Simone Ive come to a time in life where I need a huge miracle. Someone close to me has gone to jail recently. He made a mistake a few years back and he regrets it so much, but through all of it hes become closer to God and even got baptized last spring. He reported himself the year he made his mistake and sometimes wondered why he ever did, but he knows its what God wanted him to do. Hes got such a good heart. Hes got a lot going for him and I just ask for prayer that his time in jail doesnt change who he is in God. I pray that something good comes out of this for him and for strength amongst him and those who care deeply about him to make it through this troubling time. I pray for a miracle that he be out for my graduation in June. I so long to have him there, and only God can make it happen.

Linda Please pray that my husband and I can work thru our problems and that God will give a stronger marriage and relationship. We have had problems over the years off and on but after we had another fight a couple of weeks ago I found out that my husband has been texting a girl (alot) that he works with, 25 times in less than 8 hours just today. She is very sick with cancer and hasnt been at work and I understand that maybe he is concerned about her but 25 texts?? And he text me once today. On top of it the girl is married also. Please pray for me that there is nothing inappropriate going on and that he with that help of God will find that he is married to a good loving wife. I am not sure of what my next move should be but I cant live like this. I pray for God to give me strength and guidance. Thank you

With Love On Your Arms I am confused. I am wondering if there is any purpose in life. Living in a world of tragedy and atrocity makes me ask myself if there is any meaning to existence. As Shakespeare said,"To be or not to be, that is the question." His Word declares that the truth will set me free. Free from what? I dont feel free. I feel engulfed in worry and fears. I have a teacher who is very important to me. I want the Lord to soften his heart and draw him to His redeeming love. I want my teacher to know that he is loved, but there are still many questions without answers. I cannot find the exact words to express my request at this moment. I feel I dont have enough faith that the Lord could answer this prayer request, or that he could truly change someones heart. I dont know what else to say. If you truly believe that He could change peoples heart and bring meaning to life, then please keep my teacher in your prayers.

Claire Please pray for my best friend, Luke. We have been friends for a very long time and two years ago today I started to pray for his salvation every day. On July 22, 2012 my prayer was answered and I got the opportunity to lead him to the Lord. After that day it was like talking to a completely different person. I was so excited to see what God had in store for his life and so did Luke. Over the next month and a half we shared scripture back and forth and challenged each other in our walks with Christ. But, as school started again I started to watch him slowly walk away from God. Now we hardly ever talk and when we do, it usually ends in an argument. My prayer is that the Lord will work in Lukes life and he will once again walk with God. I care about Luke so much and it breaks my heart to watch him ignore me and choose to chase after girls and look for true happiness in all of the wrong places. I ask for prayer for myself also, that I may have a peace the surpasses all understanding about this situation and that God will show me what I need to do. Thank you.

Kaitlin Please pray that I can get my license soon. My boyfriend lives two hours away, and I have been taking a Greyhound bus to go see him as often as I can, but the company is constantly changing their bus times without letting anyone know, and it really puts a stress on me. I have to rely on them, and they have let me down many times before. So, I now have anxiety every time that I have to travel with Greyhound. I just need a way to be able to see my boyfriend without all the added drama of the bus, so I would really like to get my license, so that I have more freedom and independence.

Raziel My constant prayer request has been that I am antisocial. I have a very hard time connecting with people and am currently struggling to pull myself out of my mental, spiritual, and emotional deficit. In complete honesty there is this girl I like and she is about to get herself involved with a couple of bad boy player types from our youth group I just hope I can pull myself up in time to be the white knight she is looking for. I feel so childish for having these desires that I can hardly act on, I just dont want to see another nice pretty girl to get chewed up by bad boy guys just looking to have fun with her. These arent the type of people to cross into the danger zone of activity but you get what Im saying. I guess I am going leave it short: pray for my trials, for comfort, and for good things to happen for a young innocent girl.

Mariah Brothers and sisters, I ask for you to lift me up. I am looking for another job with higher pay and more hours as my current job will not give me raises, have cut my hours and gives extreme stress for me. Jennifer Mae I was saved a year ago and have been blessed with the mercy of God since my dedication, although I find struggles with almost every aspect of my life; work, family, friends, health, finances, relationship, etc. I trust God is working his grace to fulfill my plan, whatever that may be, so while I could use prayers for myself, my prayer request goes out to all the others I know who are struggling - mainly women. So many women/friends in my life seem to rest their happiness in man instead of God. My prayer is that women find self-respect, love in God, and are able to see that there is more than settling for anybody to fill a void of loneliness when the Lord will provide with the right man at the right time. I pray for all those hurting, struggling, and fighting. This darkness can be defeated if we all shed our light.

Kaitlin I work as a bank teller, and I have been working at this job for about five/six months with no previous bank experience. I still ask a lot of questions because a lot of the things that seem simple to the other tellers have been brand new to me. Recently, I made a mistake in giving someone information on an account. I normally would have asked someone for help on the situation, but I have been feeling like all of my co-workers are annoyed with me when I ask them questions. There arent always procedures for things that I need to know, and there isnt always time to read through them if a customer is standing in front of me. I just need help communicating with my co-workers, so they know that I still am learning a lot with this job. It has overwhelmed me when I try to struggle through something that I have never done before, and no one seems willing to help.

Bradford people told me how the day after getting the teeth pulled is the worst day but this is day 1 of me living life without my wisdom teeth and i feel a whole lot of pain so praise God for that and Im hoping for part 2 of my prayers,which is my face shrinking back to normal size by Sunday

Heidi Aden Update: The Doctors have finally figured out what was causing the weakness in Adens legs! It is something called Guillain-Barre syndrome. They have started treatment and my brother says Adens legs are getting loads better and that he is about 70% of what he use to be. It may take a while but he should make a full recovery. Praise God! Thanks so much for all your prayers

The doctors have no idea what is causing this and are doing more testing on him today. Please be praying the find out what the problem is quickly and that he makes a full recovery. My Brother Jim is also a recovering drug addict and has been clean for 3 years but, I worry that if Aden doesnt make a full recovery that it may push Jim back down that slippery slope of addiction. Aden and his sister Heaven are my Brothers reason for living a drug free lifeSo I guess Prayer for all possible outcomes is requested

Bee-Shizzle! Thank you all for your prayers. I turned in part of my community hours that were due on this case. I thought I was gonna have to make two trips, which would take away my hours at work, but turned out I did not have to make that second trip. Thank you all again, God is great!

Joshua Thanks to all of you for all of your prayers and thanks to our loving God! After I posted the prayer request, my sons motivation to stop wetting at night increased dramatically. The last few weeks, he has wet maybe every other night or less. This is a wonderful improvement compared to several times every night. Thanks again so much for you prayers! We love you all!

We have seen two dr.s about the issue and they said kids will usually grow out of it by twelve. The prob is we are currently living with my 75yr old grandma and she is a little more old fashioned, I guess, and doesnt believe the dr.s. It is causing problems within the house between her and my wife and I. We have tried many things to help limit his fluid intake before bed, but now the prob is my gma is wanting to go to more extreme mesures of not letting him drink fluids 5 hrs before bed. I think that is a little harsh since I would have a hard time not having anything to drink for that amount of time. I was sitting at my desk, upset over the recent argument, and the Lord put it on my heart to pray for him.....so here I am.Thank you so much,Joshua

Chris My prayer has just been answered. My test has come back negative! One of the hardest/most stressful five days of my life. I have been praying to God and reading the Bible and I see this as a wake up call and Gods way of bringing me back into living a life with Him as the center of my life. Siri My son made it through the surgical procedure without any complications - praise God! Thank you everyone for your prayers! He is in ICU overnight (at OHSU in Portland, Oregon) and will need a follow-up cerebral angiogram in 6 months to see whether or not the problem is "cured." I am still hoping and praying for his salvation....

This condition requires a surgical procedure (embolization) under general anesthesia which will occur on the morning of Tuesday, July 27, 2010. Of course, this procedure does not come without risks (e.g., stroke). Also, I pray that the Lord would reveal Himself to Devrin so that he may be saved and become a believer. Thank you.

Emily Baby Farah only lived one hour after she was born on July 6th at 11:30pm. Thank you everyone for praying. God is upholding us through it all.

Im a teenager in a christian family. My mom is due in the beginning of July with her seventh child. At the beginning of the pregnancy, she went in for a routine ultrasound, but it turned out to be anything but routine. The doctors told us that the baby had trisomy 13, a chromosomal abnormality. They said that she would not live more than a few hours after birth, if that much. Other ultrasounds through the months have rendered much the same result, we learned that she has many of the abnormalities common to trisomy 13 babies, including that her kidneys did not appear to be functioning properly, therefore there wasnt enough amniotic fluid and she was breach. The latest two ultrasounds however, show some improvement, the doctor says that the amniotic fluid is up, the babys head is down, and they are confident shell make it to birth, and even think she could very well live several years. However, we are still hoping and praying for complete healing. Thank you to everyone that prays for this. God bless you all.~Emily

At the beginning of the pregnancy, she went in for a routine ultrasound, but it turned out to be anything but routine. The doctors told us that the baby had trisomy 13, a chromosomal abnormality. They said that she would not live more than a few hours after birth, if that much. Other ultrasounds through the months have rendered much the same result, we learned that she has many of the abnormalities common to trisomy 13 babies, including that her kidneys did not appear to be functioning properly, therefore there wasnt enough amniotic fluid and she was breach. The latest two ultrasounds however, show some improvement, the doctor says that the amniotic fluid is up, the babys head is down, and they are confident shell make it to birth, and even think she could very well live several years. However, we are still hoping and praying for complete healing. Thank you to everyone that prays for this. God bless you all.~Emily

Gina I asked c28 to continue praying for me to get a job. I was unemployed since December 2009. Well, I start my new job as an Office Assistant on August 2nd. Im taking a $7 cut in pay but I know my God is faithful and He always provides for me and my family. I do trust in God and I thank Him for all the faithful prayer warriors who have interceded for me! We are a family of 8 and our health insurance was denied, and we need insurance. My empolyer does not offer it because we are a company of less that 40 employees, my wife works part time so she does not qualifiy. The govt issued insurance says we are over qualified. Derrick God is molding me daily...and if you check out my recent thread "hii this is how im doing!=)" Nd i am soo hyype i no longer stay on the computer that long or even have a desire to stay up late on the computer or tv....but my nights are now spent listening to Gods voice as i lay in my bed talking to him. I need a lot of prayer and help. Honestly it is a miracle the fact that i am typing on this website. I have been struggling with an addiction with pornography. Well i wouldnt say struggling because God has already delievered me i just keep acting stupid and going back please pray that GOd will restore my faith and i will grow closer to him. Nd my computer is really messing up. Because of this porn mess. I no longer have an intrest on going back to those sites...God has healed my heart and i have such a disgust for sin. Its 3:00 in the morning and i have been on the computer since twelve...and i was trying to watch this movie called preachers kid....its a christian movie rather then beeing on some porn website. I am really emotional right now because i am fighting this sin. and i am also trying to guard my heart and check it to to make sure i am not on a performance tredmill with God but rather i am staying humble and holding onto the cross. Kaitlynn J God is healing my jaw. its just a time thing. it takes time to heal just like anything else. i finished my therapy that was laser treatment and now im just wearing my appliances like i should be. and will see how that does.

Darcy A week after I posted this Prayer request, My boyfriend broke up with me over the phone. During that week, that I had posted his prayer request... Cody had wanted me to have sex with him and I told him no. I told him also that because of my past with sexual abuse, I fel like I couldnt say no in that situation anyway and I built up enough courage to actually tell him I didnt want to. He told me that He learned a lot dating me about his self, that he had a great time everytime he spent it with me, he wont forget what we had, but he said I am just not ready for this and I dont even know if I am going to spend the rest of my life with you, I might meet someone else down the road and this would have hurt you a lot more if I did this any later than now. I still want to be your friend. I was crying, and his mom said she needed to use the phone so he had to get off it. He then said that it was his time now to go cry and I said Dont go Please and he said I have to. We dicussed that I should be safe too, so I didnt do anythings stupid like hurt myself or kill myself and at first he didnt want me to go to the hospital or Fourwinds. But I asked him to please let me go. So, he did. We both thought it was a good idea so I went to Saratoga Mental Health that night. I stayed there over night, they took some blood, asked questions, and sent me and my mom home at like 4 in the morning in a Taxi. I cried for 6 days straight after the Break up. I didnt go to School for a couple of days and I didnt eat anythink for like 3 or four of those days. I lost wieght, I hardly could sleep, and I miss him a whole lot. I hate it when you break up and continue to remember the time spent having fun with one another,the time spent just being goofy together and how you felt when he said he loved you or just the fact that he liked you,the times when he made you laugh,gave you butterflies,Kissed you,those times he held you when you cried,the secrets you shared,the many hours you spent talking on the phone,and waking up in his arms. I was hurt, but I am learing to move on. I know he wasnt the right guy for me and that I do deserve so much better than him. Thank you all for all of your prayers, it really helped!

She had told me that, he ruined Prom for her, because he was rude, obnoxiuos, disrespectful and Complaining a lot all night and pretty much dicthed her to go play Pool with two other guys. She also proceeded to tell me that he continued to tell her that he loved her 4 or 5 times well at her house. She had asked him, Well why are you telling me this? Dont you love Darcy(me)? Cody has been lying to me, flirting with girls right in front of me, and now telling my best friend that he loves Her! Idk know what to do and where to begin to talk to him about it. So, I called boyfriend tonight and he was really mad and said that he didnt want to talk about it. He was being really mean and as I was talking to another friend about the situation and Cody said dont tell him nothing if you do I will punch you both I am not scared. And kept saying I dont want to talk about it and hung up on me. I called back and he hung up again, then I called a third time and he said are you done talking about it? I said Are you done hanging up on me? I do so much for and with Cody. We have went to far physically and He bosss me around and tells me what to do and I do it. I do everything he tells me to. Sarah Well...I was told that the whole "Cheesus" thing was just someone being silly. I still think we need to pray for the person. Its not exactly something to joke about, and it shows that the person needs God in their life.

well i have alot going on first off my husband is going through a legal battle over somthing that happened a yr ago before we were together. He is having to serve a 14 days in a detention center and this is very hard for us since weve only been married a month and now we have to be separated. Also ive been having a health issue for almost a yr now, i have a lump in my breast which drs say is mastitis but im not nursing or pregnant and havent been either of thse for many yrs so they dont know why i have it and they cant seem to get rid of it. Ive had 3 surgeries in the or and 1 minor surgery in the drs office. Please just say a few prayers for my family so that God will be glorified in all our troubles and that our family will be strengthened. Thank you

JaNique So how about my missions trip is payed for!!! only $400 had to come out of my pocket. God provided me with the strength to do fund raisers for the trip and I raised all the money I needed.
We will be leaving next weekend and I am super excited! God has been preparing my heart and mind and soul for this trip!! I am sooo ready!
