister very much, but have always been the "goody two shoes" as they say in the family. I put God first before anyone else in my life, family included. I am tired of all their drama and childish ways. I plan on remaining strong in the Lord and to do what I was called to do, & if that means cutting off family members then so be it. My prayer request is that God continues to grow within my heart and that I become stronger then ever before to stand against the wiles of the devil. Also that my siblings let go of all the hate, anger for me, and their prejudices against other races and certain people. Also I have a nephew (my baby brothers son) who is in prison & has been since he was 16. His mothers boyfriend got him hooked on crack and he got into trouble. He has been denied parole 3 times now, while the other boy got out the first time on parole, even tho he was the one who held the knife and threatened the woman they were robbing. I have spent the last 6 years praying and counseling him as best I can by mail. He was severely beaten by a gang and has been denied surgery to correct his ankles and feet. He goes up for parole again in May and I plan on being there again. I have already written letters to the warden, parle board and commissioner of prisons in hopes they will listen to me. His name is Alvis. He is only 23. He doesnt deserve a second chance, he deserves a first chance which no one has ever given him. So please keep these things in prayer. I plan on bringing my nephew home with me and helping him see there is a better way along with my husband and daughter & church family to help me. Thank you all and have a blessed weekend. D G We are still praying and working towards getting a second car. The Lord has blessed us with the availability of an old van and we are grateful for that but it is borrowed and I do not want to take advantage of that blessing. Thank you all for your continued prayers!!

Over the past three years God has guided my wife and I through job career changes and through those changes during the changing economy we have lost our house to foreclosure, and two cars to re-possesion. We have been taken care of above and beyond measure. We purchased two used cars and one of them recently broke down and the repairs are going to cost more then the car is worth. Having one car would not be a problem but my wife and I are expecting our first child in July, we work about 30 miles apart from each other and start the same time. My prayer request is that somehow somewhere we would be able to acquire a second car. Thank you all for your prayers!!

Holmer 216 We serve an Awesome and Supremely powerful God! Hes sold our home! The first day it was listed under the realtor, the first people that came down to see it, and their first offer... DONE DEAL.
Now, with two weeks left until our BIG move to Victoria, He has answered nearly EVERY one of our prayers in this move, even the small ones. Most importantly, Hes brought my wife and I closer together as a result of these challenges... VERY cool... To Him to all the honour, and glory... even if He hadnt answered our prayers, I know the Lord has brought my wife and I closer together and to Him... THAT is what matters! : )

Melissa You should call your local task force or social services. they will help you to pay your bills, and give you food if needed. Also churchs will help you with your bills as well.. Ask God to show you to the correct people and resourses to help you through this. blessings

PutHisBloodOnIt Just last night I asked people to pray for my dad cause he has a pain in his feet and one was swollen and has gout and he was not eating and has been puking all night and even this morning he stayed home from work and was puking. All day long I was getting emails notifying me people have been commiting to pray for him and was so happy. And I kid you not I just walked in the door from work and he was cooking in a good mood telling me he feels 90% better and even showed me his foot as the swollen has gone down which it has not in weeks. I went to my room and my face hit the floor praising God and thanking every single one who prayed for him! From the bottom of my heart I give thanks to all my brothers and sisters!!!!!

Rachel Thank you to everyone who prayed for me. Im feeling better, but I know regardless of how I feel Gods love for me is real and unconditional. Sometimes life just seems to get in the way of me remembering that. I still need prayer regarding my addiction, and I wanted to give a huge thank you to everyone who has been praying for that. Yesterday I learned that he has also been talking to another girl and lied to me about it several times. I havent forgiven him yet, I still need time. I think itd be easier to move on if we had nothing to do with eachother, but he still wants to be friends and although I think its not right, I dont wanna lose him either. Matthew Well God is so amazing! My prayers have been heard and answered. I was healed 2 days before we where suppose to go on our trip. I woke up about 3 days before our trip and noticed that my back was feeling better, but still a little tender from all the moving around I was doing. Well I still felt like I needed to pray, and my the end of the day my back was completely healed and I feel no pain!! My wife and I where able to go on our trip and, praise Jesus, we had an amazing time.

R L MATTHEW! MY BACK GAVE OUT TODAY AND I WAS UNABLE TO WALK. I GOT UP , WAS GOING TO SHOWER FOR CHURCH AND BAM!!!! I KNEW GOD WAS WITH ME BECAUSE MY SISTER CAME TO MY RESCUE AND A MASSEUS WORKED ON ME FOR ALMOST TWO HOURS. IT WAS SOOO PAINFUL BUT I KEPT THINKING ABOUT THE HORRIBLE PAIN AND ANGUISH JESUS WENT THROUGH AT CALVARY AND MY PAIN SUDDENLY BECAME NOTHING COMPARED TO HIS. THANK HIM ALREADY FOR HE HAS HEALED YOU!!!

Jessica Id just like to thank everyone thats prayed for me. It means a lot. After the Church service today and then spending the day with my amazing family, I know for sure what God has in store for me. And I need not worry. I can cast out all negative thoughts and move forward with my life not only as a growing woman, but as a faithful Christian. Putting all my trust and belief in God alone. I was saved on March 15 this year. And I was just baptized on March 28th. Ever since then it seems like more than ever the Devil is trying to bring me down. And unfortunately, hes kinda getting the best of me. I know that my faith in God is strong and it will prevail in the end, but right now its just really hard. Genevia Jensen Well, we got a phone call at 4:30 this morning letting us know that my father in law passed away. They said he didnt struggle at all...he just stopped breathing. The fact that hes no longer here hasnt hit me yet, but it hit my husband really hard this morning. His family live 9 hours away in Louisiana, so my husband will be making a trip down there on Saturday to be there for his brother, and sisters.
My moms situation is still up in the air, so prayer is still needed for her.
Please also continue to pray for our family as we deal with Stevens passing.

Urgent prayer request for my father in law. He has stage 4 cancer, and was put on hospice care today. He is unresponsive, and they dont think he will be around too much longer. We are trying to find a way down there to see him before he passes, but finances are very tight right now. It may be only my husband that is able to go. Please pray for a peace that passes all understanding, strength, and wisdom for the family. Pray for my father in law to be comfortable, and that any fears be removed....also his salvation. I just want to take a moment and praise the Lord for healing my back! I did something horrible to some of the muscles in my back and I was in pain for days. I just got tired of it and asked Jesus to heal my back and the very next day (today) the pain is gone. I can stretch, reach, bend and walk with ease! Also, I had this strange rash/hive break-out on my arms and it was itching and blistering and welting up and leaving scars on my arms for weeks and weeks now. Again, I got fed up and I decided to bind the devil, and loose healing and comfort. The Lord stopped the rash. There are no more welts, swelling and itching. The scars that remain are beginning to lighten up and disappear! We serve a beautiful God people! Remember: Nothing is impossible for Him. NOTHING! You need only to ask and believe! I love you all! I found out she was sick late last week, was out of town for weekend with my daughters volleyball tournament, came back last night - and shes already gone. With God all things are possible, so prayers put out for her and the situation may have been answered. Im still praying now that she is in fact with Jesus at this very moment. Rocky It is our duty as Christians to spread the gospel, this is the commission Christ himself gave to us. Talk to the person, and invite them to your church - that is what I do with my friends who arent saved. You might be the only person wholl ever talk to your friend about Christ before they die. I know its hard, I just put a prayer up here the other day to have people pray for me to be a better witness for Christ. However, that said, the fear of talking to that person doesnt go away, Satan will always bombard you with fear, so you just have to do it with fear. The awkward conversation you might have is WORTH it if that person comes to Christ. Dont let Satan deceive you into thinking "someone else will talk to her about Jesus". Take heart in the fact that God will supply you with the words when you talk to your friend. So, plain and simple, talk to them. Ill pray for you to have courage to do it, and Ill pray for you to have the right words coming from the holy spirit. That said, you dont need to pray anymore about this because you said youre know God wants you to do something, so do something - talk to them. Im praying for you and for your friend!

I just found out my mom somehow fell off a high wall in our back yard....maybe 10-15 feet high? and she was found the next day by my dad lying unconscious in the driveway. She is in a coma right now in ICU at Grady Hospital in Atlanta, GA. She is not doing very well at all....so please pray that she pulls through this. I am an almost 20 year college student....I dont know what I would do without her. thank you so much.

Like you, Im also a 20 year old college student, and I know what its like to lose a close family member. You can, however, take comfort in knowing that your mom is in a better place and that she is no longer in pain. Shes still there for you, just as she was when she was alive.

God made you who you are and thinks that, regardless of your past history or what you look like, you are beautiful and fantastic and that you are perfection! Ephesians 2:10 says that "We are Gods Masterpiece." (NLT) Take comfort in that!

Geanna Jerry Wilson went home to be with the Lord last week. The funeral was last Saturday and they had a pretty good crowd at the church. My mom helped with the dinner and she said that there was about 250 people there. Please pray for the family as they are going through this rough time losing their father and husband.

You can join me by praying for the kids, for the teachers, and for me. Please pray that I will preach the gospel of grace clearly and boldly as I should, and that many would come to faith in Jesus. I went to a public high school of 4,000 growing up, and not once did anyone share the gospel with me. I was in pain and without hope growing up, I know there will be many kids in the audience hurting and near suicide. Lets pray the Lords grace reaches them first. I love you guys and Im grateful for your help, It is not in vain.

A ton of people have been fasting and praying about this for the past two weeks. FYI I go to The Crossing ( www.crossing-church.com if you want to see some of our past services, etc.) Secondly, please pray that I suck up my fear and start witnessing to people. Please pray that the holy spirit empowers me to do and say everything I would never be able to say otherwise. Please pray that the holy spirit empowers me to do and say everything I would never be able to say otherwise. I know that this is what God wants me to do, but I just cant conquer my fear for some reason... Thank you and God bless all of you; have a great Easter too!

Charles Heavenly Father, Holy is Your Name. Be with Mad Hatters aunt as she goes to Haiti. There are so many needs there do not let her be overwhelmed. Walk with her. Guide her. Bless her and all she touches. Help her to know Your Touch as Your Spirit enlightens her. Keep her safe. In Jesus Name.

Raquel thanks to all of you who prayed for my family!!!! we got news today from my family in El Salvador and they said that they were safe. One of my cousins kids is just feeling a little bit depressed from all that is going on and Im still praying for that but I thank God that we got to hear from them. Thank you all so much for your prayers!!!! God Bless you all.

yesterday we received news from a family member that lives in El Salvador that him and his family are being threaten by a gang to pay money, because he owns a business, or else him or his family would be killed. He told us that he would try to confront them. We tried calling back a few hours later to see if there were any new news but we havent been able to reach them and also an extended family member that lives with them doesnt know where they are either. I pray that God has them in His hands and that they are ok and safe from any danger.
