Deborah A friend of mine is going through a custody battle with his ex. His ex is accusing him of physically hurting the child. Hes gone through many trials for almost 10 yrs. Hes a "lost" Christian with a broken heart. My sisters and I have been praying for him and his children. Good father? yes! Good provider? yes! Abusing father? NO!! Ive seen him with his children and they have such a loving bond with each other. Hes hoping to have "full custody". Hes deep in financial debt with court fees that he hasnt been able to enjoy life. Praying that the Lord will give him encouragement, faith, wisdom, direction, and hope.

John Me and my wife made the decision to put our children in a Christian school 2 years ago. We have been doing our best to make ends meet but the tuition leaves only $6.50 left every month after the bills are paid leaving nothing for emergencies or any repair. I ask for prayer for us to have wisdom and understanding to do what is right for our kids and our family and that God will lead us in that direction. I as a dad want the best for my kids but I cant have my decisions take a toll on them. Please pray for us... God be with us all...

Yahaira I need prayer for my dad. He had a major stroke which has left him a quadriplegic. He cannot speak, move, feel us holding his hand or eat. He has to communicate by blinking yes or no. I know that God can heal him and it will be a long road with a lot of therapy. But God performs miracles everyday and I know that God will use my dad as a testimony.

Valerie I desire prayers for the jail ministry I am currently involved in. Each week on Tuesday night I go to the local detention center and give devotions and share prayer time with the women there. Lucy I need prayer for strength to walk the path that God has called us all to walk, close to His word. Its hard for me as a college student because Im constantly surrounded by people who are against Christ and how God calls us to live. Im always the "odd one out" because I choose not to participate in what other people my age are doing and Im criticized for it. Normally, I love it when they make fun of me because I know not walking with the ways of the world but according to Gods standard, but lately its has not been easy. Charlotte My 72 year old husband, Wally, is in the Vets Home as a result of Alzheimers Disease. Both of my parents died of the disease. Mother died of pneumonia and Dad starved to death. When Wally was able to still communicate, he used to say how he prayed the Lord would take him anyway other than starvation. He has reached a point where he is not that interested in eating and drinking is becoming an issue. My prayer is that the Lord will take him before starvation sets in. Would you please agree with us on this request. He no longer knows who we are, cant do anything for himself and is waiting for the Lord to take him home where he once again will be a whole man. Kaitlin I feel like I have a spiritual battle with my co-worker. She seems to criticize everything that I do. Im trying my hardest, but she has been there for almost ten years, and I have been there for six months, and I still have questions. Leigh Please pray for my mother. She is 70 years old, and is very depressed, having some stomach pain, racing heart, and panic attacks. She had a bad panic attack earlier tonight, and was very upset, and crying. She never wants to see a doctor. My brother, my only sibling, disowned her over 20 years ago, when my parents divorced, and it also hurts her greatly. Not a day goes by that she doesnt grieve over him not talking to her. She cried about him tonight, saying how much it hurts that he hates her. She says she feels useless, and wants to be able to do everything she did before. Said she wants to help me, but cant. She is in a severe depression, and I dont know what to do.
She lives with me and my 4 children. I am a single mom, after my husband abandoned us 6 years ago. I work very long hours to be able to take care of all of us. Sometimes I have to stay awake for 2 days at a time, and my health isnt the greatest. I have to work, and it is becoming very hard to function at all, because Im so worried about her. I feel like Im about to fall apart.
Please pray that if there is anything physically wrong with her, that God will heal her, and take any sickness away from her. Please also pray that she will not feel depressed anymore, or hopeless. Pray that she will enjoy life again.
Please pray for all of our health, so we can be strong, and happy. Please also pray that somehow, work will become a little easier for me, so that I wont have to skip a night of sleep, and have a few days off once in awhile to spend with my family.
I believe that the power of prayer is very strong, and I have witnessed it work miracles before. So I would be so grateful for your prayers. God Bless.

A Captivated Heart I would like prayer for people in other places of the world where hunger and poverty is stark. I want to make a difference in the lives of people who are faced with struggles us American do not usually have to face. Knowing that other people in the world, especially in poor countries, pay the price of our luxurious lifestyles drives me with this passion to give them the life promised in John 10:10 . josh Thank you Father God for him to confess his faults to you and to us his family in Christ. You tell us to confess our faults one to another and to pray for one another. Thank You Father God for His breaking heart. I pray Lord that you will continue to convict us of all the things we do or dont do that displease You. We thank You for loving us enough to reprove us. I ask You God to please give this brother enough strength to overcome this compulsion and not only him but to any of us who struggle with sexual sins. Crucify our flesh Father God and be merciful to us. Derrick Praise God he is faithful and delivered me once again...WOW and what the enemy meant for evil God is turning around for good. Because now I am able to talk to people in my school they are able to see my struggles and realize that there is nothing to big for God and if they believe they can have not just salvation but the peace,and joy that comes with as well! And one of the scriptures that blessed my life was 1 peter 1:17 & Jeremiah 18:4-16

And she was pleading with the church that we would not be foolish like in the story with jacob and esua and how he gave up his birht right for a bowl of lentils and soup. Yet when it came time for Isaac to bless his first born child Esua could not recieve it back even when he came to his father in tears. I also learned that you must cry out to God and God use broken people so that he will get all of the glory

Yet over the weekend I got tempted and had indulged in that temptation....I was watching videos of beyonce and you know in her videos she has a lot of idolatry, lust, and sex in her music and I repented but when I went back to school I started lusting after woman and guys but mostly woman......And Its crazy because before and after i did this i had such a strong conviction from the holy spirit...But why dont I feel washed away from my sins?....Also im not bi-sexual or lesbian or anything I just wanted pleasure and I wasnt really thinking about gender except when I was looking at beyonce....So Please pray for the renewing of my mind and a clean heart. And help me to stay on the narrow path so that I can be the light to the world that Jesus has called me out to be...Thank you soo much God bless you all..God is Love!! =)

Katie WELL! He has stopped drinking everyday like he used to, and only drinks on the weekends which is a huge improvment from before!!! So far we have made around 2000$ but we need 4000$ by the end of this month to buy our plane tickets. We have been doing fund raising and helping out the community, please pray that we are able to make enough money to go on this trip to spread the word (: The trip is around June 24th. Kasey God has worked through this situation and resolved me and my girlfriends arguments. We are now happily together again, and are thankful for the fact that God answered our prayers. Long story short, there are things that shes been doing that bother me, and vice versa.. and I believe that change needs to take place in both of our lives in order to make our relationship prosper. Darcy Father God, I understand the trials and pain, confusion and many other things that Kasey is describing. And Lord you know where Kasey is at and what needs to be done. So God, I pray that you would guide and direct Kasey and his girlfriend down the right path, That they would continue to both be faithful to you even if they part. Please help Kasey, holy spirit, to have the strength to give you all control as he says he is. Jesus, I pray that you would speak to Kasey and let him know what is best for him, give him comfort, and hope during this time. God, only you can heal the broken Hearted, sick, lame, etc.. Kevin Glory be to God Almighty! My nana was brought home from the hospital yesterday and she is doing fine. thank you to everyone who prayed for her (God bless you all). She had what you call a "mini stroke". it could have been a full blown stroke if she had not got to the hospital when she did. She got the care she needed and disaster was avoided, Hallelujah!

Please pray for my grandfather. He had some cancer in his lung, and when they went to take it out, they found more. So they had to take more out which caused him to only have one working lung. So hes recovering from that surgery and they I think are still deciding on what to do next with more cancer being in him. But then he got pneumonia. So now his body is trying to recover from a surgery, he still has cancer in him we think, and hes got pneumonia on top of that. His heart rate has been kind of out of whack too. Hes stronger than most older guys the nurse said, were thankful for that, but hes still old. Theyre not sure if he will make it or not. They were waiting for a "break" for something to happen but last night it got worse, so. Please pray for his healing. His wife is very emotional about it, so are the rest of us, but especially her. So if you could pray for peace in her. Also, I have no idea if my grandfather is saved, please pray for his salvation. Id be really sad if he died, but Id be more sad if I knew he died without God. Please please pray he gets well, that we can have him back with us unless thats not Gods plan. And please please pray that he gets saved if he isnt already. ERIC For the most part my prayer has been answered, the day after i put inmy request and i guess around the time the prayers were going out i had an incredible feeling of relief, like a hige weight had been lifted. I have now found full time permanent employment but i am having a difficult time with the I DONT CARE ATTITUDE of my fellow employees. Michele Oh gracious Father, You love us so much. It breaks your heart when one of your sheep forgets how special she is and uses her body in a way that does not glorify you. Lord, we ask not for judgement, but for forgiveness for Katies friend. Lord, reveal to her that You are close to her, that you want to be her friend. Lord, I ask that you remove all lonliness from her. Help her make the changes in her life that will glorify You and reveal your purpose to her. Lord I ask these things in Jesus name. Amen.

my story is long but I will try to make it short......My husband was fired about 1.5 yr ago.and it was wrongfully terminated we are currently seeking justice and it was soppose to come to an end but something has been delaying it and now during this whole ordeal we may lose our home, vehicle ...its devestating because we have two children and none of our family speaks to us so we have no body to fall back on we have some church friends we can confide in and Im constantly asking for prayer but now I feel hesitate because of so many times Ive asked so I havent. Im worried about my husbands health he has been working so hard and long trying to catch up on bills he has headaches everyday, Im trying to look for a job to help him out but it is very difficult because I willl have noone to take care of them afterschool. I have been working for the Lord for many years Im a childrens advocate for foster children, all I do is volunteer at church and my childrens school. I dont know what to do anymore Im so deppressed and I dont understand why. It very difficult especially when there is hardly any support system . I pray for justice to be served for my husbands lawsiut , health, protection, finacial and for my family to continue to move forward with the Lord.

He has suffered enough, please pray for him. That he will be treated kindly and recover quickly, without having to be treated roughly and drugged heavily like I know those places do.
