christopher david This is a follow up prayer request for Lorinda Quest...Ive been talking to Lorinda for about 9 months on the phone, chatting online,etc. Weve gotten to know each other as well as we possibly can without actually being together. We have basically fallen for each other and have been praying for the Lord to do His will in our lives. We have both expressed the desire to get married. We have been praying together and asking God for guidance. This is probably the strangest thing God has ever done to either one of us and we are actually enjoying each others company even though we have never even touched. We both desire for our relationship to go in the direction that He wants it to. We have agreed not to put each other before Christ. Jesus Christ comes first no matter what happens. Unfortunately, I am just a poor college student going to Victory University for my ass. degree in Christian Ministries. She is a student in Africa and she can always attend school here if she can get here. Not only is it killing me that shes in such a dangerous country, but also I forsee no way to get her here nor how to take care of her if/when she does.I am a certified chef, but I have chosen to go back to school to serve Christ. Micah Please pray for my family we all seem to be under attack, mostly health/medical issues. Me financial and job wise I am in the final four weeks of school and all this trouble is keeping me from studying and completing assignments. My fam that i am living with are still pushing me out the door even though i have no place to go and no job. As soon as school ends i dont know what will become of me. Yet they still ask for favors and expect me to do things for them even though they still want me out by the 3rd week of May. John Me and my wife made the decision to put our children in a Christian school 2 years ago. We have been doing our best to make ends meet but the tuition leaves only $6.50 left every month after the bills are paid leaving nothing for emergencies or any repair. I ask for prayer for us to have wisdom and understanding to do what is right for our kids and our family and that God will lead us in that direction. I as a dad want the best for my kids but I cant have my decisions take a toll on them. Please pray for us... God be with us all...

Gemy Hello(: Its been a really long time since Ive posted a prayer request here. Probably because I lost my faith. D: Maybe there is a bit more, because Im asking for your help here. But Im just VERY confused right now. Some of my friends told me that it isnt an overnight thing and it will certainly take time. But thats something else: What if there isnt much time left? We all know that the end of the world is pretty near. The fact that Im scared of it make me a lot more scared because my teacher said that if you are scared of the end of age, you are not saved. I want to be saved. I want to believe in God because I love Him. But whats happening is: I want to believe in God because I want to be saved from the End of the World. AND. What scares me most is the fact that I dont think I can accept Jesus as my Lord Savior because Im not sure if he even actually existed. DDD: And I found some (mean) verses in the bible. Like Deut. 22:13-22. Please explain? (: This march, Im having a major operation (Double curve, 50 degrees Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis) and Im hoping it would be successful. What if something bad happens? Im not being negative, Im being realistic. And also my education. Because of my operation, the school is letting me take more work so that I can cope up with the things i will miss. It pressures me and usually triggers my epileptic migraine. The school knows about this, so they are helping me with it, which is really nice of them. But please also pray for my health(: Thank you for reading something this long. Please help me. Christian Singles Valentines Day Encouragement!: :)Valentines day can be a difficult time for many Christian singles that are trying to abstain from sex while waiting for God to send them that special mate. Every year many Christian singles who have fought hard for a long time to finally get their lives right with God drop the ball and blow it on v-day. They have developed a great prayer life and have made all kinds of great Christian single progress towards getting that special mate. Then here comes valentines day! Poof! This is where months and years of christian single progress can be ruined in one day. Seeing all the love stuff around can make you lose your focus and jump on a "temporary love boat" with many others. Many Christian singles dont bounce back too quick or even at all sometimes after the strong conviction and disappointment from their sexual sin kicks in. Some cases have bigger consequences like a unwanted pregnancy or an S.T.D. Oh and to all the ladys, dont fall for the old "I got roses and candy smiles" propaganda you see this month. Flowers and gifts are good but dont look to much into it or feel bad if you dont get anything because a lot of times what you are actually seeing is more like "I only get to hold my mans hand one day/month out the year in public date" day.Also sadly some people celebrating v-day are just "Hey I dont want to marry you but I dont want to be by myself on v-day" temporary, "emotionally risky",dates or sexual hook ups that dont really lead to anything serious. Then there are some couples who dont bond or dont really like each other 11 months out the year and v-day/Feb. is the one day/month they actually get intimate or bond with each other since they first got married. So stay strong Christian single guys and gals! Be happy for those you see enjoying love but never covet because like some people say, "All glitter aint gold." Pray away all those negative single life thoughts! Be patient and happy during valentines day knowing that a mate sent from God is way better than a one day one month temporary hook up!:)

With Love On Your Arms I am really worried about some things in life and being a teen. Im 16 and I dont have a drivers license yet or even have my slip/permit. I dont have a job yet also and my grades werent so good. I have someone in my family who tells me that I need to get my license and a job because I am making people have a hard time. Judiann First of all, please pray for our Nation....we are in very troubling times with unemployment, homelessness, hunger, financial woes, healthcare issues, etc. Secondly, please pray for the continued health and healing of my children (blood relative and not), that they may stay healthy, leaving all major health issues behind, that my grandchildren may not inherit the Marfan Syndrome that has attacked my youngest son, Ian. That Erik, my oldest son, may overcome the issues with his eyesight, that the kerataconis will be healed by Jesus and there will be no need for surgery. Lastly, please pray for guidance and wisdom concerning our impending move back to Tennessee. Praying that my health will be better there, as Ive chronicled. Topaz Hi, my fellow sisters and brothers in Christ :) I would be very grateful if you could pray for me right now. Recently the Lord challenged me to change my perspective on what Im going to do after I graduate. As a result, I have to switch courses around, obtain a co-op placement in a competitive field, and go against the negativity and pessimism that my guidance counsellor is projecting onto me. This is hard, as I have always been the kind of person to go with the flow, and while I frequently defend others, I rarely stand up for myself. Thanks for any and all prayers. I get up there, and I over think it, and get scared to thrust myself backwards where I cant see. When it comes to my faith, its the same, only Christ will be there to catch me after I make the blind leap. Pray that I can trust God more. I just want to be a better, stronger, more radical Christian than I am now.

Aggie Well, am writing about my prayer request i made a few weeks back. I have two friends who are in the process of coming to Christ so we need to pray more. my past still lives with me but not so much, i just cant forgive myself for having ignored Christ for that long. My lecturer is trying to work on my proposal but he is still hesitant. Am still keeping my pledge and everyday i find reasons to keep it more than ever. Am getting strong in Christ and every time i thing of something, i talk to him first if he thinks the same way too or ask him for his opinion, he always answers in his own ways but i know its him. I love this man, he has every thing i ever needed in life, glory be his name.

Bradford people told me how the day after getting the teeth pulled is the worst day but this is day 1 of me living life without my wisdom teeth and i feel a whole lot of pain so praise God for that and Im hoping for part 2 of my prayers,which is my face shrinking back to normal size by Sunday

He went back into the hospital today for observation for a bruise on his new pancreas. They are still hopeful that he will not reject the new organ. Before I began working on it today God directed me to Philippians 4:13 "For I can do everything with the help of Christ who gives me the strength I need." Im holding onto that. Please pray that Gods favor would be upon me and that His strength would be with me so I can get all this done by the end of the day tomorrow (Tuesday). Also me and my mom are both under a lot of stress. For those of you who dont know, my dad is in the hospital, my brother is going away for a year to Alabama, and my mom homeschools me so the school work deadline is stressful for her too. Please pray for us to be encouraged, strengthened, and to have peace through this hard time. Thanks and God bless you all!

Raquel Thank you all so much for praying for me. The answer to my prayer is to wait and have faith. God assured me that He will take care of my situation and to not worry about it. I gained this assurance a few days ago. It was today that was so exciting! I was asking the Lord when am I going to see Him working in my financial situation...like when will I start seeing results? Later on today I received an acceptance letter for this paid-internship that Ive been longing for. It was like a slap in the face for me doubting God. But today my faith was renewed and I praise Him!

I need prayer for my financial situation. I am the valedictorian of my graduating class and I cant afford to go to my states university (my dream school).So far I have not received any scholarships. I also dont have time to search and apply for scholarships because of how many classes Im taking. The pell grant is only covering a quarter of the cost.My family cant afford my tuition either. Im going to have to resort to a community college. If this happens Im going to have to say goodbye to my boyfriend. Im wondering if God is trying to close a door? Or is He telling me to wait for a miracle? Only by a miracle could I attend the university.

Derrick Praise God he is faithful and delivered me once again...WOW and what the enemy meant for evil God is turning around for good. Because now I am able to talk to people in my school they are able to see my struggles and realize that there is nothing to big for God and if they believe they can have not just salvation but the peace,and joy that comes with as well! And one of the scriptures that blessed my life was 1 peter 1:17 & Jeremiah 18:4-16
I have masturbated in a week or so now...And Am sooo hyype about that!Because has cleaned my heart, and given me a deeper love for him. Now I have finally return back to my first love. And I am continueing to go the basics. The lust is gone by the grace of God. And I had went to church and this lady who was prophesizing said a word that really touched my life she said "Many christians are giving up dere birth right. Just like Esua did and the devil is saying to dem give up your birthright for sin,anger,lust...." And she was pleading with the church that we would not be foolish like in the story with jacob and esua and how he gave up his birht right for a bowl of lentils and soup. Yet when it came time for Isaac to bless his first born child Esua could not recieve it back even when he came to his father in tears. I also learned that you must cry out to God and God use broken people so that he will get all of the glory

I believe that I have a strong relationship with God and Jesus has helped me to overcome addiction to porn and masturbation I have been saved for 11 months and free from this sin for more then 11 months. Yet over the weekend I got tempted and had indulged in that temptation....I was watching videos of beyonce and you know in her videos she has a lot of idolatry, lust, and sex in her music and I repented but when I went back to school I started lusting after woman and guys but mostly woman......And Its crazy because before and after i did this i had such a strong conviction from the holy spirit...But why dont I feel washed away from my sins?....Also im not bi-sexual or lesbian or anything I just wanted pleasure and I wasnt really thinking about gender except when I was looking at beyonce....So Please pray for the renewing of my mind and a clean heart. And help me to stay on the narrow path so that I can be the light to the world that Jesus has called me out to be...Thank you soo much God bless you all..God is Love!! =)

Gary My son is doing much better. He has not hurt himself since we all started praying. I thank you all for your prayers and most of all I thank GOD for answering them.

Kamber Lord I pray that You will encourage Ingrid through the Holy Spirit. Fill her heart with your love-which is wonderful, beautiful, and selfless. Alicia Marie Thanks for praying! I got a D in a&p and Im going to retake it. I feel at peace with this and I know God is going to guide me no matter what. Hes not going to let me fall. Even the outcome didnt come to what I wanted, I know its Gods will for me. :)

Kirk The first year of college has many questions and obstacles to get over, but I found out the Lord was there right along with me helping me with the challenges I faced. Dont worry God will take care of you! :) Lord, I pray for Alicia right now that you just calm her senses Lord and I pray she may be accepted into whatever program you have set for her, Lord just place your hand on her to guide her through her class and may your will be done! I need prayer to become a better student. Right now I have the mentality that nothing is worth learning if its not about God. I keep thinking about Colossians 3:23-24 to encourage myself that all that I do I have to work at it with all of my heart as if Im serving God but that still hasnt pushed me to actually study for my classes and do my work like I should. Lately I havent been making the best grades and its not that the work is too hard its just that I dont see the point of learning about what my professors are teaching. I want to say that it is a spirit of laziness but its not that Im lazy but I dont want to do work for classes i feel are pointless. I would much rather be taking a disciple ship class or a class about the Bible or something. I know God wants the glory out of everything I do so please be in prayer for me to strive for excellence in all areas of my life to please God!

Darlene Praise God saints!! Thank you for lifting my son and the other students testing, the kids finished a day earlier than anyone expected. Thank you, Jesus!!! Thats not all the students reported that they felt confident during testing , so I am expecting they all believe what they speak, they say they passed, I stand in agreement with them. Can I get an amen??? Thanks!!! God is so good.
